I cannot express how much I appreciate them! They fixed my first car about two years ago, I had a Hyundai Elantra for reference which at the moment that vehicle was targeted for being stolen etc. They left my car like nothing had ever happened. I had to come back one or twice more and they fixed all my issues! I recently was hit while parked(Jeep Renegade) while the damage wasn’t major they gladly took me in and in 4 days fixed my vehicle! I cannot be any more happy with this place. Especially being a woman and I go anywhere else they want to over charge me and act like I don’t know a thing. Customer service from Jackie is amazing! Please come here if you ever need anything!

I needed a solid body shop after some pretty significant exterior damage to the passenger side of my vehicle. I couldn't be happier with my experience at AutoTecx. Amazing place! This place was recommended by my insurance. They told me it would be 1 week for the repair. I had my doubt because they look so busy. The other reviewer said they treat you like family. This is true!! They are responsive to your questions. My car was ready in half of the time. It looked like new! They even cleaned and conditioned the leather inside of my car, which I did not expect at all!

They did a great job with repairing my car! The repairs were done exactly when they estimated they would be, and it looks good as new. Not to mention they also washed the outside and cleaned out the inside of my car as well! For me that was going above and beyond, and I am grateful for it.

This is the second time I have used AT after a car accident. You can tell that the owners are committed to improving their customer's experience. Even before I visited the shop I was being taken care of by Mohammed one of the owners and my main mechanic. I simply left me damaged car at Accurate Auto and Mo took care of all the pictures, estimates, insurance info, and got the check sent to my house. It could not have been more user friendly. Then when I visited the shop to pick up my care, I saw that a new office was built since the last time I was there, and the front section is now a user car showroom which makes things look a lot cleaner. But the key is the work. I had a serious accident which resulted in nearly $5300 worth of work. My car was completed within a few days of the parts being delivered. And the paint was done perfectly. I viewed the paint in direct sunlight and was not able to see any imperfections. A section of my car has a hand painted line which was also reproduced perfectly. The new hood was lined up perfectly, as well as the new bumper and quarter panels. I was very please with the work, but also the professionalism of the staff. Clearly Francisco and Jackie are invested in earning your business. Excellent phone communication topped it off for a wonderful customer experience. The work was excellent, and the pricing and estimation were dead on. Please consider giving them a call. You will have a great experience!

We just received our Honda Civic back from AutoTecx after it was nearly totaled. The owner Francisco and his employee Jackie were very helpful and courteous. The car looked like new when we picked it up and everything feels normal when we drive it. Very happy with our experience there. Highly recommend.

Before coming to Auto Tecx, I went to two other places. First repair shop messed up my car because the technician don't know how to fix a Volvo. Other guy changed time twice. Then Auto Tecx fixed it at a reasonable price. They have the technician to fix European cars.

My car needed repairs after being hit by another driver. Jackie greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant and accommodating. She kept me updated during the entire process which made me feel as though my vehicle was in good hands. The repair work was great, my car looks the same as it did before it was damaged.

My car was rear ended and took it to this shop to get it repaired. They took forever to fix the car and when I received my car it was not properly done. Upon asking to fix the car properly they said there wasn't anything wrong with it. They took all the money from the insurance and didn't even fix the car. Just few weeks later the body part they had replaced were showing the rust. Took the car back to shop but they were unable to fix it and asked me to contact the insurance. Very unprofessional work ethics. Not recommended at All
