Always a pleasure coming here. Friendly and thoughtful staff and my 4Runner is always in tip top shape after I visit. I rarely have to come into auto tek at all, maybe once every 2 years at this point, because they do such a good job and don’t overcharge for superfluous things.

We have been using Auto Tek for years. The team over there is always very professional and thorough. This is a case of definitely getting what you pay for, but in a good way for a change. We all know car repair bills can get expensive quickly. They always give every option possible to get you on the road in the most cost effective way for your needs. I will continue using them as needed for the foreseeable future.

disappointed. I had a good experience the first time I came. the 2nd time I went in for a squeaking noise my car was having & they told me it could be anything, & so they can’t do anything to fix it… I did however pay $600ish to fix a problem I didn’t have before I sent the car in…

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. This whole experience has been a nightmare. I took my vehicle there twice to have my power steering fixed. Over $1300 later I still don't have it fixed and now I have a damaged tire and wheel we'll. They didn't even put my wheel well back on properly with the last visit so my tire is compromised and wheel well is shredded in half from the friction. They refused to take an responsibility and no one else would have caused this issue. THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE.

I've been taking my Camry to Auto Tek now for over 12 years. They are professional, friendly, and efficient. I've recommended them to everyone I know and both my son and daughter rave about them! The fact is that I could have written this review even before I picked my beloved Camry up because that's how much confidence I have in their care.

In March 2024 I took my son's car into Autotek to diagnose and repair my son's Nissan 350z. Among other things, they diagnosed issues with the rear suspension. During the repair, they told me the bearings needed to be replaced. I paid them to do so. The total repair job cost around $4500. Five months later the bearings failed again. I brought it back in and they honestly diagnosed several issues stemming from the failed bearings and agreed to fix them via warranty. While repairing it, they also uncovered another issue that could have possibly been preexisting, but also could have been caused by the last round of bearing failure. As they didn't diagnose it the first time, it was difficult to say. After some back-and-forth discussions about this, they ultimately ended up repairing this issue too. Although we did not see eye to eye at first, I found them to be reasonable after I thoroughly explained the situation from my point of view. Although Autotek is a business and therefore must turn a profit, from this interaction I believe they have an eye towards being in business for the long run by being trustworthy and honoring their word.
