Going on 14 years with this dealership and let me tell you something, no better place to go. Best in the region. Just purchased my first Tesla and as always it’s been an incredible experience. Car is immaculate. Edgar and Jacob are outstanding. The whole crew is honestly. There is never any pressure at all when going to vehicle shop. HUGE BONUS. Also once you make a decision they will have you in and out within 30 minutes. Seamless operation and family oriented environment.

I went to them to buy a Jaguar x type this past November. In the 3 months I’ve had it: the evap system has started to leak, the power steering died, the right side headlights internal plastic part has come undone and won’t go back, a wheel bearing has started to go, the battery is giving me issues despite being healthy, bad pistons causing the hood to come down on my head without warning amongst other issues. They sold me a lemon and got away with it. Do not buy from these people.

This has to be the smoothest and easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. Being from out of state, Jeremy was always available to answer all my questions and walk me the online purchase process. Within one week from initial inquiry, I had my Nissan GT-R delivered to my door in NJ. I would highly recommend Jeremy and Auto Group of Louisville for a stress free buying experience.

Went to test drive a vehicle and it was all going well till I realized the tires were bald. Which is weird, because the photos of the tires on the online listing had plenty of tread left. So I asked them to work on the price. They came back $600 off and I left. Jeramie, the sales person was honestly fine to work with. But the reason for my one star is the owner! He called me maybe 5 minutes after I left and argued with me, talked down to me, and thought talking shit about another dealer was the way to get me to turn around. He said AI can tell me the profit margin of the vehicle, that he would put new tires on the car(likely the tires that were originally on the vehicle when he got it), and that we could talk about the price. I got the feeling I was about to do business with a snake and boy am I glad I left. I’d say you could buy a car from here, just be VERY careful. The owner lost a sale, but he likely doesn’t care. Go buy his lemon folks, he’ll put “new” tires on it for ya.

Great communication all the way around, they get down to business and mean business, sometimes it's better that way. No one wants to spend a half a day at the dealership. Ross was our sales associate. When it comes to buying a luxury vehicle there are a few nice places in town but how you're treated at the dealership is a big factor and we got the best. Everyone else was super nice as well from the General Manager to Finance. If you want a fast and easy personable car buying experience go to Auto Group of Louisville.

I Had an awesome experience with Auto Group of Louisville!! Jacob was super helpful and efficient and my deal was done in quick order. No games no haggles, just straight talk! I own a logistics company myself and I understand it's not always easy to coordinate everything to go as smooth as could be but these guys delivered on their promises to get the car here on time, they came through with their promise even during a increment weather, and although the shipping cost ended up a little bit more than what they quoted me they kept the shipping cost the same. Very happy!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Auto Group Of Louisville. I have had several relationships with dealerships in the past and I am not a fan in general. This dealership was nothing like my experiences in the past. They are smaller which was nice and The whole negotiation and transaction were so much easier. I never felt stressed and it did not take half the day. It was very fast considering. They were very fair and were willing to negotiate with some things that came up, worked with me & I felt totally felt taken care of. I love the vehicle I got there and I love the service. Honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had (and, being 60+ with 4 kids, I’ve bought plenty). Vlad, Edgar, Scott and Jacob were amazing! Helpful, Informative, and Very patient (They let me test drive so many cars I lost count. I’m a overthinker, Don’t judge). What’s rare is they truly care more about the people who walk in the door than the car going out. Turns out, my LR4 was the perfect purchase when the ‘ville was socked with 8” of snow & ice. Rover gets around like a champ!!! Thanks AGofL 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I whole heartedly recommend them for the place to buy your next ride!

The worst experience ever! Purchased a car got home and recvd text advising they added up price incorrectly and I needed to come back and pay 1100. It was a huge Math mistake and I believe that they should have ate the cost as they made the mistake. The owner refused this and even made me feel like I was asking him for some sort of favor. I returned the car because I felt taken advantage of. The owner then left me a voicemail advising I was playing games and knew the math was incorrect. This was way out of line! I felt sorry for the salesmen working for this company. If he behaved that way with me… I can only imagine how he treats them. Scott was an amazing salesman who unfortunately works there. He was very empathetic and did what he could to help me. Don’t give this owner a penny! This was a vehicle for my daughter and she was crushed but this taught her a valuable lesson regarding respect and choosing who deserves your business. My entire family was so upset with this and even tried to talk to owner. Bad Business and unprofessional!! Update!! 1/7/25 At the turn of the year Edgar, the owner reached out to us. He sent a handwritten note and 2 Gift cards. He took accountability for their mistakes and apologized. This was an amazing gesture to repair the relationship with past customers. I hope that this incident will help them service customers even better in the future. Mistakes happen but accountability goes a long way! Thank you for your note and phone call Edgar. I purchased a 2018 BMW 650i Gran Coupe sight-unseen from the dealership. My sales consultant Jacob Rymond made the process an stress-free one. Jacob went out of his way to send me photos and videos of the car. He even FaceTimed with me and did a full walk around so I could see every inch of the car. He went above and beyond to complete the contract, coordinate shipping and process the DMV paperwork. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership and specifically Jacob Rymond. *Update: Sometime after the below incident Edgar reached out to make ammends for the situation. He apologized for the below mishaps that took place and explained everything. I was very impressed that he took the time to do, especially without incentive. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle, I will happily consider working with the Auto Group of Louisville again. Anyone who can admit fault, then go above and beyond to correct the wrong is the type of person I'd like to do business with. * I had the worst customer service experience with this company. My husband had been speaking to Edgar Migirov on my behalf because I don't know much about cars. The deal was basically set to go through, but at the last minute Edgar said something to the bank that caused them to renege on their offer. After completing all of the paperwork and getting the necessary documents in order, Edgar caused the bank to renege because my husband asked why his last name was needed. My husband did comply with Edgar's request, although the vehicle was not for him. It was at this point where Edgar became very rude. When I did speak with him he was inpatient, and when I asked him what a specific term meant, he told me to Google it. In the mist of that Edgar also sent me a Facebook request, which I felt was very unprofessional. I was present for all of the conversations between Edgar and my husband. Edgar was more than able to communicate with me on my husband's phone, so there was no need to attempt to gain access to me via social media. I wouldn't recommend buying from them unless you like dealing with unprofessional people who enjoy wasting your time.

Ask for Jacob, he was amazing. To be fair, everyone was amazing if Jacob happens to be busy you'll probably still get someone awesome. I live 3 hours away, we locked in a fair deal over the phone, eSigned all the paperwork. When I drove down to get the car they were extremely efficient, everything was as described, no hassle, no hiccups, just a great clean transaction and a great deal on the car I purchased.
