Outstanding experience!! Don discussed my problem (resulting from a super high repair quote that my tire guys gave me), saw me the next morning, and fixed everything right away. All for a fraction of what I had been quoted by the tire shop. So pleased! And the process was extremely smooth and efficient: drop-off via QR code form and lockbox, then after-hours pick-up via lockers with luggage combination. Such a smart system. I will be recommending Don to everyone (especially Toyota owners) and I'll be back for all issues related to my Sienna and my wife's Camry. In addition, the text confirmation and emailed invoice forms are very clear and easy to access. Thanks Don!!

What a great new find! We had a strange issue come up with our 2014 Honda Odyssey and Don was able to figure it out quickly and at a very reasonable cost. We will DEFINITELY return with more business in the future!

I have been using Auto Diagnostics for over 15 years now. I recommend him to all my family and friends. They do a wonderful job,always very professional courteous and communicate all repairs before they ever start the work. I highly recommend Auto Diagnostics for most auto repairs. Is an absolute pleasure to have a mechanic that you can actually trust.

Tried to fix my car that is unfixable (I'll be trading it in) and didn't charge a diagnostic fee because of this. Really appreciated that. I'll be back with any of my future cars. Also there is a very cute office dog.

This review could be a very lengthy one, but I will save many of the specific details. After getting a diagnosis for a really expensive repair from a dealership (engine or cylinder head replacement), I decided to get a second opinion from Don and his team at ADRC. I wasn't 100% sure that I wanted to incur more costs just to get a second opinion, but I felt like I had no other choice and sent my car to Don to have a look. I'm very glad that I did so (the dealership should be as well). Due to ADRC's fantastic work and troubleshooting, we were able to find the real underlying cause of our car's overheating issue (did not require an engine or cylinder head replacement). Don and his team will treat your vehicle as if it were their own. Additionally, Don has never hesitated to spend time talking through things with me so that I clearly understand everything. He doesn't just want to help, he's actually eager to do it. Thanks Don for everything!!!

Have been to them for two cars. Their knowledge of various mechanical issues is huge. I took my first car in for a second opinion and was super impressed with the level of honesty. Oh, I didn't need what the chain store said I did. At least not yet (30,000 miles ago)!

I took my car to Don on the recommendation of my wife, who has had her car repaired by him a couple of times. I didn’t have any ac on my driver’s side vents, which Don said was due to a bad door HVAC actuator. He said it pretty straightforward with about 2 hours of labor time and quotes me $610 for the repair. A quick Internet search stated that for the make/model of my car, a door HVAC actuator replacement should cost between $172-192 for parts and labor. A couple of phone calls later and I found another mechanic that will replace it for $200. Unfortunately it still cost me $110 to have Don perform the diagnostic. Expensive lesson learned and we won’t be taking our vehicles back there. Hopefully this review can help prevent others from making the same mistake. I’m giving 2 stars because despite his pricing, Don is actually a very nice guy.

I was here about a month ago with a car my 16 year old was wanting to buy… thank goodness I decided to have the diagnostic ran before purchase! Don was awesome and very honest with the potential issues and extra money this car was going to cost us! He definitely saved me a lot of money and headache! On top of that he was kind enough to refer us to Rolling Stock and we were able to go there and bought a car same day!! Thank you again for your top of the line customer service!

I had no experience with ADRC prior to a few days ago and I could not be more pleased with their service. They were courteous, professional, fair, and timely. I had no idea what to expect, but they were stellar in every aspect. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their automobile serviced. I most certainly will be utilizing them in the future.

Don is an honest and genuine guy, only issue is he is super busy lately, so if you have a complex issue he may have to decline or defer your work somewhere else. Highly recommend for basic stuff though. Great pricing too.

Wow, I just asked for a quote on some work I need doing to my Toyota. He told me he wasn't interested and just hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional.....glad I am not a customer.
