BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS GUY, CESAR! He’s filled with promises but no deliveries. Feels like you’re taking your car to a 3rd world country. Took my car November 2022 for an accident but when I picked up my car was filled with water. They left the windows opened during heavy rain. Didn’t mentioned anything at the moment because it was end-of-day when they were closing the shop and realized later the car was humid. When I went back to show CESAR the cost of the detailing to remove the musty smell, Cesar started to say the car may have an opening and that’s how the water got in. On top of everything, he held my car for 5 days – from the day he had promised to complete. TRIPLE THINK ABOUT TAKING YOUR CAR HERE, BUT IF YOU DO make sure to get an itemized quote. That was my mistake, I trusted his word which he has none (NO INTEGRITY). Gave me a verbal price when I walked in, and the price went up when I walked out. The only reason I went with verbal quote was because he was recommended. At the end of the day, he asked me to come back to complete the finishes he had promised/pending but didn’t do any when I showed him the receipt of the detailing. Very distasteful person, I don’t have time for this kind of negative experience.

Got my door fixed and they did a beautiful job on my Acura ILX. She looks brand new! They even washed and detailed my car for me. Highly recommend!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Despite them being the MOST unprofessional, they held our car after being rear ended for 29 days before touching it - expiring my insurance rental and having no justifications. The car was turned in painted incorrectly - wrong color, which was apparent to 4 of us. And then the brake lights were all incorrect and they refuse to repair. My brake lights flash for my turning signals, i've asked to rewire to check for 6 months it's been ongoing. He is rude, a liar and took our car to a mechanic without our permission or authorization on his own will. PS, our amazing mechanic of 20+ years is across the street, meaning 20 steps away. And he tried to charge us extra for service to the vehicle the mechanic did, which also returned the car with CHECK ENGINE LIGHT on.

I had my trunk dented and other places on my car that needed to be repainted so I took my car here, where Cesar helped my dad and I out. Unlike most of the reviews on here, we had a great experience. The car turned out looking great, he quoted us a low price and that was the price we ended up paying. The car was also ready on time which was great because I was commuting back and forth over the holidays from Fort Myers. I would recommend taking your car here if you are looking for an inexpensive yet quality fix.

DONT GO HERE. Quoted me 450 and price was 1000!!! Also took 3 days longer than they said. Quality is average at best. Paint shows fish eyes, dirt and orange peal go somewhere else!!!

This has been by far—the worst—body shop experience I've ever had. The customer service the entire time was just simply disappointing. Had to take my car back twice because the cosmetic repairs weren't done right the first time, this ordeal spanned from late September till February. Save yourself from aggravation and take it to where your insurance recommends.

Terrible place! Very bad quality and service. I took my car there because the Tow Truck driver recommended it and it was a huge mistake. They them took 2 months to fix the car. They would never answer the phone and when they did, they would tell me not to worry that I would not have to pay for the extra rental car expenses. When I got my car back it was braking correctly and the finish was horrible. I think I could have done a better work and I know nothing about body work. Now I got charged for the extra month of rental car and they are playing hard to get. Not only I had to spend a lot of time and energy while they had my car and would not give my any status, but now I have to try to recover my money from these crooks.
