When I say they went above and beyond !!! They had the bring a toy get a free oil change not only did they do the oil change they topped off my fluids, put air in my tires, read my codes I was going to come back to bless them soon I truly appreciate it !

I went to get my oil changed and the technicians were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues I was having with my car. Erick, in particular, was outstanding-he explained everything clearly and made me feel very welcome. Definitely recommend this place!

Auto Solutions was a great experience. Having Complete Auto Care was very convenient. The guy in the front office was very nice and he kept me informed about what was happening to my vehicle. So far, my AC is working good. They also changed a serpentine belt in the car for me. Honest service creates life long customers.

Great customer service. Offered an Uber so I didn’t have to wait. Tested fluids that the dealer wanted to just replace. Saved over $300 by pulling my car from the dealer.

The service I received were quick and easy. I simply dropped off toys and received a full synthetic oil charge. I also was informed of a oil leak I had cause by screws not tightened from my last oil change from a different company. I trust my Chevy in Auto Solutions care. Thanks, You Guys

I had a great experience from getting a text response to my on line first time booking with follow up questions to help diagnose my windshield wiper problem to short wait time for the repair and recommended tire rotation at an amazingly affordable price to recommendations with a quoted price for future maintenance for my 2011 car. They are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They are very experienced in all areas of car repairs. They make recommendations but do not push you to have the work to be done. I would recommend them highly.

No longer a trustworthy shop for me. I have brought my car to Auto Solutions Lee Rd a few times and had great service in the past. So when someone ran into me on the 429 and my car stopped working, I thought they would be the best people to help me through this situation. I was very wrong… I’m not even sure if they ran the proper tests to truly find out if the damage done to my car could have been caused by the collision or if they just sided with insurance to make the process quicker for THEM. Before the collision my car (even though she’s older) ran 100% smooth, not a single issue when driving. BUT SOMEHOW THE COLLISION DID NOT CAUSE ANY INTERNAL DAMAGE…… So it’s just my car, one day it woke up and decided to not run at all, after running completely fine before the collision. They received payment to “get the car running” which it is NOT at the moment. Then they received payment via insurance money for what they told me insurance would cover. The guy at fault’s insurance only covered having a new wheel, hub cap and alignment… WITH ALL USED PARTS but what about the issue of my car not running properly as it had before the collision??? Apparently now my car has cracked hoses and all these different issues “not at all caused by the collision.” The Auto “Solutions” employee who “assisted” me through the process is named Lue or Lou? Every time I call to speak with someone, Lue answers and after a few questions I get transferred to someone else who was not involved to my knowledge as I have only ever spoken with Lue. Lue also told me “insurance wanted to total the car but wasn’t going to give you much money” NO ONE ever communicated this to me other than Lue. I really wish they would have because I would have taken that option. When I ask Lue about this I get transferred….. WHY? Good customer service is lost on these folks, they have not once invited me back to the shop to have these issues looked at. But I can certainly bring it back in to have it looked at and spend more money. They didn’t even get my car running and I already paid them for that. All I want is to be taken care of, for my car to run smoothly again and this nightmare to be over. THEY WILL NOT offer for me to bring my car back in to “get it running” as they said they would from the very beginning. They want more and more money. Why did I pay $600 to get it running and its currently NOT functional, why won’t they right their wrongs?

They work with you. And send you pictures and videos of the parts that need to be changed or proposed to change. Eventually, it is up to you with no pressure to say yes or no on other work.
