After the cold snap in January, Susan tried to start her Altima, which was in the garage. Battery was dead. We contact Auto Service 1; later that day, Carlos and Oscar visited. They jumped the car, drove it to the garage and replaced the battery. Problem solved!

The staff at auto service 1 is amazing and very hospitable. The customer service is amazing. They give detailed information about everything that's going on with your vehicle, provides pictures, communicates EVERYTHING with the customer. They work expeditiously to get your vehicle completed. I've gone to Auto Service 1 for multiple car repairs now (all necessary due to the age of my car) and they have been excellent. They completed the work promptly, took before and after pics and let me know what items were high priority and what could wait.

UPDATED REVIEW I had to take my car to Auto Service 1 bc my brakes started squeaking and they were under warranty there. They went above and beyond to make up for the last time I was there. Carlos was awesome and really made me feel like he valued me as a customer. Upgraded from a 1 to a 3. ORIGINAL REVIEW I've written many good reviews for Auto Service 1 before, but my last experience with them has made me rethink ever using them again. I dropped my car off on a Friday so they could do some body work on it. Next Friday I had to drop my husbands car off there and found out my car had been parked on the street for the entire week and nothing had happened with it (they told me it would be a week for repairs). I specifically selected this week because I was going to be out of town and wouldn't need a car. Ivan at the front desk said he would call the body shop on the following Monday to see if they could get my car in. He told me to call him by 11 if I hadn't heard from him. At 12:30pm I called and he acted annoyed at me for checking in. He promised he would call me back after he talked to the shop returned his call. It's now Thursday and he JUST called me back. Ivan kept apologizing saying that they kept getting accident cars in and they have a small shop, making me feel like because my car wasn't as in bad shape that I was pushed to the back. This service was unacceptable and I ended up taking my car to a much closer shop. When I mentioned that to Ivan he kept saying sorry for the inconvenience, but really? My family has been coming to this shop since the 90's (when it was Tico's) and this will probably be the last time I go there.

i am very happy with their service. they brought me in. gave me a clear and very detailed diagnosis on my vehicle and did the repair. all in the same day! will recommend 100%. best of the best. will definitely come back for any future repairs on any of my vehicles.

Auto Service 1 is the one and only service auto repair shop anyone should go to they are so concerned with your car problems that they take care off you like family, I went there for service and I needed my turbo replaced the advisor (Ivan) explained everything to me where your able to understand every point of what is wrong and how they will go about repairing it , they do not lead you on they are very straightforward they also take pictures of the repair as it’s being done. Between Ivan the advisor and the owner Carlos they are great people, you will drive out of there happy and recommending them forward. Give them a shot you won’t regret it.

Came in early to drop off my car for regular service but my engine light went on too prior to dropping off the car. As a result I needed to get sensors replaced and diagnostics done. It was done within one day. Excellent service per usual. I am always confident leaving my car there. Carlos is a fantastic manager and and explains things so well. I never have to feel awkward as a female dropping off my car there. Everyone is kind , knowledgeable and genuinely on task. I said this before but I So grateful to have them close to my home where I can get efficient service with detailed explanations .

Honest people and excellent costumerservice! I went there for AC recharge and it was not that problem, it was something simple. At the end they show me in details all problems that my car will need to fix it in the future, which ones are the worst and so on. Thank you Carlos and Ivan.
