Very nice staff, reasonable pricing, and I didn’t feel taken advantage of. Sometimes us women show up and all these problems appear all of a sudden that need immediate expensive repair, but here they didn’t hassle me for anything extra. They did recommend a few fixtures, overall great place to take your car!

Thorough pre-purchase inspection on my prius, fair price and they made it clear they were on the side of the buyer if any issues were to come up. They did take quite a bit longer than they estimated so was waiting for a while. But worth it! Very close to Van Nuys auto mall so definitely take your car for a PPI here if you are buying from a dealership there.

First time, went from google search. These guys are very good. They will talk you through whole process, all costs and things are explained in detail. I had front end damage that knocked my A/C system out, they diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly. In my case it was s simple fuse fix and a recharge of the system, but they went that deep instead of just changing things out. definitely will be return customer.

They polished yellowed front headlights and repaired 2 key remotes for my 20 year old Lexus for under $100. Saved me thousands as quoted at the dealer! In addition, they refilled all fluids and put air in my tires without asking and charged me nothing extra. Great guys!

This is, without a doubt, the best mechanic my partner and I have ever worked with. They were incredibly honest and thorough, making a huge difference in our decision when we were buying a used truck. Despite their busy schedule, they managed to fit us in for an inspection. In just an hour and a half, they identified everything we needed to know about the truck’s condition. We decided to buy the truck (and were able to negotiate with the seller because of the required repairs) and left it with them for a few days to handle the necessary repairs. Even though we live 25 miles away, it was well worth the trip. It’s hard to find mechanics you can trust. Thank you David, John, Lupe and Christian for all of your help (and for showing love to our pup while there 🐶).

I love Auto Aid! Everyone there is very professional and friendly and they do excellent work. They are very thorough in inspecting the vehicle and very transparent with and fair in their prices. The place itself is very clean and pleasant and a nice place to wait when needed. I got a tire puncture and needed it checked out and they worked me in at the end of the day and I was all set in 20 mins. I will definitely keep coming here for my auto service needs!

Such good service from start to finish! Definitely my new auto repair “home”. Constantly updated me throughout the entirety of the process. I had a transmission issue/radiator issue, I dropped my car off Thursday morning with no appointment and was able to pick up the next day. They were able to get everything fixed before the weekend. David made sure to explain everything afterwards to me (I don’t know a thing about cars) but he made sure I somewhat knew what the issue was and all the steps necessary to fix it and what I could do moving forward. My car is now driving much smoother than before and engine light is off/all issues are fixed and I couldn’t be more thankful. Happened to stumble upon this place after reading a few reviews and couldn’t have been more grateful. Thank you guys so much! I really appreciate it!

Concerned about damage to the fairings behind my front, bumper, and being 65 miles from home, I was given a referral to Auto Aid. The brief description of the damage to Christian over the phone and he said bring it on in. David greeted me when I got there and to my surprise put the car up on the lift right away. After all, they had a lot more Cars that they were working on. Well, in a half hour it was all fixed good as new. I appreciate the friendliness and competency of everybody there. Thanks for making my afternoon a much better one than it would’ve been.

I’ve taken my car in a few times now to AutoAid. They give you a full diagnostic and rank anything that may be wrong with your car from urgent to not so urgent as well as a give an estimate of all the items listed. It’s great for planning financially for upcoming services and scheduling those services. The mechanics and front desk manager are great with communication and friendly. They email reminders for upcoming services. Text itemized invoices. Text or call to communicate. There’s a café up the street and a few Mexican restaurants to kill time while you’re waiting. DMV is also a 3 minute walk so you can feed two birds with one scone if need be. I’m happy with their service and transparency thus far.

Excellent service and reasonably priced, the dealer probably would have charged me 3-4 times for the same service for my Audi. The staff is super friendly and professional and the lobby is very welcoming. I love that it’s pet friendly, too- brought my doodle with me to pickup the car and she was offered doggie cookies. The staff explained everything that was included in the service and will send you a text once it’s completed with the details. Highly recommend!
