Had an engine blow in Rock Springs on a road trip. Found an engine through these folks and had a GREAT experience. Really great service, flexibility to help me with a secondary tow AND recommended a local mechanic that did quick, great work. Thank you for helping these South Dakotans get this car back on the road!

I've been doing business at this establishment for a solid ten years, most recently was a simple steel wheel for my commuter car. But I recently had someone run a stop sign and do thousands of dollars worth of damage to my property. I called just about every other tow company in the county to try and find this said vehicle, so I could simply take some pictures myself in the day light. The young lady answered the phone, I asked about a vehicle that was involved in a accident in the early morning hours North of Rock Springs Her instant, rude reply was "What about it?" I informed her I was the property owner of which property was damaged due to the driver of said vehicle that took out my mail box and fence. She continued to tell me about their policies, and that if I'm not the registered owner of the vehicle I am not allowed to see it. Which is understandable, to a certain extent, but the sheer rudeness took me by complete surprise. (Each and EVERY other Tow Company I called said they didn't have it, but they'd help me out if they did. Not to mention each and EVERY other company I called spoke to me very properly, professionally and polite.) Needless to say, I will no longer due business with Auto Recyclers. Even if they have the ONLY part in the United States for one of my antique/classic cars of pick up trucks. If I would have been spoken to like a person, I probably wouldn't have wrote this.

John and Auto Recyclers came to my rescue and I’m so grateful! I was in an accident north of Rawlins and the police (Sergeant Jim Rhea) contacted John and he was able to tow me to Walmart Tire Center in Rock Springs, Wyoming and even checked to see if he had a replacement tail light and bumper in stock for me. So…once I could drive again on a replacement tire, I was able to drive to Auto Recyclers and they installed the replacement tail light for me and also attached the replacement bumper to my bike rack. I’m so grateful!

Paid to have a core support removed and was told it would be two days. 5 days later I was told it would be pulled that next week. Asked for a refund and the lady hung up. Awful customer service, I'd rather drive to Salt Lake for parts.

Excellent and professional service! Plenty of knowledge on parts cross references and if they don't have it, they will try to move mountains to find one. Its nice in this day and age to go to a business and feel like they actually care about YOUR car problems. Bravo!

Great place to find used auto parts! Alondra was great and verified/sent pictures of what I was getting before shipping the parts 2000+ miles to me for a reasonable price, wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They gave me the run around. I paid for a door with windows and then they called back and said they couldn't send me that door bc it was too messed up then told me they would send me another door without glass and a bullet hole in it. For the same price not willing to give me the glass I needed installed in the door nor give me a discount. One of the females I talked to was so rude and unhelpful. In all it was just a terrible experience and I'm still super sad I don't have the parts I need to restore my late father's truck. Thanks for nothing but getting my hopes up

This place is Amazing!! I wish everyone that I did business with was like this place. My experience was like going back in time to a time when business owners truly cared about their customers. Super friendly people and they even stayed a little late as we were coming from out of town to get an engine from them. This place is a rare gem in today's business world! I would highly recommend them!

This salvage yard had the parts we needed to put my son's car back together. He backed into light pole. They happened to even be the right color. With their parts and his hard work 4hrs later car looks great. Thanks for all your help getting parts quickly.

Contacted them via Ebay for an accessory part to the listing. I got a snide and rude response saying "Hello, We do have other parts listed for this vehicle and others at Auto Recyclers in Wyoming but in order to provide the best service for our phone and in person customers, We are not processing questions that are not related to the part in the listing Regards. " Well, go Eff yourself too. You lost a potential customer!!

Won't let you inspect the part before purchasing. Won't negotiate price, which is high because there isn't much competition in the area.

Salvage Yard Dogs : check. Fake snakes: check. Truck in front lot being worked on: check. Tons of parts: check. Friendliest people you could possibly want to meet: check. I drove 5 hours ONE WAY to this place looking for a bumper. You don't know what you're going to get with salvage/used parts yards, but this place was incredible. I enjoyed chatting it up, finding the stuff I needed. I'll make a return trip just to see it again, with picking up parts as the secondary reason to make the trip. Really just can't say enough good about the Liggett family and the crew running this place. Thanks John and crew for making our trip worthwhile!
