Well Jake is indeed friendly. But I brought in my car with a ticking that has recently started and is very annoying. Jake and the guys never found the noise but did fix a problem I was unaware of with front suspension and totally got me for $3600 including alignment yet my car feels very strange now and definitely pulls hard to the right. I don't think they finished the work I paid for or did not do the work well. And it's a month before Christmas...lesson, get a second opinion!!! I'm not a new customer, Im now a one time customer.

I am ALWAYS completely satisfied with the work on my vehicle at Suto Rescue. I honestly work with Auto as opposed to my dealership. Auto is my Dealership. Lol

This place is a rip off. Wanted to charge $750 to replace a brake line. That is double what it's supposed to cost. I took it in for an inspection and all of a sudden the line started leaking. They said it was rusty. They messed it up then wanted to charge way too much to fix it. This is how mechanics shops get you in virginia. They know it's needed to pass inspection and charge you way more than it should. Always try to go somewhere you can trust. I can't trust these guys.

After my car broke down in Richmond, this shop made sure I was safe and all my needs were taken care of. Jake from the shop explained everything so I really understood what was going on and helped me with future issues that need to be addressed. They turned a very stressful situation into a manageable one. Would return to this place and have more work done in my car. Extra bonus shout out for helping me get a shuttle service back to shop since I did not know area.

I took my vehicle to be diagnosed because I had water 💦 in the back passenger seat on the floor which started to smell like mildew! I got my appointment quick and I even got it back the same day!!! The guys that worked on my vehicle did an excellent job they fix what was going on and I also needed tires and an alignment because my vehicle was pulling and I was afraid of driving it!! Let me tell you I am in love with my vehicle again it drives like brand new and it’s not pulling at all❤️! Thank you team 😊 I found my repair shop!!!

Run DO NOT GO IN, WORST AUTO SHOP EVER, thousands of dollars spent and car was in worse shape than it went in!! , only got 1 star because I couldn’t give no stars!!

The service is excellent, the waiting room is large with lots of seating. The prices are very reasonable. And the icing is sometimes they fix stuff at no charge. Service with a smile has come back!

This was my first time at Auto Rescue. I used to bring my vehicles to a different shop for years and after a recent management change the service suffered at that shop. I was really impressed with how friendly the staff is at Auto Rescue. My vehicle required a decent amount of work when I brought it and their knowledgeable technicians did an amazing job of getting my vehicle back in shape. In my opinion, they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Auto Rescue to anyone looking for a new shop or if it’s your first time bringing a vehicle in for a repair or inspection. The customer service you’ll receive will put your mind at ease knowing you’re in good hands.

Walked into Auto Rescue for the 1st time and was greeted so warmly! Patrick and Jake both were extremely nice but more importantly very knowledgeable. They did a background check on my truck and were able to tell me what had been done in the past and what needed to be done for the future! I have NEVER had a bad experience at All Tune and Lube. I have referred them to multiple acquaintances. Last week they checked my tires and added air at noW charge. They have donated a used tire to replace a tire swing at my church. They are skillful and honest. I have never had any surprises.

These folks are always honest and professional. Oil change, transmission fluid change, and inspection (only needed new wiper blades - yay!). Everything completed in the timeframe they provided. Highly recommend!
