I am very disappointed. I took my truck in because of grinding from breaks I assumed. I new it wouldn't be cheap had a few problems. 3400 dallors later and after multiple calls the communication was off I told them to fix everything they said was wrong. Which was not done finding out after having to take it back for grinding, didn't even fix what I took it in for. So 540 more dallors and just got it back still grinding from the breaks again not fixed. I will say they were friendly but the service and communication was not good. Feel like im getting hussled now im broke. I obviously have to take it back another time because It's still not fixed hoping they will at least fix it on their dime only seems fair. I dont belive i will be returning after this. Especially if they don't make this right.

1994 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9L 12v Work done: axle seals ASE certified mechanics and you'll pay for it. I did not have a good experience here both with communication and general customer service at the shop. Pretty straight forward job and the tech's did great quality work. Spoke to them in person. I own two properties just up the street off of Main. I pass by this shop nearly everyday and have always considered taking one of my cars here. I will not be back

I've been going here for a little over 2 years and since Dave has retired, a bunch of solid mechanics left. I've had a lot of work on my vehicle here from brakes to wheel bearings, oil changes. Recently I came here for a simple oil change and upon driving home there was a strange noise coming from under the hood. I got home and had my husband check it out. Both the battery terminal cover ~ and a clip (sorry, I don't know vehicles well) was left open and I can't understand justifying paying almost $70 for an oil change for a half assed job. I'm really disappointed honestly and I miss the techs who use to work here, I trusted them entirely as well as Dave. I hate leaving negative reviews but for the price of the service and the quality of work performed, it's pretty upsetting. I can't help but wonder if maybe this was just a simple mistake but these are simple, simple things. Unfortunately I will not be returning. My husband will be working on my vehicle since I cannot find a reliable mechanic. I liked the ease of being able to schedule an appointment and head out an hour later all set ~ it saved both my husband and I time and effort, but, since this cannot be done we will be doing it on our own. Man, this sucks. Bring the old crew back. :(

Very fiew shops let alone people are morally correct in this world. This shop does value morals. The lady and gentlemen at the front are very kind and professjonal the gentlemen who works in the back was also awesome. Every one that works here are amazing.

I've had my truck here on multiple occasions throughout the years and have spent lots of money with them. So I bring my truck in on Thursday morning to get a diagnosis, I had no appointment, they weren't able to get to it till Friday afternoon. Ended up just being a missing fuse costing me $166 for a hour of labor and $12 for parts. A bit pricey but at least there honest. Its hard to find honestly these days.

Would not go here.. the guy who worked on my car created 2 oil leaks and messed up some other stuff..smh bad business! They really don't know what they are doing.. shady!!

Disclaimer *** Vehicle theft with keys inside. THEY LEAVE vehicle keys behind their front desk unsecured. At least at the time of the theft, they did. If they respond and say I’m lying, I’m not. Also, if you don’t believe me, look up the vehicle vin on COPART. The only reason why I took my car there was because they were one of the shops on my vehicles warranty.*** If I could give these folks a 0 star rating I would. My car was stolen with the keys in it from this shop. The negligence costed me a great penny. Although their insurance paid my loan off, I still went through the hardship of not having a vehicle because they decided to leave my key in the car and have it parked outside. They lied and said my vehicle was parked in the last bay when video evident proved them wrong. They played games on when my car would be ready, it was there for a simple fix. After one of their mechanics test drove my car he got it stuck in 1st gear, causing the car to be there longer. Even the details and description of my vehicle that they gave to the police were wrong. I’d think twice before trusting these people with your vehicle if it is worth any great value to you. I also NEVER received a direct apology from the shop owner. Instead he called the police on me when I arrived to the shop and to confront him about my car being stolen with the keys in it ( I had all rights to be upset and never got physical with anyone). The owner tried playing victim.

I had the groupon deal and they got me in very fast for an oil change. There would be some extra charges due to my type of car . They let me know before booking and at check in so no surprises. Friendly staff and i was in and out in an hour . Really recommended.

A couple of weeks ago I took my car in for an alignment and on the way, I noticed the throttle light come on and the car lose power going up hill from a stop. The alignment was completed but had to take it back because the throttle light issue was dangerous. I got the vehicle in, the counter tech Sierra had me drive her in the car as I had no other way to get back home. I showed her the conditions where the throttle light came on She took the car back to the shop and showed a mechanic there what happened by recreating the conditions of going from a slight hill at a stop to drive so they would see what was going on. They did a diagnostic and there was a condition caused when we had a brake cable replaced a couple of years ago. something wasn't reconnected causing this thing to happen. Everything was fixed and I got a needed oil change as well. The repair costs were very reasonable! Great job everyone at Auto Tech Plaza!

