Went to go get an oil change and while waiting we saw that an older man went with his own filter and oil and in front of us they must’ve not realized but they took the oil and filter that was brought from the old man and hid it behind some tires , so you can only imagine what old dirty oil they added to his car and most likely never changed filter such a disgrace that people will take advantage of paying customers DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED AND HAVE YOUR CAR FALL APART My husband also in the past came here and after our car was having issues but we didn’t think of it but now we see that it was because they don’t do anything to your vehicle STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I purchased a tire that was put on incorrectly. They crossed threaded the lug nut causing it to break. I went back and spoke to the owner who agreed to replace it at another time and had me come back. The nut wasn’t the issue. The issue was that when I went back when he told me to, he pretended to not know who I was or what I was talking about and told me to go buy the nut and be charged for them to put it on. What really got to me was the fact that he pretended that I never went there he didn’t know who I was, and that he never said that, and on top of that he claimed that he wasn’t the owner. It’s insulting, disrespectful, and bad Customer Service, and a waste of my time. I’ve been going to this tire shop for years but this type of service is unacceptable.

Wow, I just went to a tire shop to have three new tires installed. While they got the job done, they initially tried to charge me more because my vehicle is an electric vehicle (EV). I had to dispute this since I had already called ahead and confirmed the price. It's disappointing that this shop engages in price-gouging tactics with their customers. Muy mal servicio de parte de la señora del front desk una forma de trato inapropiado y muy poco profesional no quiso hacer un trabajo que ya estaba pagado me hizo perder mi mañana a ese lugar no regreso más Parecía estaba en otro país y no en los EUA por la mala forma y el maltrato

Son ladrones tenia un ponche y dije que quería poner 4 TPMS Sensor GM nuevas que yo compre en amazon . Segun el precio del dueño o del mánager eran 10 por colocarme cada Sensor de Presión de de aire y 20 por el parche en la llanta trasera izquierda el total 60 dólares . Yo estuve de acuerdo con el precio . Cuando fui a pagar me preguntaron efectivo o tarjeta respondí que efectivo. Ellos Respondieron págaselo a este hombre que el dueño ya se fue para la casa . Cuando le pregunto cuanto le tengo que pagar . El hombre responde responde: ¿cuanto te dijo el Dueño que te cobraría?.Rápidamente le respondo.¿Tu deberías saber o no tienen precios fijos. Me dijo con arrogancia son 20 por colocar cada TPMS sensor de presión de aire y 20 mas el parche. ! Le respondí dije si todos ponen el precio que quieren yo puedo pagar lo que yo crea y vea conveniente : el hombre muy ofendido medio que en voz alta alta : me estas diciendo ladrón que te quiero quitar tu dinero dinero . Entro a la oficina para hacer una queja y pagar los 60 dólares del trabajo que Hicieron a mi carro . Y no encontré a nadie pensando que estuviera un supervisor y el mismo hombre que me quiso cobrar de mas en efectivo me dijo. Ahora acabo de llamar a mi jefe a su celular y me dijo que tenias que pagar 60 dólares..le pregunte ¿entonces porque querías cobrar 40 dólares? En fin pague el dinero Salí discutiendo con el hombre . Estoy molesto de muy mal humor no regreso nunca a ese lugar no se si me colocaron los 4 sensores de presión de aire no apretaron bien mis rines y no tuvieron cuidado con el carro . No pongo menos estrellas porque no puedo todo horrible estafadores y delincuentes

I used to bring my car here for tire replacement and was always OK, not great, but it was cheap and quick so I kept coming back. On my last visit, it went from OK to "Safety Issue Bad". They charged me more, meaning that they went from "cheap" to "same as everyone else" (they are charging more than Walmart). This price increase was not ideal and unexpected, but acceptable. After the replacement was complete, I left and went home. Upon arrival I noticed that none of the valve caps that I had, were there. Again not ideal, but if I pay for a service, the least I expect is to have things done right and to have back anything that belonged to me. Noticing this total lack of care, I decided to check the pressure on my newly installed tires and none had the specified pressure (30 psi). The pressures were as follows: 39, 34, 36 and 43 (in psi). I don't know the tolerance for the tires but I am pretty sure that inflating a tire to 43 psi when they are expected to have 30 psi (this is equivalent to inflating the tire 43% more than what they are expected to have), is just a blown tire waiting to happen and for me that is a hard NO. That day they lost me as a client. I hope no one else is getting a service as concerning as the one I had, where their negligence could potentially be causing an accident.

I went to this tire shop to get an oil change. The guy who worked on my car finished pretty quick. Once I got home I checked to make sure nothing was leaking before I parked it in the driveway. When under the car I noticed it still had the old oil filter on , it was never replaced. When I went back to the shop and spoke to the guy who worked on the vehicle he stated “I’m sorry man the thing was I didn’t have any oil filters…so I paid $80 for an oil change and did not receive a new oil filter. I just wonder how many people he has changed oils for and not changed the oil filter. Keep an eye out when dealing with this shop.

This place is full of crooks and liers they say one price and when you go inside to pay they are charging $15 in what they call “taxes” for a $90 transaction. And when I asked why was it so expensive for the taxes the very rude Spanish lady inside said “that’s the way it is” I wish I can give zero stars and this isn’t the first experience like this I have had but I though okay it’s different people here this time and I haven’t been here in a while but I definitely will never come back different people same kind of liers.

The day before New Year’s I went to Mr. Goma to purchase a used tire and was turned away as I arrived in my marked police car. I decided to proceed South bound on US1 where I found Auto Tire Rivera. The owner immediately welcomed me into his showroom and took care of my request in ten minutes. It’s obvious that he wants to make the business and understood the need to sell me a tire so my car can be operable over New Years. Great price, great staff, and amazingly fast! I come here anytime I have any issues with my tires and am in and out within 15 minutes, it truly is Insane! The staff is always very nice and informative and they do great work. Have had many tire patches done here and also had my tires mounted and balanced, happy with all transactions and prices. I highly recommend them.

I came here on the recommendation of a co-worker for a place that does tire patches. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and it was very affordable. I would certainly go here again.

If I had read previous reviews before I came I would have known not to stop here. They obviously have a real issue with highly melanated skin! They’re right on the highway, how Convenient! just don’t come here if you’re in a pinch. I came here near closing time And simply asked to patch a tire that seem to have a nail in it. I was told “No we’re closing, I can’t”. No willingness to help at all, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Rivera el mejor, tengo 4 años utilizando su servicio, no juzguen un lugar por un maltrato de un Mecanico; por experiencia con ellos me paso, pero la verdad que no pondría un mal comentario por alguien que tal vez tiene un mal día. Se los recomiendo al 100%
