A thief broke my window as I was at a red light in Oakland. With my baby in her carseat. Scariest thing ever, but thanks to Auto Works for the speedy work on my car to get me back on the road. Great customer service! Kept me informed during the entire process and worked hard to get me the best possible. Will definitely return whenever I need any work done on my car and recommend 10/10.

Daniel and his mechanic team did an extraordinary job fixing my car! It actually looks like a model from the show room floor again. Yudith has excellent communication skills, very professional she let me know how everything was going step by step. They really made the process easy! I would recommend Auto Works and Company to Everybody... They are the BEST hands down

Everyone there are so friendly and professional, they guided me through out the process of fixing my car after a hit an run. Although this is not in the Insurance's body shop list, but as one of our rights, we can take our car to our preference body shop . So I drop off our car and they took care of everything within 20days our car was ready, of course this might vary depending on each car's situation but I will definitely recommend this place. another plus Daniel and Judith speak Spanish. °°°°°°°°°°° Todos allí son muy amables y profesionales, me guiaron a lo largo del proceso de reparación de mi automóvil después de un golpe y una fuga. Aunque esto no está en la lista de talleres de carrocería de la Aseguradora, sino como uno de nuestros derechos, podemos llevar nuestro automóvil a nuestro taller de carrocería de preferencia. Así que dejé nuestro automóvil y se encargaron de todo en 20 días, nuestro automóvil estuvo listo, por supuesto, esto puede variar según el daño del automóvil. I brought my truck in for diagnostics. Danny was so helpful when he explained what codes were showing up. Since they are mostly a body shop, he gave me a referral to someone he knows will get me what I need. He was very attentive and patient with me from the moment I walked in and even walked me all the way out to my car when we were done. Such great customer service!

I brought my car here a few years back after it was broken in to. They worked with my insurance company and took great care of my car. When someone scratched my bumper recently I went back and again received incredible service. I highly recommend them!

Wow.....awesome result! Daniel & Yudith and the team were absolutely fantastic in getting my vehicle back on the road with the required standards to ensure future safety. So pleased they were the Body Shop of my choice as they are fully certified and use the OEM parts in making things right again. Great communication and genuine care throughout the whole process especially when dealing with insurance companies, great attention to detail. Very happy, highly recommended 😁

This is absolutely the worst shop you could ever take a vehicle to be repaired. First of all, the manager / owner is straight up rude. The customer service aspect of this place is so poor that it deserves negative stars for a rating.
