My car has been off and on for months have had it towed to a auto shop over 5 times they all usually take a days to tell me whats wrong with it and half the time they can't figure it out amd always charge me alot. This place was my last resort cause it was the only one open on Sunday they offered to tow my car for cheap I was expecting them to take a day to figure out what's wrong whith my car but it took him 2 hours to find the problem and fix and I barely paid anything compared to other places I had a great experience here 10/10 100% recommend you to bring your car here.

Auto Craft is the place to go to get your car serviced! The owner Mike is kind and honest and provides excellent service at a reasonable price! Awesome experience! My 2018 Jeep Renegade was not running due to electrical issues. Mike made arrangements for a tow truck to pick up my car and take it to the shop.Tow truck driver - Shareef I believe - was very nice and arrived within an hour. I didnt have to be present at all at the shop until I went to go pick up my car after the repair. So convenient! (Not to mention this was on a Sunday when most shops are closed) I had the pleasure of meeting Mike and Ali. Both very pleasant people. Very chivalrous and kind. As a woman, I felt very comfortable. Will definitely be bringing my car back to Mike and his team for future repairs. Please, support this small business! Side note: shop is a little hard to find. It’s located behind a smoke shop. I recommend parking in the lot across the street and walking over. :)

I took my 2019 Honda accord to Mike cause I was have AC problems Mike very quickly found the problem and had me out the door in 30 min…..very professional and efficient work…definitely recommend coming here for you’re car troubles

These guys really know what they’re doing! And they’re so nice! Best prices in all of Austin for sure. Nobody can beat them. It’s a little hard to find at first. It’s down the alley on the right side of the smoke shop. I know it seems like it wouldn’t be a place most people would take their car but they were amazing! They totally surpassed our expectations 100% thank you guys so much!

Best Shop in Austin! Down to earth guy. Great prices. Professional quality. Fast results. What more do you want. Went to the dealership, they overcharge me, try to upsell me, and tell me to schedule a time. Went to Auto Craft, dude said no problem, fixed me up in 15 mins, and charged me a fraction of the price at the dealership. Hope my car doesn’t break but if it does I’ll be coming back to Auto Craft.

I hesitate to write a stellar review here simply because I wanna gatekeep this place SO bad, but these guys deserve ALL the business. Mike was wonderfully friendly and gave prompt service to my PT cruiser. I got a tuneup and brake inspection, new brake pads, an oil change, and front wheel alignment. The service was completed day of, and only took about 6 hours. I also got a quote to fix my AC, which was far below the quotes i’ve gotten from other mechanics. All the pricing was extremely fair. Auto Craft is a major hidden gem in a central location. I’ll be coming here for car service until the day I die. Don’t sleep on it 🙂‍↕️

These guys ( Mike and Noah) are a God send! The dealership wanted to charge me $1300 to fix my axel on the front left part of my car. Mike was able to get it done for $450. He saved a struggling woman alot of money. As a women, it's scary going to car shops to get work done. You fear you'll be taken advantage of due to lack of knowledge about cars. I had no such fear with these guys! The prices are def fair. They are quick, efficient and pocket book friendly. I need body work done. They do that too! I'll be visiting them again soon! They have my business as long as I have a car!

Went in for my Ford Escape that had a broken water pump, and was quoted a reasonable price for that repair. As time went on, more and more issues were found including a broken thermostat, camshaft sensor, and all spark plugs needing replacement. He kept the car until all repairs were finalized and kept it at the original price! I can’t thank him enough. Very reliable and thorough staff, & shoutout to Mike for all his help on my car. It’s driving better than when I first bought it. Highly recommend Auto Craft.

Good service - FAST! Went in needing work on my AC. Most places were booked on a Saturday afternoon. I called ahead and they said come in as a walk in and I was in and out in an hour- AC fixed! They also turned on the AC for me while I waited with uh was nice. Or you can wait in the head shop that’s right in front of the place. Try this place, you will get good service!

I had to change my brake pads, called them last minute and Chris was able to squeeze me in! They are great! Extremely professional, they go over any concern you may have and check other concerns you have about your car! Their prices are fair and they do an awesome job! Mo and Noah managed to fit me in on a Sunday for an emergency appointment as I had to drive back to Dallas that evening. I ended up needing a new tyre and they went above and beyond to find a tyre shop open on a Sunday and make sure I was able to set off as planned. They were polite and kept me informed throughout, as well as offering a fair price. I definitely recommend!
