Emilio offers fast, accommodating, professional, high-quality service. He will come to your home - super convenient while we're working from home anyway. After he completed the chip repair on my windshield, he washed all of my windows. Also, he didn't mention that he did, but it sure looked like he vacuumed my floor mats too. What a guy! Emilio was incredible, he went above and beyond with repairing my window and even vacuumed my whole car!!! He really took the time to talk with me and while I didn’t have a coke for him, he happily accepted a *cold* glass of water :-) 10/10 service and 10/10 would recommend, he is going to be my go to guy now for any glass repair needs.

Emilio was referred word-of-mouth by a trusted neighbor who has twice needed his service. Autoglass Medics and Emilio will always be in my contacts! The Bay Area unfortunately has a large number of car break-ins via smashed windows. Emilio provides great communication via text and phone, responds quickly, is courteous and patient (I originally gave incorrect information to him about which car window needed replacement!) and most important, is able to provide needed service in a timely manner. Bonus: Medics' much lower price than the big corporate company now affiliated with AAA Auto Insurance Emilio is the one-man dream team of autoglass specialists.

I was referred to Emilio by Fruitvale Collision Center. He provided a competitively priced quote for a windshield replacement and provided a lot of extra tips over the phone about how to spot quality windshield work, which was very informative. He was able to squeeze us in for a same-day job and worked well into the evening to finish the job and do it well. It was a challenging job to remove the original windshield which had been crushed, with shards of glass everywhere. I appreciated the care and attention he gave to removing and replacing the windshield. Thanks, Emilio!

Amelio is great, he repaired our windshield and let us know all the possible problems. Luckily everything went smoothly, even though other glass repair places said it would likely crack. He was available in the evening within a couple days. And very affordable.

Emilio was great He came to my my home in San Jose from Oakland @6:45am who does that Price was very reasonable way less then other people so I had to give him very generous tip which he well deserved I had commercial vehicle which has city permits on my windshield,he replaced them very professionally If you looking for someone who is professional and reliable Stop looking more he is the one HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
