This was easily the easiest and stress-free car repair experience I have ever had. When my car’s power steering, a/c, and battery power all went out as I was leaving the gym, I had a panic moment. I called around to several places, and none of them could take a look at my car for several days. At 8:10a, I called Auto Repair 2 You and they were friendly, informative, honest, and upfront about pricing. He was to my car by 8:40a. He had diagnosed the problem (a bad pulley) by 8:45a. He immediately left to go get the parts needed and returned before 9a and it was fixed by 9:05. I went from a non-drivable vehicle to a vehicle good as new in LESS THAN AN HOUR. I will absolutely be using Auto Repair 2 You again!

Don't waste your money go to a real shop, they told me that it was the ecm(computer module) not even close, I order the part but it was not the issue, I fixed it somewhere else also I pay the $100 for the diagnosis waste of money you have a great one.

Matt was awesome! He told my husband that autozone gave him the wrong part that was why my husband wasn't able to put the part on. My husband had been working on his car for like 3 days and autozone kept giving him the wrong part even after he took the part to them still gave wrong part but the guy showed us what part it was on Amazon so we could order it and didn't even charge us for coming to us and looking at the car! I think another person would have tooken advantage of the situation and charged us a lot for doing nothing so thank you for being an honest person and me and my husband really appreciate you Matt thank you again

Matt worked on a tough kitchen sink plumbing issue where not much access. He engineered an innovative solution, got us back up and running. Don't let company name fool you...Matt is a great RV repair tech, not just auto mechanic. Will definitely use these guys again! Update... I had an issue with an airbag warning light on a Mini Cooper. Matt promptly came out, diagnosed and fixed issue. Whole process took a little over an hour. Matt is tenacious and very good at resolving issues, whether auto or RV. Highly recommend!

My ac went out on my car I called thinking it was my thermostat and we replaced that , ac still didn’t work but Matt did not stop he went above and beyond to help me find & fix the problem.. Long story short if you having any problems with you AC or anything with your car call them & request Matt !! Very professional & very quick

Got him to do plugs and coils and my truck and he ended up leaving me without being to use my truck for more than 2 weeks. Connectors where glued so they broke it wasn’t his fault they were glued but he told me he’d make it to fix it never came in 2 weeks. Got someone else to fix it and everything he installed was loose and was causing more misfires and didn’t gap the plugs

Great job today; new to the Phx area. Vehicle situation occurred on Sunday, too late anyone to respond. Reached out to several big name shops received a 7-10 day lead time time. Reached out to this ad online, within 4 hours he arrived, diagnosed & repaired the problem. Super reasonable prices as well!! Thanks again

Wow! These guys blew my mind. Our truck was recently stopped dead in it's tracks and we thought we were gonna need a tow and we new we would need a diagnosis and parts and labor and we were really dreading it because we are between checks. I looked online and these guys were the closest to me, with the best star rating. So I asked for a quote online and the guy calls me in less than 5 minutes with a detailed plan and layout and prices and everything. I was a little nervous about him sending the "new guy" mike around 2 maybe sooner. Mike called me at 1 and was ready to go he told me instantly what was wrong and drove to the store himself and got the part and came back. Now while the quote was dirt cheap, it was about all we had left in our account. I told him we might have to cancel and he told me he would work with us and knocked off his own chunk he'd be earning just to bring my price down which is what sold me on these guys. I tipped him what I could i wish i could give him more he really helped us out we are a 3 kid family and our 2 vehicles are our lifeblood. I can't believe just one guy showed up and fixed all our problems in under an hour. He even cut himself bad while working on it. His blood and sweat is literally in that truck now I owe you guys big time. We will forever call you for our car issues. Recommend to anyone in the arrowhead/deer valley area Edit: We tried setting up an appointment with them today,and was set for 2-4.. no call no text no show. I appreciate what they did for us in the past but am calling someone else tomorrow It was not me who made the review but my wife Caitlyn She just took the city bus to work because no one called her until this morning

The mechanic Matt is like he wants to steal my money cause I say he doesn’t look anything in my vehicle only push the start button in my vehicle and say king of the noise, my vehicle have a problem to the motor , how can someone just listen a voice and determined what your vehicle have , for what reason scanned exist?he doesn’t check the lights, the oil , anything, and forced me to gave 100$ to he him , without did anything .when say how did you know he said when you go to a doctor, the doctor say something to you , you will say not , but no a doctor can exactly determine a patient without a diagnostic, what you don’t do for my car.

My mechanic Matt was very friendly and helpful with my situation. He listened to me vent about what was going on and gave me some good advice on what I needed to do. I really appreciated him gettin back to me when I called because I had contacted a few others and they were too busy and couldn't help me out . So again thanks Matt for helping me with my situation.
