I came here after, unfortunately, having a bad experience somewhere else. So glad I came here instead! I have always felt like the staff here have treated me with respect and taken care of everything my car needs without ever being pushy to add on services. I’m very pleased with the quality of work that is done, as well. I refer my friends to come here and have only gotten good feedback.

Needed a new alternator for my Ecodiesel truck. Being from FL, I didn’t have my tools etc with me and had to take it to someone. After calling around and comparing pricing, they seemed like a slightly better price than a few others I compared. I made sure I told them the make and model of my truck and was quoted $725 plus tax…not exactly cheap considering I could buy an alternator from RockAuto for around $250 and had I been home, installed it myself…but being out of state, I had to take it in. Once dropped off by the tow truck, they said they would get to it immediately (which I was grateful for). However, about an hour later I received a call that he thought it was the 2500 bigger truck and the price would now be well over $1,000. I would’ve been more understanding if I had brought it in and maybe they needed to figure out how bad the issue was but when I was quoted a price (not an estimate) only for them to go up almost $400 is disingenuous. Especially, when I specifically gave them the make and model of the truck. Either way, I was charged almost $1,100 by the time it was finished and feel it could’ve been handled better. I would’ve been ok if I were told an accurate price up front but it seems they wanted to take advantage of my situation.

Very friendly staff. My car’s alternator died and the staff recharged my car by his own car. I am very appreciative and recommend their great services.

Ever since I moved to Dallas these guys have been my go-to for anything related to my car. They are extremely helpful, efficient and so generous. Very friendly. Honest. Knowledgeable and personable. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Got my compressor replaced here. They originally gave me a 200$ discount for the inconvenience of how long it took to get replaced. they couldn’t figure it out why my AC still wouldn’t work so they told me I had to go to the dealership to get something else replaced. The dealership told me within the hour that whoever installed my new compressor broke the pin off so I took it back to the shop. Originally on the phone they said they would pay whatever the dealership fees were for diagnosing my car. but when I got there they changed their mind. So I didn’t really get a discount after spending $165 at the dealership for all of my continuous inconveniences. Don’t recommend

I would never go anywhere else unless my SUV has another recall. Been getting cars serviced there for 18 years!!! Mockingbird is convenient, too.

The people here are always so nice. I’ve gotten my annual inspection done next door (same owners) with ease, and I got my oil changed here today for the first time. I never feel like they’re up charging me or trying to take advantage (as a young woman). They’re kind and helpful, and he fixed other little things on my car today with no charge.

This shop is top-notch. While road-tripping, I experienced a potential issue and asked if I could bring my car in to have it checked to make sure nothing was damaged. Tim was happy to see it at a moment's notice and helped me promptly. He is fantastic and generous! Thanks so much.

I had to get new brake pads on my old Infiniti. They were quick and efficient and didn't try to upsell me, which is a huge perk in my eyes. They were very kind and the pricing is very reasonable. I will absolutely be back and so will my friends.

I really like these guys. I’ve been coming to the place next door for years for my annual vehicle inspection and only learned about 6 months ago that they are two separate businesses, although owned by the same guy. That’s what I like about both of these shops—every time I’ve come here I’ve never felt they were pushy or sales-y. They informed me of services they provide, like oil change and brake inspections, but they never come back from the inspection or from an oil change with a big list of things my car needs fixed like other mechanics I’ve been to. I’ve met the owner (Míle) several times, and he’s very friendly and kind. I have also interacted with at least two other employees and I’ve had the same experience with them. They have a great culture in their business. I already recommend these guys to my friends so I’m finally posting a good review.

Went in for an oil change, replacement of my battery cables, and the Reservoir for my coolant. Everyone I talked to there were super nice and we joked around. They were very personable and quick. I live right down the road and walked home after dropping off my vehicle. They called me and asked if I wanted a ride back to pay. They used my car with my permission and picked me up! Very fair pricing and timing. I have already recommended them to others.

Came here with my 2016 mx-5 for new brake pads and an oil change. Staff was great and very responsive. While the work was just done (can't speak for long-term quality of work though I expect it to be just fine), I am very satisfied with how everything turned out and my experience with the shop. No upselling, no pressure. Definitely better than the dealership experience. Likely to return for future servicing!

Great efficient service. No up selling on engine treatment , transmission refresh etc that seems common place. Just a quick oil change at a fair rate.
