Sigh 😞 WOMEN BEWARE i would like to start with the fact that I’ve been a customer with this auto shop since my very first car in 2015/16. I’ve brought every car I’ve ever had to them, and never had any problems. Until most recently. Brought my Honda civic to be looked at as it was acting really funny and barely drivable. Turned out my seal was loose on my transmission and i didn’t have any oil in it. They got it filled back up with transmission oil but was still getting "codes" when running diagnostics test. They told me they could look deeper into the code but it will be $320. Told them fine as i just needed to get my fixed. After going "deeper" they found out it was a false sensor. A total waste of $320. However this isn’t even the reason i will NO LONGER EVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! They quoted me $825 just to locate the leak in my transmission, and the $825 doesn’t even include fixing the leak. Totally confused on why it would be that much, i got a second opinion. $160 to located the leak at the Honda dealership. I’m in complete shock because I’ve trusted auto express value for many years! Before their the remodel of the shop, before the tire place was right next door! Literally would recommend them to anyone! Truly trusted them!! Not anymore, i will be letting everyone know that they are taking advantage of single women.

TL;DR: For the girly who dreads car problems, Auto Express Vale is the solution! I was stranded with a dead battery in the middle of summer and had my vehicle towed to Auto Express Vale. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. This isn’t just a mechanic shop—it’s a family-owned gem where every interaction feels like a white-glove service. Miguel and his family run this business with integrity and a deep commitment to customer education. They walk you through every detail of the work needed and provide transparent, no-pressure options, unlike the often pushy dealerships. Miguel gave me a realistic maintenance timeline, dispelling the urgent, sales-driven tactics I’ve faced elsewhere. I now have complete confidence in understanding my car’s needs and maintenance plan. Auto Express Vale has secured my trust and loyalty. I see them as an investment into my car! Side note: The interior of the shop is also incredibly cute—one of the most aesthetically pleasing shops I’ve ever seen.

Came in with a flat tire. I was expecting to have to buy a new one but they took the time to check the damage on the old one, patched it up and I was out of there in no time. Great service and it didn't cost a lot.

I had some brake trouble driving to work. They saw me without an appointment and inspected my car while I waited, informed me of the issue (warped front brake rotors and pads) and cost to fix, then fixed it while I waited. The shop was very clean and modern looking and everyone I interacted with on the phone and at the counter was friendly and professional. I recommend them!

Shop manager was able to get my 2005 MDX fixed. Very challenging issue and they fixed it perfectly. They do great work for me all the time, at good prices. They treat return customers like family.

Sin ofender pero de verdad deben ser unas personas serias cuando se trata de su trabajo !!hace algunos años yo estaba con ellos y cada vez que llevaba mi carro nunca arreglaban el problema y cobraban dinero de más !! Entonces decidí cambiar de lugar , ahora estoy en el DEALER AMERICANO , y de verdad que ahí si son personas serias y el trabajo 100 % seguro y garantizado ! Hace algunos meses un amigo llevo su carro y querían sacarle BASTANTE DINERO pero yo le recomendé mejor visitar el DEALER AMERICANO y entonces le cobraron lo que debía ser y le arreglaron las cosas que debían ser , no le hecharon mentiras ! Por eso porfavor amigos si de verdad quieren un buen servicio en mecánica visite el dealer Americano de la marca de su carro !!

They are great if you dont mind first come service. Speak English and Spanish, great prices. Only down side is you cant just schedule service aka no appointments so no telling when you bring, how long car will be there all day. Some times though that is just what you need. Reasonable prices and good work.

What an amazing family run business. It is truly a fabulous place. Best experiences I have had at any car repair facility! Owners are wonderful people and make you feel welcomed from the beginning to the end. I was quoted a price, and they were spot on. Excellent work, and they even went as far to look at my rear brakes and let me know they were still in good shape!

I am Pastor Price, which my church is around 15 minutes away. I have been a customer for over five years excellent service I have recommend auto express to many people that was seeking excellent auto care. I am also impressed with the surroundings very clean conference room. I enjoy the safety if I need to have any sisters, or any female to come, they would not be harass or hassle. The assistant manager, this young lady is Excellent left my credit card at home but because we come often, I was trusted by this company to go home and retrieve my credit card and I came back. I recommend this company to everyone could be a little pricey on some things but I do not mind as long as a service is good. I intentionally did not give it five stars because it is always room for growth.

Oh, wow, I am very surprised at the last couple of reviews. I'm a black business owner who operates a non-emergency medical transportation service. So, it's very important to maintain the upkeep of our fleet. I have been doing business with Vale Auto for some time now, and I would have to say that the service has been nothing but excellent. They are the only ones I trust with our vehicles. I have always received excellent customer service and Excellent Maintenance Service. I have never experienced any type of racism. I would definitely recommend Auto Express to my family and friends.

We have been taking our cars and trucks here for several years and they consistently provide the best services at very reasonable prices!!. I recently had to get my granddaughter's car repaired in order for her to return back to her college campus in Fort Wayne and they were able to service the car within 24hrs. The dealership was quoting twice the amount and scheduling several days out which would have been a huge inconvenience for us. Thank you Miguel and friends for your services! The Murffs
