I just want to say thanks to Pat, Jake and especially Earl at Auto Concepts for all the work they have done on my Honda hrv over the last few months from working hard to diagnosing the problem, going above and beyond and doing whatever it took to make sure the problem was resolved which it now is. I'm so grateful for their excellent customer service and experience in their field and highly recommend them. Thanks, Guys!

Scheduled appt and received confirmation. Go to store and they are closed! Called them and they said they were not sure why I was told or given this time I scheduled? They then said the person doing the job is not in until noon. Clown show.....

I have done business with Auto Concepts for a few years now and found that they have done an excellent job for me. They are very polite, efficient and makes sure that my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and that the work that's done is reasonably priced. A good place to take your car if it needs to be serviced.

I went to Auto Concepts to repair my Crime Stoppers remote starter. After going to two other shops and being told that it was obsolete or could not be repaired, I decided to give them a try before I spent over $200 to replace it. To my surprise, when I went to this shop, the associate merely changed the batteries in the key fob. It worked like a charm. Thank you for your honesty and kindness.

Owner, Earl, and lead tech, Pat, are excellent. I called for an inspection for a 2020 Buick and they had me in in about 2 hours and totally done after 15 minutes. Personable, knowledgeable at all times.
