I mean what can I say! The customer service was outstanding and the work done on my vehicle is impeccable! Someone hit the side of my car and it looked horrible. Now my car looks like I just drove it off the lot! They even fixed up some other areas and dents that weren’t even on the insurance claim. I honestly recommend this shop whether you’re on the east, west, or northeast! I will definitely get all my work done here from now on👍🏾

We just picked up our 2021 VW Atlas today. You could not know that there was ever a dented/scratched right rear door. They were very knowledgeable about the needed repairs and insurance adjuster contact info. They also helped me get me get a car rental. All this within an hour. The car looks brand new after a complementary carwash and finish.

I can’t say enough amazing things about the work Joe and his team just did. All I wanted was for my truck to look like it did the day I drove it off the lot. Somehow him and his team made it look even better than that day. They went the extra mile to make everything perfect. Thank you. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for paint or body work. They really do strive for perfection on every job they get.

This company is by far the best place ive been too. Joe who was the person i was recommended to speak with broke every detail on what was needed for my car. Though prices met vary for some people, you simple can’t compare price to great quality work. Everyone here definitely took care of me as their customer and made me feel welcomed. Ill definitely go back for future work and recommend friends and family to go this shop

We had a great experience with Auto & Truck Paint Center. From the very beginning they were very helpful. They kept us informed of the repairs during the process. They also worked directly with my insurance company making things a lot easier on me. The car was finished exactly when they said it would in only 2 1/2 weeks!! Joe went above and beyond to make sure the car was not only visibly repaired but that structurally it was sound. He also took additional steps to lower the cost on some parts to ensure the repairs fit within the adjusters total. They even fixed some dents that were not part of the original repairs. We are extremely happy with the service and quality of the repairs and would definitely recommend them.

Wow what a place. Joe and employees are the best. They know what needs to be done. It took them 4 days to repair our problem. The SUV came back clean and was done within the time frame. Would tell everyone who needed repairs or paint that would be the Best place to go to. Keep up the great work.✨

Front bumper and other parts were falling off so I took the car in to get an estimate and they offered me a great price. Car was brought in right before closing on Monday and ready by Thursday! Very kind people working there and they were helpful in answering all my questions, would definitely recommend! They even replaced my grill for free and gave my car a wash!!

I have used Auto and Truck Paint Center several times over the past 20 years. They have always done excellent work. I recently had body repair work on my 2015 Mazda CX5 following an accident. When I picked it up, the vehicle was in better shape than when we purchased it used about a year ago! Joe Loya at Auto & Truck Paint Center replaced the rear bumper and lift gate with new parts and fixed additional body damage on the left rear. The paint matched perfectly and you cannot tell it was ever in an accident. Please, please if you live in the Northeast El Paso area, don't let anyone send you across town for repairs or paint. We have a premier shop right here in our home area with Auto and Truck Paint Center.

Joe and staff were very friendly, honest and professional. My Lincoln Navigator had a dented bumper and frame, it was replaced, straightened and painted. What I thought would take 3-5 weeks only took 2 1/2 weeks. I will take another vehicle to him for a paint job. I truly recommend this shop. I give them a ☆☆☆☆☆😄

The best repair possible! Joe was so communicative the entire process from dealing with the insurance to ordering parts. I cannot thank him and his team enough for doing not only an amazing job but keeping me up to date along the way! His office staff were so nice as well, and I never had a single issue. The repair was fast and my truck was returned to me washed and sparkling. It truly felt like being taken care of by family!

These guys did a really nice job on my 96 Eldorado show car. They even had it washed before I picked it up. Great price, work, and gave it back to me as stated. I'm gonna have them do my son's car next.🤗
