I bought a car in July and took it to service for a few issues and it's been 2 months since I've had my car. I feel like my car hasn't been made a priority at all and I've driven the rental longer than the car I actually bought.

My experience with Auto Universe was first class, I utilized their service department for an oil change. The oil change was reasonably priced and I like that fact that they made me aware of the repairs that my vehicle needed, but they were not aggressive, given the age and miles on my vehicle. Robert was extremely helpful with a great attitude and sense of humor . Also the guys in the back, mainly Greg, who has a great smile! are really friendly and detail oriented when it comes to their detailing. I will definitely use Auto Universe for all of my auto needs, from purchasing a vehicle to servicing it!
