As a first time customer who is new to the area, was thoroughly impressed by Keith's quality of work, professionalism, and all-around kindness. Went in to get my front brakes replaced on short notice. Keith was able to find the time next morning, quickly diagnosed and gave me an estimate, and still managed to finish the job sooner than the original ETA and under the quoted cost. Will be taking my future work here, thanks Keith and everyone at ATR!

Honest and upfront about pricing. They replaced my faulty sensors and air flow issues then even fixed a timing issue. Gave a detailed line item breakdown of all the work that was done too!

I highly recommend this business for any car issues you may have. Keith, the owner, couldn't have been nicer and was a pleasure to work with! I had a minor scratch on my car. I had stopped by after visiting our 'usual' place in town. Our 'usual' guy wouldn't even do the job, and said even if he did it would cost around $1500!! So, as I was driving by I stopped at Auto & Truck Repair. Keith came out and looked at the scratch. He told me to order the touch up paint kit from the manufacturer. When I asked him about how much he would charge, he said "nothing". It's not very often now a days that someone is willing to provide a service for nothing! I ended up getting the kit. After Keith worked on it for hours unfortunately it did not cover the scratch well enough. He ended up using his own painting equipment and it turned out great! Due to the unexpected hours of labor it took and high cost of the custom mixed paint, he did charge me a VERY reasonable price. Thank you, Keith!

Had my car towed here on jul 3rd and even with the holiday weekend my car was ready by Monday. Super friendly and willing to help. As a women I have to say it can be scary going somewhere new but I really feel he was totally fair and I think he did some extra little things for me. He actually cares. Will recommend him to others. thanks Keith!!!!!

Keith is super great to work with, will explain everything that he is doing and keep you updated. I would highly recommend him to work on your vehicle. We had our truck at three other places and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong, within two hours it was diagnosed and parts ordered.

Keith always goes beyond what we expect and does it in a timely manner with helpful information for caring for our vehicle. He even offers to pick up/drop off our car on way to/from work. Prices are reasonable & we recommend him to friends & neighbors.

Outstanding Service and Communicatin from Auto & Truck Repair of Woodstock. My daughter's 2008 Audi A3 would not start due to an ignition switch issue in the steering column because the key would not turn. Once we got the car to start, it would not turn off. I started looking on Google for nearby repair shops that work on foreign cars. I called and explained the situation to Keith. He was familiar with the problem and said it was a common issue in the older cars. Keith knew we were in a predicament and offered to help us right away even though we didn't have an appointment. Keith was able to turn off the car and diagnose the issue. He provided us with a couple repair options (new or used parts) with his recommendation and estimate. We went with new parts and the car was ready the next day. Keith even offered to come pick my daughter up with the car and bring her back to the shop. After leaving she noticed the air bag light was on and went back to shop. Without hesitation, Keith took the car back and resolved the issue next day. I was really impressed when Keith called a few days later to check on the car and said to let him know if there are any more issues related to the repair and that he would stand by his work. Needless to say, I am very impressed by Keith and his customer service / communications👏 and will call on him again for future repairs. Thank you very much !!! Jim

I talked with Keith on a 2001 Ford F150 SuperCrew and he was very honest about what it was. I was driving 7 hours and when I got there, everything was as he said. Keith was very honest about it. Justin was great to deal with when we got there, took us on a great test drive to check it out. I was an easy, laid back, no problems purchase. One of the best to deal with! My mechanic checked the truck when I got home and he said great buy! Would definitely recommend Kal's if they have what you're looking for. Update June 4, 2023: this has been the best truck for my wife. She uses the heck out it. Added a new photo taken today with her horse trailer. Appreciate Keith for selling us this truck with no issues!

Our family has been using Keith since before I can remember. He always takes the time to explain exactly what was wrong with your car, how he fixed the problem, and how he arrived at the (very fair) price you pay. Now that he’s at this new location, Keith can do more repairs that ever. I just bought a used car, and he did a great job making some repairs so that the car is ready to drive.

After having my check engine light come on, I called a local dealership looking for pricing and they instantly recommended Discount Muffler. I am extremely happy they did. Keith really took the time to explain what he was looking for and why. They were able to fix my car in a short amount of time and give me peace of mind. They have gone above and beyond to handle my very temperamental car when it comes to communication, pricing, and service. I cannot recommend this shop enough when it comes to overall car maintenance and repairs.

Highly recommend Kal's Cars inc. Keith helped me find a living quarters horse trailer to purchase. He made the whole experience of shopping for a horse trailer so smooth and fun.
