I was recommended by a friend and would recommend this shop to anyone. Must say my first experience was nothing less than great. Helped me get a new battery the very next day on such short notice and was in and out of the shop in no time. Appreciate Daniel for the great customer service and taking the time to quote me on another thing.

I’ve come to this shop multiple times and everytime the experience was quick and efficient. The staff is amazing and the service is fast. Very welcoming and cozy environment as well. They do not mind taking their time to explain whatever it is they are going to do to your car. Highly recommend 👌🏼

I No longer recommend this place. I been here a few times which started out at very affordable prices (to keep you coming back) So I took my car back because the heat wasn’t working so I ask the shop to do a full diagnostic on the car and fix everything that’s wrong with it because I didn’t want any more problems. The work was $2,000 as I was told I needed new spark plugs, new radiator ect. Keep in mind this car is only 3 yrs old (I’m the only owner of the car) so 3 weeks later my car stops and call the shop and eventually got it towed there. They called and said the fuel pumps went out and the cost is $1,200. The guy whoever answered the phone had a shitty attitude and didn’t explain why it was 1,200 after I just paid for a full inspection as well as everything else. Didn’t offer any solutions and just hung up. So I got my car towed from there which was another $150 to another shop. They never offered to even cover a tow (total of 3 tows) after all the work I just got done there. They bring you in with low prices, But keep coming the quotes will start be outrageous. The shop my car at replaced my fuel pumps for $600 parts and labor as well as stating other things that may need replaced ( even after I paid this shop for a full inspection) After all this money I paid this shop I wil be posting all the receipts to show just all the money I paid and still problems and no offers of help. I do not recommend this shop !!!

I took my mom’s 2009 Jeep Wrangler to Autologic for some repairs—the power steering gearbox and the fuel tank’s skid plate needed to be replaced. While other shops quoted me nearly $1,000, Autologic got the job done for half that price. They knocked it out in just a few hours, and while I waited, Melissa, who runs the front desk, was grilling tacos and offered me some. At first, I thought she was just being polite, but when she insisted, I gave in and devoured a three taco on the spot. Then she offered me more. I could’ve eaten a whole plate, but I didn’t want to overstay my welcome, so I settled for one more. When I tried to pay her for the tacos and soda, she just smiled and said, “It’s on us.” That level of hospitality? It’s rare. Not only will I be coming back and recommending them, but their techs also did an excellent job on my mom’s Jeep. Quality work, fair pricing, and people who treat you like family—Autologic’s got my business for life.

A good friend of mine recommended this auto repair shop to me a day ago. My friend told me that this place had resolved a problem that other auto repair shops failed to solve. I had recently bought a used vehicle and I needed it liked over and to get a tune up. Danny handled my intake. He was very informative and able to answer all my questions within a reasonable time. My experience with Danny was top rate. Melissa handled my processing. The Wizards in the shop. A perfect way to describe their expertise as they performed magic on my newly purchased used vehicle. They found many issues with my vehicle and quickly went to work repairing my vehicle with enthusiasm and determination. Because my vehicle is used and has some age (over 10 years), my vehicle was challenging removing rusted and fused parts. When the Wizards of Autologic Complete Auto Repair finished with my vehicle it performed like it was a new vehicle. My engine was humming so beautifully and the handling was smooth. I had a leak, I needed suspension work, new rotors and brakes (ceramic), and a tune up. The parts for the tune-up came with a 3 month warranty. The suspension had a lifetime warranty! This place is excellent! I highly recommend. This is my new home shop for all of my vehicular work. I'm impressed! I'm not easy to impress.

First I came here to change my break pads. These guys were completely upfront with me. They quoted me at half the price I got from other local shops, and they were quick too. They get busy, but as long as you check in with them they'll tell you how it is. Very reasonable, and friendly service. 100% would recommend. I can see why before my review they already had a 4.9 avg out of 5 stars. It's well deserved.

this place rocks -- highly recommend! their estimate for my soft brakes (and other miscellaneous issues) was much lower than other local shops. melissa the owner is very clear and friendly and my technician clint walked me through the car's issues and our options very clearly as well. very friendly and professional spot.

Great customer service. My car died about 3 blocks away from the shop and Danny one of the mechanics walked to where I was stranded and checked my car out. Seeing it wouldn’t turn on and we were so close to the shop he decided to push my car to the shop I honestly believe no mechanic would’ve pushed my car to the shop specially under this heat. He saved me time and money!! He was super quick on figuring out what was wrong with my car. I highly recommend coming here! They are super fast and extremely nice! I will definitely be back here for any repairs I need!

I was sent to Auto Logic from this lemon car selling place called S&M auto. The owner Melissa made me feel comfortable and I thought I found a place I could always rely on when it came to getting my car fixed. But every-time I brought my car here they kept adding on new issues to my car. The last and final time I brought my car here I had hoped my extended warranty would cover every thing but they declined my claim. Instead of waiting on the answer of the claim, they started working on my car without even confirming what they were fixing and of how much it would cost. Every day that I called no one ever mentioned that they actually started fixing one of the issues with the car. When I got confirmation that the extended warranty was denied I came to pick up my car and that is the first and only time I was told that work had been performed on my car and made up a price I had to pay to get my car back. As I’m driving the car after I picked it up my car is jerking so hard that I have been scared to drive the car ever since. They also left a towel underneath the hood sitting on the engine. I had meant to write a review right after this happened but I said I would talk to the owner seeing she was out of town through all of this. She pretended like she cared and offered to tow my car to the shop to see what was currently wrong. Even gave me her number she claimed was her personal number which is not. My name is Whitney and out of all the times she’s referred to me she’s called me by that name but she purposely started referring to me as Mrs. Houston to make a joke in her eyes and it honestly pissed me off because now you’re taking me for a joke. When I corrected her all she she had to say was “Oops”. I worked hard for this car and paid cash for it. Just for this place to add more issues. For Melissa to say to me she knows how mechanic shops take advantage of women and then turn around to take advantage of me was a rude awakening but a lesson learned. I just posted a picture of the receipt of what the owner is claiming is a diagnostic fee which it is not. My problem of buying a faulty car is my own. You guys charging me for a repair that was never confirmed by me especially when it was performed before the claim was denied is the problem

This is a great shop in the neighborhood with fast, reliable service and friendly owners who take the time to explain and answer questions. We’ve trusted Daniel, the mechanic, with our repair needs for the last 10 years. Our car is over 15 years old, so we’ve needed to replace different parts recently to extend the car’s life. He always figures out the issue and gets our car running like new. So glad you all are now in Pilsen!
