Terrible installation experience. The person doing it took a long time and messed it up; the VIN number displayed was damaged, could not be seen from outside the windshield. The company tells me they will get a replacement VIN tag and redo the job, but it will take weeks.

Overall good experience. I called them the day of incident where a stone cracked my windshield and they connected me with my insurance. Took care of all the backend procedures and help me book an appointment for the next day. I dropped off my car and within 30 mins or so it was ready to pick up. The work was fast and there was plenty of parking on a week day. So far no issues. There was some glass dust on my dashboard which they forgot to clean I believe, but all fine.

Excellent windshield replacement. Only complaint (and why i give 3stars) is original appt was made (could only give me 2-3 weeks out), then day before appt got a text reminding me of appt. I drove an hour (in rush hour traffic) to appointment only to be told my windshield hadn't arrived. Why couldn't they have checked before having me drive all the way in. Was told by tech they would squeeze me between jobs once it arrived. Had to wait to reschedule until they knew windshield had arrived then front desk agent said she couldn't squeeze me in on the date/time i needed (which tech had promised). Had to wait another 2 weeks. Would i book here again? If alternative choices, then no. The installer himself was great and kudos to him for getting job done quickly including all the calibrations.

The repair man Pedro’s workmanship was outstanding, the only thing that I wasn’t too happy about is the time in the work order said at 8:00 PDT so I was ready early that morning and I found out later that it should have said, between 8:00 to 5:00 pm. However, the repair man showed up at 1:00 And did an outstanding job.

I had a small chip in the windshield within the first 100 miles of owning my new car. The chip spread and caused a huge crack throughout the whole windshield. With it being new I wanted OEM glass and Auto Glass Now was the only dealer that would provide it without a hassle. They let me know the wait time would be longer since they had to order but kept to thier promised time. The installer was able to come to my house and installed within an hour. My windshield looks new now, the same as when I purchased the car. I appreciate the follow through and will look for you guys if anything comes up in the future.

Job done right. I drive a Jeep with Gorilla glass. Auto Glass Now is able to replace the Gorilla glass. Safelite was unable to replace my Gorilla glass.

Were able to see me and replace my windshield on the same day that it cracked (fortunately they had the right parts in stock). Everyone was very accommodating and explained the process in detail. Made me feel good about the whole process. They knew exactly what I needed, asked intelligent questions (my vehicle has a heads-up-display) and were able to get me in and out in under 2 hours. If I ever have any other windshield work, I will happily go to AutoGlassNow knowing that my vehicle will be in good hands.

Had windshield replaced few weeks ago, was supposed to be oem but wasn’t. Took 4-5 weeks to get oem, had it installed. While picking up truck they had it back a spot across parking lot, I thought that seemed strange. So I looked the truck over and the back of the cab was dented and scratched in 4 spots. I question the employees and they had the deer in the headlights look and insisted they didn’t know what happened. Asked for manager, they were at lunch and would call after 2pm. Then, the manager had Covid, then I get a txt saying they will contact me Monday (8/12/24). I couldn’t figure how this happened, then I realized they put the bay door down on bed to block the sun since it’s hot. They backed the truck up into the door. My BakFlip is damaged as well. More proof it was them is the two scratches on cab are 39” apart, exactly the same as the hinges on the bay door. I went back and measured it out. The employees are horrible liars. They just looked at each other when I figured it out and walked away. My new truck now needs repairs but the sad part is they didn’t admit to their mistake and tried to hide it. Can’t wait to hear what management has to say.

I Googled cheap windshield repair, happens when you are paying the complete cost out of pocket. Several companies came up. This is the one and only place I called. After speaking on the phone with a gentleman I scheduled to have my windshield replaced. Just by his excellent customer service. Then I arrived at the location. The customer service again top notch! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
