I never liked car appointments until I came here. I love their cozy waiting room with snacks. They are all so friendly and kind. I feel that the service is honest and high quality. I exclusively take my car here because I enjoy everything about it so much.

Far and away the best auto shop I've ever been to. The customer service is exceptional. I know next to nothing about cars, and they answer my questions and explain things patiently and clearly. They provided photos and explainations over text when they found additional things my car needed, which was so helpful. A note to parents with small kids- there is a Little Doodles a 3 minute walk away! That, along with their comfy waiting room, makes it an easy place to go with kids too! I've never heard of that in a auto shop before. I highly recommend this place. I'm certainly a customer for life!

I had an appointment at 9 am and arrived a few minutes late due to traffic but for some reason it took 1.5 hours for a 30 minute state inspection.. I only come to this place for an inspection because that’s the only price they can’t make up but after today I’m not coming back because I could hear my car keys being moved along the counter for 30 minutes which meant my car was done and just waiting for paperwork to be typed and after mentioning that to the front desk person I heard her mention that to the service tech and then my keys were jingled in a mocking tone. Not a fan of that. Get the car in, get the car out. Not that hard. Edit- I DO NOT recommend autohaus for ANYTHING, Never have I ever been harassed with multiple calls and texts on different days all because of my review I left. I had to block their phone number because even after the first round of phone calls and texts and me asking them to leave me alone because I saw it as harassment.. they still proceeded to call me on a different day!! Customers should be allowed to leave honest reviews of their experience without living in fear that a company is going to harass them after. Autohaus never wanted to apologize for taking so long on an easy service but wanted to bully me into taking down my review. Not okay!!

I’m so impressed with the quality of service and customer friendly atmosphere that I received while my two Mercedes Benz were being serviced, that I didn’t care too much about the cost. Both Matt and Kevin were informative and kept me informed of WHAT they were doing and WHY. Good job AutoHaus!!!!! I’m a repeat customer for sure!!!

Autohaus broke more than they fixed. After putting my mini cooper on the lift to give me an expensive quote they parked it out front again and from there it wouldn't start again until I paid a $1000+ bill. I took it to my regular repair place and they showed me what Autohaus broke and attempted to fix with a wire tie that caused a cascade of other issues. For BMW/Mini Cooper try G3 on Glenwood Ave or Shadetree. Your response is simply FALSE and completely FICTIONAL writing. Non of those lies explains why you returned my car initially and it would not crank from a coolant leak. BEWARE folks!!

MJ and staff at Autohaus gave us the best customer service experience ever from the promptness of diagnosing and service of our car to actually giving me a ride home because I didn't have a way home while they worked on it. Not to mention the nicest waiting room ever with such a nice supply of beverages and snacks and even candy :) Highly recommend Autohaus - will never go anywhere else from now on.

This is by far THE best place to get your car taken care of. The most trustworthy techs and best/nicest advisors! They give great advice and recommended service that when they say I need something, I know I better listen. Professional, clean, and the nicest waiting area. MJ and Kevin are the best! Edit: A resolution was reached. After the manager saw this review, they have reached out and offered to compensate for the AC repair due to their misdiagnosis. I'm still a firm believer that the ball was overall dropped on this car, but they have tried to make things right.

I am very impressed by the phenomenal customer care and service AUTOHAUS provides. Today was my first time visiting and they really rolled out the red carpet for me. As a former Volkswagen owner, the importance of proper maintenance is crucial to preserving your vehicle. I read all the raving reviews from my fellow Yelp Elite and decided to bring my mom's car in for a check up and oil change. The service was phenomenal! The Lyft Concierge service was a lifesaver for me when working. The coupons help with savings and the customer lounge areas is every woman's dream come true ! The fragrance they use for their lobby area is heavenly ! They got me in and out in no time. Thank you to the owner who runs a tight ship !

I recently had to bring in my car for repairs at Autohaus Import Service (AIS), and I must say, their services were fantastic. They were able to quickly assess and correct the issue with my vehicle. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, making me feel confident that my car was in good hands. Went to get a light diagnosed on dashboard. They said I needed a new catalytic converter. I had already got one replaced about a year earlier by them. Well I took it to another place and they said I did not need to get it replaced and most likely did not need the first one replaced. He reset the light so I could pass inspection and told me to buy a bottle of catalytic converter cleaner and that would solve the problem. I did all that and now there is no light which saved me the 4k they were going to charge me.

Angels show up where you least expect them! This morning my car panel lit up with warnings of coolant issues JUST as I was preparing to drive out of town. I panicked imagining being stranded in rural N.C. I called Autohaus - as I was driving to them - asking if I could come in and was told that all their mechanics were booked solid. I kept driving. I begged for a recommendation of what to do. The next voice on the line was the Autohaus owner, Doug Rogers reassuring me he would take a look. Doug was waiting outside for me when I pulled up. He took care of my car, explained to me what was going on, and sent me down the road. He would NOT let me pay. I dont know how to express my gratitude other than telling as many people as I can to go to Autohaus for all their car needs. And THIS isn't the first time Autohaus came through for me. Thank you Doug!

Absolutely top notch service. Rusty is a guest service professional. He was kind, patient, and flexible while working with me on fixing up my father’s vehicle. He offered options for transportation and gave us a loaner for the day. He made what could have been a stressful experience very easy. He is truly an asset to this business. I am not local but if I need vehicle service in the Raleigh area I will be giving Autohaus my business again. Thank you guys and thank you Rusty.

I didnt have work done but will post when I do. Went for a 2nd opinion and was blown away by the professionalism and service. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going here instead of the dealership.
