I bought my BMW from Edgar 2 years ago. It was a great experience! I just recently had my car serviced with Chad, the mechanic, and it was another great experience! Everyone is super nice and professional there. Chad had great communication and let me know exactly what was wrong with my car. He also fixed my car very quickly! I’ve had a lot of issues with a lot of dealerships and mechanic shops in the past, but not with Auto Group of Louisville. 110% recommend them.

If you’re looking for your next used car look no further than Autogroup Louisville. Not only do they have a large selection of vehicles but the salesmen are fantastic. Great customer service . If something isn’t right , they will make it right. Scott and Ross are the best. Recently bought a Honda Crv and couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Bought a BMW in September of 2023 and it has spent more time in the shop than out! Bought the extended warranty from Freedom and it’s a waste of money! Took the car back to Auto Group first (bad decision) for a problem with a vibration. They “worked” on it for months and managed to take joy rides in it, break an axle, replace a drive shaft that wasn’t installed correctly which ended up costing over $5,000 dollars to repair that damage. Which by the way wasn’t covered under there great extended warranty because the dealer broke it. Fixed an oil leak that amazingly still leaks and now a problem with the drive train sensor and guess what??? The warranty company says they won’t cover it!! The car has literally been in the shop for 5+ months since it was bought! Stay away from these people!! They are a joke! Ross is useless along with everyone else there! Time to go to court! If anyone would like to see proof I’d be more than happy to provide it! No one deserves to be treated and scammed this way!!!

Made everything work for us so that we’re able to get the vechile we wanted, went over and beyond than what I would expect. What a great group of folks. The owner bent over backwards to let me test drive a vehicle that I had already ordered on Carvana. Great vehicles on the lot. In an age where a trustworthy car dealer is hard to find, these guys are hard to beat. Edit: Carvana’s car was in terrible condition. Undisclosed damage, covered in road grime… I took it back and bought the car from Auto Group. It was in far superior condition. These guys are the real deal.

I only wish that I could give a 0 star instead of a 1 star. My granddaughter came home from college looking to buy a used car, excited about a car that she loved and was hoping to purchase. Long story short, after going through the process at this establishment...and fully purchasing the car with CASH for a price that was quoted to her "Out the Door" she drove her car home. When she arrived home with the car her mom got a text saying that "they", the owner and salesman had made a mistake and she needed to bring them 1,500 more cash because they had to manually add up the cost of the car, the electricity had went out and they didn't have their computer system up to make the right calculation...but, they used their cell phones to make the calculation. What is going on, without technology can we not do manual math...and then if there was a mistake on the behalf of the establishment, shouldn't the business eat up their mistake or at least meet the customer half way. BAD BUSINESS!!!

The worst experience ever! Purchased a car got home and recvd text advising they added up price incorrectly and I needed to come back and pay 1100. It was a huge Math mistake and I believe that they should have ate the cost as they made the mistake. The owner refused this and even made me feel like I was asking him for some sort of favor. I returned the car because I felt taken advantage of. The owner then left me a voicemail advising I was playing games and knew the math was incorrect. This was way out of line! I felt sorry for the salesmen working for this company. If he behaved that way with me… I can only imagine how he treats them. Scott was an amazing salesman who unfortunately works there. He was very empathetic and did what he could to help me. Don’t give this owner a penny! This was a vehicle for my daughter and she was crushed but this taught her a valuable lesson regarding respect and choosing who deserves your business. My entire family was so upset with this and even tried to talk to owner. Bad Business and unprofessional!!

This place is awesome! Ross was our salesman from beginning to end. We called him and said we were driving in from out of state to trade in our BMW x5 and we wanted a Toyota 4Runner he had in stock. He was completely transparent about what the trade in value would possibly be. When we got there I told him we only had 90 minutes to get everything done in order to pick up our daughter from school. Ross was able to get the job done in 90 minutes flat! Not only that, he got us an amazing rate on our remaining balance. THANK YOU AUTO GROUP OF LOUISVILLE! PS: our 4Runner is solid as a rock, no issues at all, we love it.
