Our van started making noises in the middle of our road trip. Auto whiz was next to our hotel. And they got us right in and fixed our van same day. They called let us know our issue and if we wanted to continue, they were up front on cost. I appreciate their service, and if they were local to me, I'd continue using them.

I never leave reviews but these guys are the best! Everyone I talked to was super nice. Excellent communication (they called when they started on my car and as soon as they finished). They are upfront and honest. They fixed my car in no time at a wayyyy better price than everywhere else I called! I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went in for a quote on spark plugs for a Toyota Highlander and was told by service manager that I was doing a lot of work trying to find best quote. I asked him how was that when I had simply text a friend to get his price $500 including labor. I also had dealer give quote when I took car in for a recall I continued to ask him why would he say I was doing a lot of work when they have done oil changes and tire repairs. He just snugged and said he would not be less than my friend quote. I walked out and needless to say that neither me nor anyone I know will be visiting his shop again in life I drive Uber for a living how can you criticize me for getting a two minute quote. Complete Buster!

My wife and I were passing through the area on a long road trip when we had car trouble. It was late on a Friday afternoon when we pulled into Auto Wiz looking for help. Not only did Rick make time for us (despite having all bays full), he diagnosed the problem, explained the problem in detail and told us our options, then fixed it and got us back on the road. The cost of the service was very fair (lower than I expected). Thank you Auto Wiz! Without your help we would have been stranded for at least overnight and perhaps longer!

These guys are always going to give you the best value for what you spend (both parts and labor) These guys want to help you get your car fixed and back on the road. If want your cars problem diagnosed properly bring it here. If you want someone to fix your car try them, you won’t regret it.

My company uses this location often, as much as we can! Such nice guys. Every time I call in, they are super helpful. They get our cars fixed and back on the road very fast, and the work and price are great. Absolutely recommend them as often as I’m able to.

Terrible experience. The staff is quite prejudice against people of color. I was recommended here by some guys from Firestone for a busted headlight. I told them I had a diagnostic at another shop and I knew exactly what was wrong with my car and what needed to be replaced. They could not give me any pricing on the service I needed. I understand shops do have to perform their own diagnostics sometimes so they can be sure on the issue but this place couldn’t even tell me the price of the diagnostic. It’s almost like they wanted to start working on my car to force me into paying a price before even discussing it with me. I eventually just told them to hault service and I’d come get my vehicle. They proceeded to tell me that they had already started taking it apart and that they’d call me when it was ready. About 45 minutes goes by and no phone call, so I had to go up to the shop. My car was in fact ready, but they still chose not to call me. And on top of that, they had my car parked across the street, in a different establishment when there was plenty parking in the back of the building. I certainly do not recommend. And I will not be returning.

Auto Whiz always puts people first! The most honest, reliable, and caring people running this establishment. They treat every customer with respect and are extremely informative in regards to issues and resolutions for your vehicle. They are an amazing business with great prices and stellar customer service. Despite being busy, the management and employees are extremely hard working and get the job done every time! I recommend Auto Whiz to everyone.

Auto Whiz gang services all five of our cars on a very regular basis. We trust them to keep the oil changed, the tires rotated and to let us know of other recommendations to get ahead of impending repairs so that we all feel safe on the road! Our cars are all paid for / high mileage vehicles but are super reliable thanks to Auto Whiz! We routinely drop off the car and keys and pick up the next day knowing that everything will be handled professionally and honestly.

For years I had used the dealership for the two cars we own. Met the autowhiz folks and immediately realized I’d made a huge mistake all these years using the dealership. The knowledge and professionalism at autowhiz was shocking. They knew more about our cars than the dealership. Absolutely for sure with my hands free link accessory. The dealership wanted $160 to disconnect it so it would stop draining my batter. Autowhiz said bring it by and we’ll take care of it. Picked it up when they called and they said “no charge”. Sure I give them my business and have for a while and refer everyone I know but they still should have charged me. No free lunches in this world very often. They always give me options and are as honest as they come, to a fault sometimes. While waiting on my car I’ve seen a few crazy customers and the staff always handled it more than fairly. Besides people are nuts sometimes and there is no denying that. If you have a problem at autowhiz it’s probably you’re fault. Take it to the dealership or somewhere else where all they care about is making a buck and not your car. Autowhiz has very few customers. Autowhiz has family members and I’m one of them.

