Great costumer service, took the time to call and explain problems and recommentions. I know they are honest because I took my car to another place for oil change and they told me I needed new front struts and rear ones shortly . I didn’t say anything to AutoTech. It was a new used car for me so I wouldn’t have known… I checked car fax and they were done a few years ago about 23,000 miles on them. Apparently, the struts on the front were fairly new in this other place quoted me close to $1000 for parts and labor. The problem was I had no steering fluid and I needed a new steering rack and pinion. The place I had my oil change done should’ve caught that. Raven the mechanic that worked on vehicle told me that the front struts were in great shape. Thank God there are honest people out there. I will be taking my car there from now on.Thank you Raven so much car is driving like a charm!

I needed a last minute appointment for a used vehicle I'm wanting to buy. Sean and Raven we're great with customer service and very informative. I have needed Autotech Plaza before with various last-minute things with my other vehicles. Autotech Plaza has always been willing to help even last minute towards closing time. I am very impressed with their customer service. I am also glad that they guarantee their work for anything that they repair.

I dropped my car off for the hvac system the gauge that changes between heat and cold air broke off I took it in to be told that it would be 5 HOURS of labor and 1,100 $ what they didn’t know is that I’m a automotive student who has access to all data motor logic I looked up the parts and labor from these websites for my problem it is 0.7 HOURs of work I then called them on this and they began to scramble they then went back and re looked it up and was like our website was messed up we called other places and the labor was where you said it was 0.7 that’s not how these websites work they are a industry standard that means all across the websites it’s the SAME THEY TRIED TO RIP ME OFF AND GOT PETTY WHEN I CALLED THEM ON THIER CRAP they SAID THE “power went out” no they hung up on me I wouldn’t trust this place at all if you do I’d find a way to make sure they aren’t doing the same to you Being a entry level I could look at this and tell you with out looking it up that is not a 5 hour job

Made an appointment for an oil change. They were done within the time they gave me and did a great inspection of the vehicle and they had let me know what items I'll needed work on. Friendly & professional. I'll be back, like I always am. Thank you auto tech🤙

We have gone to Auto Tech for years. They always do a great job on our cars and don't recommend unnecessary work. They often have Groupons for oil change and/or AC tune up. They wash your car at the end of the service, too. Would recommend to others!
