I hate this place and will never go here again. Not sure some of these people races, but Auto Clinic, Speedys and Penzoil all have some of the same race people working in their establishments and they don't care about people and their cars. I do not recommend sending vehicle here, there nor anywhere in this area of Duncanville/Dallas. Not satisfied with their service. They don't know how to do tune up's and alternators. They specialize in tires and never have the sizes needed.

For AC Service this isn’t the Shop to use ! Beware ! If you dare to use the shop, Have your compressor checked before coming into this shop. So, that you’ll have your correct reading in hand.

I should have gotten the guy's name to give him credit. He fixed my tire in less than 10 minutes, was very friendly, and didn't overcharge me. I will be back for all my other car needs. Thanks !

Ladies please be aware of this place. They are very deceitful. Ask for an itemized receipt. Ask for your old parts.

Went in for a wheel alignment. The mechanic was beating on my wheel really hard??? He told me that my rack and pinion was leaking really badly and he was trying to tighten it??? Was there two weeks prior and got my tires rotated and no mention of having this issue. I am of the opinion that he broke it on purpose to get more money out of me. I was not having any problem with this before, I have a personal mechanic that works on my car all the time and he never mentioned it. My mechanic is an hour away I finally took my vehicle to him and he confirmed that my rack and pinion was leaking but was confused as he had just flushed all the fluids out of my vehicle and changed my brakes 3 weeks prior to me bringing it here and there was no problem. The cost to repair my vehicle is too expensive for me to repair and needless to say I am without a vehicle for now.

Whenever you need a quick oil change this is the place! Comfortable waiting area and nice atmosphere. The people are friendly and get right to business. They are a tire shop and do mechanic work as well.

I've been using this place for some time now for a quick plug or patch or simply adding air to my tires or getting a vehicle inspection. Great service so far. Honest and open about its repairs and diagnosis.

STAY UP THERE DO NOT I repeat DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR UP THERE THINKING THEY WILL DO THE JOB RIGHT OR AT ALL. It's your car and your money you are losing. You need to monitor the MAIN MECHANIC. It's your right to check up on the work.

I was in town for my daughter's AAU basketball tournament and I noticed a oil leak. I called Auto Clinic to see if they can take a look with less then an hour till they close, they were happy to take a look. Juma found the issue really fast and told me to come back first thing at 0900 so he can complete the job. Juma was on top of it when I returned in the morning. He showed me everything he was doing and explained everything he did. I come to this area every few months for my daughters basketball tournaments, so I try to get familiar w the good businesses and people. I highly and I mean highly recommend this location and Juma!!! Thank you for everything.

Very good service gentleman was very nice too me about my vehicle. Fair prices and I will bring my vehicle back here to get a engine installed . Thanks alot for letting me know it was my engine locked.