I always take my cars to Autowhiz for repairs. They are often busy, which is expected since they do good work, but I never have any problem getting the work done in a reasonable time. Never have they recommended or suggested unnecessary work. In fact, they’ve helped me avoid it.

I had a very disappointing experience with Auto Whiz, and I feel compelled to share my review to make others aware of the numerous issues I encountered during several different interactions with them. I initially brought my Audi to Auto Whiz due to an antifreeze leak. They diagnosed it as a broken water pump and replaced it with an OEM part. However, when I picked up my car, I noticed that not only was the antifreeze level still low, but an incorrect version of antifreeze had been added on top of the correct one that was already in the car. Upon consulting with Audi and a reputable European Performance shop, both confirmed that not only was the antifreeze they used incorrect but that mixing two colors of antifreeze can lead to mechanical issues. They advised draining, flushing, and refilling with the correct antifreeze, which Auto Whiz initially resisted, claiming that Audi was wrong but eventually agreed to do. Shortly after leaving their shop, I began hearing a squeaking noise from the fan belt, and the belt felt loose. I returned to Auto Whiz a couple of weeks later to address this concern. Initially, they claimed they did not hear any squeaking and could not find any problems. However, after pushing for further inspection, they reluctantly admitted that one of the bolts on the pulley for the water pump, the very part they had recently replaced, was starting to come loose. This raised serious concerns about the quality of their work and attention to detail, as I find it hard to believe that bolts "back themselves out" so quickly after installation. My frustration continued when I went to pick up my car after this second visit. The employee who handed me my keys was very unfriendly and displayed clear frustration towards me. To make matters worse, upon inspecting my vehicle, I discovered that a significant piece of weather stripping in my engine compartment had been pulled loose in multiple places and left unattached. This was certainly not the condition in which I had originally brought in my car. Considering the multiple instances of subpar service, the attempted cover-up of their mistakes, and the effort to convince me that manufacturer recommendations were incorrect, I strongly caution others about entrusting their vehicles to Auto Whiz. Their service quality and professionalism were severely lacking, particularly when dealing with European cars. It is unfortunate that I had to share this review, but I believe it's important for potential customers to be aware of these issues and the overall quality of service provided by Auto Whiz.

I was on the road and had car trouble. It was Friday and they were crazy busy. They still took the time to help me out, discuss my options and make sure I could get back on the road safely. While I was waiting, numerous people commented I was fortunate to have found Auto Whiz because of their honesty and great service. So thankful!

The staff was good, for this "Family owned Business". John was the most helpful. However, my car sat in the bay for 2 hours, while I remained stranded from Business travel. After looking at the simple (OBD codes, which are free at any Auto Zone or local parts store) OBD read out, I was informed my car was in anti-theft mode. Furthermore, the Manager told me it would be Monday before they could help me. This came after promising me Saturday resolution. I resolved the issue myself, with a quick phone call to a Lock Smith. The shop Manager then charged me 75.00 for allowing me to occupy the bay for so long. ????? I wouldnt recommend them to my Grandchildren for tricycle repairs.

Shopping for tires you can’t go wrong coming here. They are official dealers for many of the top name brand tires and are able to get your select tire in stock within days if they don’t have it in stock, compared to the others in the area. I asked for a special size Toro tire and they found it and installed them in no time. I came in with a recommendation to have them turn the rotors, but after further investigation they determined that it wasn’t needed and told me so saving me extra money. That’s honesty that will bring customers back time and time again. Great guys, wonderful service. I’ll be back for sure.
