Extremely kind people! My boyfriend and I both got our cars fixed here this past week and they were unbelievably kind and helpful. I decided to only get one thing readjusted on my car rather than paying for a big fix and they did it free of charge! Very professional and I was very happy with the service.

Needless to say, I walked out a satisfied customer. The only cost I paid was for towing my car to the location. As a college student, I couldn't appreciate such service. I had professionals work on my car and keep me updated. These people care more about customer service than big names like Tire Kingdom. They found issues and reported them to me, making my car feel almost brand new. Thank you so much Auto Tender!

I have been taking my cars to this shop for about two years now. They are so honest with pricing and even go the extra mile by doing things like filling your tires with air. Their service is always great, they are super timely, and like I said very honest with pricing. As someone who drive a Volkswagen it can be hard to find decently priced or honest service but the crew at AutoTender never ceases to amaze me.

Took my daughters car since she had an error light when I came for UCF parents weekend since they came highly recommended. They did a diagnostic on the car out and nothing at all major. They even fixed an issue that a prior mechanic did not do correctly. They could have charged me anything but charged me nothing! They have a customer for at least the next four years while my daughter attends college and also if I am ever in the area. I love when I deal with honest people that know how to satisfy customers!

Had to get my wheel bearing replaced a few weeks ago. Really fair price, way fairer than any other mechanic I went to. Did an excellent job, too. Just today I needed a rotor replacement; again, spectacular service. Highly recommend for anyone needing a service, these guys are great.

We had the need to find a repair shop near UCF after our daughter began to have car trouble. Her 2009 SUV became hard to shift and wouldn't shift into Park. We called the Hyundai dealer (which did not go well!), a franchise transmission shop, and Auto Tender. Auto Tender asked ALOT of questions to fully understand what was happening and could see my daughter's car that day. She was able to drive there and they put the car in their garage as the key would not come out of the ignition. They fixed the car the next day (Friday) and made sure to get it done so that my daughter could use the car for the weekend. They were great to deal with and I give my highest recommendation. It's hard when your daughter needs help 1,000 miles from home. We are very glad to have found Auto Tender. Thank you!

Very very great service. Was recommended by a Nationwide chain to resolve my issue. Made appointment and in less than an hour got a call saying it was ready. Very very fair and friendly. Wish I knew about them before now

Came up here to get my compressor replaced and had no problems whatsoever. Nick at the front desk was very helpful in making sure I knew what was wrong with my car and communicating the details throughout the process. Charged me under 1k for what other shops were asking 1.2k-1.4k for. Highly recommend.

Great place to go if you need your vehicle worked on! I have been going here for about 5 years now. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Given it is a mechanic shop if you have to wait a bit to speak to someone it is worth the wait. I'll give a shout out to nick and the other older gentleman working there mainly because I spoke with them the most but in the little experiences I had with other employees I am most definitely still pleased. I've come in there with small issues and I was helped free of charge even when I offered some cash. These guys care about their work and their customers. I drive a 24 year old car and they replaced my transmission and I have not had any issues since regarding the transmission a year down the road. Thank you again.

I’m usually skeptical when it comes to auto repair shops but this one truly takes care of you as a customer. Competitive pricing, solid turnaround times, and they give you the option to get your own parts opposed to having to go with their suppliers and rates.

I've taken my now 25 year old Chevy S 10 pickup to this shop for some years now and my wife's 2008 Mazda 3, too. This the BEST shop in the area, IMNSHO. 5 star work, real honest gentlemen with whom to deal, and every repair is done correctly the FIRST TIME. I cannot day enough good things about this shop, everything is top notch. With the cost of a vehicle nowadays, the cheapest vehicle for you is one you already own and consider that an expensive repair is equivalent to 4 or 5 new car payments and it makes sense to repair what you have. And, if you choose to repair your vehicle, this is the best shop to get the best work done.

They used to have pride in their work , now they are just a bunch o money hingry people . They did a lousy job replacing the head lights on my truck . Could not even try alignment of the lamps .

Very straightforward and thorough assistance. I had a break light out, checked for availablity, went as a walk in, and they even went the extra step to make sure the second break light was good to go and I needed that one replaced as well. Very good service, and convenient for students in the area, like myself.

I have been a satisfied customer of Auto Tender for ten years. Nick and Guy serviced my Volvo XC90 and more recently, my Acura RDX. They are professional and extremely competent. Nick was able to determine an issue I was experiencing when the dealership had no idea what the problem was. Nick figured it out immediately. I have the utmost trust in Auto Tender and would never take my vehicle to anyone else.

They did not honor the price that I was originally Quoted, even though I asked for a written estimate before beginning to work on my car. They proceeded without giving me the final quote. They're excused was that it took more time that they anticipated. And so they had to charge me extra man-hours. They should have called me and let me know of the extra expenses that may be accrued before continuing on the work. And I ended up paying almost twice as much. I will never use this mechanic again. And I will continue to warn as many people as I can not to use this place.

Had a wonderful experience with Auto Tender after my knights car wouldn’t start. Nick was professional to deal with and very fair with pricing. Found them from reading many parent recommendations in the UCF parent Facebook group. Highly recommend!
