Brought my Audi TT RS for an oil change which can run upwards of a $700 at the dealer. They found an minor oil leak on the oil pan so I had them fix that along with doing a brake flush. The prices seemed to be about 1/2 what the dealer charges and they know their stuff about these German cars. They kept me informed along the way as they had to keep it overnight.

I went to Autobahn Automotive after wasting my time and money at the local dealer and another reputable BMW specialist. The first two misdiagnosed the problem for me and tried to run up a bill of $5,000, but all I needed was a module that was controlling all the systems that were going down on my car. Time will tell if it holds up but the service was very good and I was well respected by their staff.

I have been looking for a place to take our Audi’s that are no longer under warranty, and a friend recommended Autobahn. I have taken 2 cars there for oil changes and inspection, and had a great experience. They have efficient systems for scheduling, appointment reminders, work approval, and payment. They did not try to upsell additional services. In fact, they discovered a small issue that was easily repaired instead of recommending a full parts replacement. Don’t worry if you are not sure when your car is due for certain services. They do all the research and present the recommendations along with estimated costs ahead of time. Give them a chance if you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto shop. They work on both foreign and domestic automobiles.

I have moved around to other big cities over the past 10+ years and I am always happy when I can get back to San Antonio (for a bit) to handle maintenance and upkeep of my vehicle. As I trust Autobahn, more than any other repair shop, to be efficient and honest about the repairs to my older model Porsche. I have definitely experienced some headaches and inefficiencies from the dealership and other foreign repair shops. Always the highest quality of work performed! Much appreciated
