Been coming since they were the Merlin's on 47. Paul and Darrell do great work at fair prices. They've been working on my vehicle solely since it had 120,000 miles... I'm well over 380,000 now with no sign of stopping. They fix what you need and will make recommendations however won't let you leave their shop with an unsafe vehicle. I've lived here for almost 15 years and my vehicle is a 2003. Guarantee it wouldn't still be running if I had taken it elsewhere all these years.

I grew up in a mechanic shop my whole childhood. As a girl, mechanics think they can take advantage. I usually catch them with the knowledge I got watching my dad. Meeting Paul and his team the first time 6+ years ago, I knew they were not the typical mechanic that tries to get one over on the customer. They're smart, quick, prices are fair and their work is spot on! I wouldn't trust my cars with anyone else.

Auto Pros hands down the best shop in the Mchenry county area! If you want a shop that’s professional and honest take it to Auto Pro! Job done right the first time. Daryl is a drop the mic type mechanic a Rock star! He takes pride in his work and is a true professor of the Automotive Industry. My wife has not drove her second car in almost a year. After he fixed it she parked the new one and drives the old one everyday. She said it drives perfect. Was going to sell it now it’s a keeper. Thanks AUTO PROS ! Paul, Love all the way from Rockford.

Another great visit at Auto Pros! Because of their thorough check of my traverse, they found that one of the brackets that holds the engine inside the car has completely worn out cushion. Thankful that they are so thorough and help keep me driving safely! Visit Paul and the guys! You won't be disappointed!

I've taken 3 different cars here since 2019. I originally went to them because they were close to home. Once I experienced their professionalism, courtesy and service I've not gone elsewhere. I've moved out of town and will still go with Paul and the guys at Auto Pros. Save yourself the time, hassle and likely some money and take your investment here.
