I’ve been going here for 5 years with multiple cars and the experience has only improved. My wheel fell off, needed a full hub replacement. Erick and Trent took care of me! I towed my vehicle there, they kept me posted constantly and I was even approved for a 3rd party payment plan in minutes so I could get my car back without paying a dime that day. It was amazing service, thank you Auto Solutions!

I got an advertisement in the mail for this location and decided to give them a try as I have struggled with honesty within the automotive industry in general. I couldn't be more impressed with these folks! Getting a video of every issue they found with an explanation from the technician was a transparent way to provide me with the ability to make a good decision!! The staff is awesome and does everything to make you feel like the ONLY customer they have. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!

I just really wanna say thank you so much to auto solutions. I looked them up on Google and they took my car right away. I took my Audi to them and instead of me having to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars they diagnose the problem right away. also, they did such a good job. I have another car also that I brought to them they took it did a diagnostic. I mean I’ve been taking my car to dealerships for years and literally it’s up the street. The girl her name is. Francis her Personality itself is worth just going in there and talking because she makes you happy even when you’re sad and she doesn’t even know it. Also, the other guy that is there working his name is Trent. He’s also a big help both of the mechanics seem really nice. I love the inside because it’s so clean and I just wanna reach out to all the people with exotic foreign cars. This is the place to go to. They have free coffee, free, Cokes. They have chips in the waiting room. I mean, the personality of other people definitely has to be recognized.

This is the BEST place to go to for your car to get fixed! I literally went to so many places to try and figure out what was wrong with my car and no one could figure it out. Then I was recommended to Auto Solutions and they figured it out in less than an hour and fixed the issue in a short time frame with such amazing service to follow. Auto Solutions at Lee Rd in Orlando FL has been regularly maintaining and, on occasion, making time for emergency repairs to my my wife’s 2004 Mustang GT for some time now with excellent services and professional care. My son was having issues with his transmission and the guys had it fixed same day. Trent was very easy to work with. They text you all of the information and provide recommendations with cost. We will be back soon to take care of the recommended issues.

Truly disappointed,we did it a job in a Camaro 2021 just change chock and arm rest for left side in from, they charged me 1700$ never couldn’t see the invoice details , then they found the level off brakes lowest and charge 165$ but something wrong they did it that broken one of the pump of brake and they wanted to charged 3000$ Lol never again, I went to Frank another mechanic and he only charged me 750$ lol Be careful extremely they over charge for any job , I do not recommend just they broken something and they didn’t want to fixed for me I would not gave then any ⭐️

I recently had an issue with my taillight and reached out to Auto Solutions. They were able to schedule me the very next day, saw me right on time, and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. The cost was significantly lower than what the BMW dealership quoted me. The team was prompt, professional, courteous, and did the job right. I'm so grateful to have found them and now understand why so many of my friends highly recommended them. Fantastic experience all around!

Thankyou Eric, Pam, and Auto Solution's team for All of your help! I really like how they’ve went above and Beyond, to make sure my car is running smooth along with affordable options for payment. What I like the most about them was, when I first went there it was because my serpentine belt broke. Upon fixing the problem, they did a “complimentary check” and sent a detailed report along with video and photos on further parts that needed attention. Which doing so, they’ve found my engine mounts were busted, (due to a lot of movement with the engine) . Upon research, I’ve found out how serious of a problem it could become if the mounts weren’t changed when having too much “wiggle room”. I’m glad that they’ve checked on that, because not even car dealer(s) in the past of checked on things like that following with a detailed report. I also like how they support Local and Non- Profit Charities where you can also land a good deal on whatever specials they have at that time. Along with the little touches that make one feel like a valued customer, like text updates, or finishing touches in their way of saying Thankyou. Thankyou all for all of your efforts to go above and beyond! Your service is appreciated!