The other day while driving my Jeep Patriot on a local errand, the throttle indicator light came on. Since it was coming on frequently on this drive and the power to the car was trying to slow down almost shutting off, I took it directly to Auto Tech Plaza without an appointment because the car wasn't safe to drive. they had the car diagnosed and the throttle sensor needed to be replaced. Then there was a break light indicator which needed attention. All the work was completed. And in good time. As always a great job by Auto Tech Plaza!

10/10 would recommend, I’ve been letting all my family members and friends know that this establishment is the best. From their customer service to their experience with cars, they know what they’re doing and talking about. The prices are fair/reasonable as well.

I went in to Auto Tech Plaza in November to get a change of spark plugs on our 2012 Jeep Patriot. The counter attendant was very knowledgeable and we talked about cars from before the 1980's. I got scheduled and after the initial inspection, I was recommended to do a cleaning of the fuel injectors too. I knew that our car had not had these services before when we bought it and from talking with the person at the counter and watching the videos I realized as consumers we take out cars for granted and they need more attention than we realize as we are not mechanics. I've said this before in life that there are all kinds of genius that we have, emotional genius, intellectual genius, etc., but no one things of mechanical genius and most of us do not have that talent who drive cars. That is how we get mechanics and master mechanics and they are the experts we rely on to keep our cars in shape for our use. I said yes to the fuel injection clean out and left the store to wait while the services were being done. When I returned the car was finished. It was running like it was a much newer car after those services. Please listen to the mechanics who know more than most of us about our cars. And if you have the money to get maintenance work done, do it before things will get much more expensive. If you have to do some now then wait until you can afford it do that. You will have peace of mind! Update I went to Auto Tech Plaza on April 2, 2024 to have an alignment done to this same car. I made the appointment on 4/1/2024. I brought the Jeep in. They did an inspection of the area for the alignment to make sure it was possible before doing the alignment. That was a great recommendation! After the inspection proved that it was possible, the mechanic worked and got the Jeep aligned! It drives 100% better with the alignment taken care of. It feels safer on the road! OIL IS STILL LEAKING! I took my car here for an oil leak a few months ago. They had my car for two weeks and finally called to say it was fixed. I had been given a flat rate of $1850 when they called with a price. However, when I went to pick it up, the bill was $250 more than the "flat" rate. They said they had to buy some bolts?? Anyway, after some arguing, they did knock off the extra $250. However, the next day, I noticed oil in the same spot under my car. I called to tell them, and I took it back a few days later. This time they said the oil was leaking from the seals. They supposedly fixed that, but it was not, as again, there was oil under the car in the same spot! Now they want $2350 to fix a leak that I already paid $1850 to have fixed and it wasn't. I am EXTREMELY unhappy and will never take my car there again!!!

Damaged my brand new battery terminals, didn't fix my issue, lied about what they can/can't do. I took my older Subaru Outback in for an electrical short that caused 3 alternators to go bad. I had replaced my battery terminal a week before taking it in and when I received my car back, the metal is flaking and cracked. They also told me they could not diagnose the actual issue, they would have to refer me to another shop. However I taught myself how to use a multimeter and figured it out.. so they couldn't do that??? They either did not want to deal with my car, or didn't believe the issue I was having when I dropped it off and lied about what they were capable of doing. The owner/manager/front desk man, Dave, talks in circles, will not answer questions in a straightforward manner and consistently treated me like I didn't understand up from down. So disappointing that my neighborhood mechanic is not one I can trust to help with issues when I don't have the time or ability.

I obtained quotes from numerous places. Some of which were too good to be true and others that seem like price gouging. I am very pleased with the results, everything is now working like new. The work was completed in a timely fashion right on schedule. I have used them several times and I have never had a single complaint. They have been able to solve problems that the dealer could not fix!

Update! It's been quite a few years and I've brought quite a few cars with quite a few problems to them. They have never done me wrong and sometimes my actual cost is less than the estimate. Love them and they finally told me that I can take a break with my repairs that I'm good to go. I can't say enough good words about them. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I bought a Groupon for ac service but my car required additional freon that I could not afford at the time. They were very honest and open about everything and told me to come back in the spring. While I did not actually have the repair performed, I did appreciate their professionalism and honesty. Thanks Mike. I'll see you in the spring or whenever my car breaks down. You're conveniently located within walking distance of my house.
