Brought my VW to Autohaus Social for the first time for an 80k inspection. I had been primarily going to the dealership for routine maintenance, but Autohaus Social has won me over. Autohaus Social is priced more reasonably, their staff is also knowledgeable and friendly, the location is convenient, and the quality of experience is top notch. Happy to have found this business and will definitely be going back.

Recently brought a used car from their dealership. Highly recommend their professionalism and personal touch with each client. Have tried other dealerships but Autohaus treats each customer as unique, which is most appreciative. Mr. Petermann and Mr. Emerson were most helpful to me, as I am purchasing the car out of state.

Thank you, Pierce! We called about our Fiat 500 that would not start, so we were looking for a garage to tow to so the code issues could be diagnosed and fixed. We thought it was the engine since the engine light was on. Pierce was able to diagnose our issue with the short description I gave as an intro, and suggested we look at the battery. He ultimately saved us a large amount of money because we were able to switch out the battery ourselves rather than bringing it to a different shop that may not have been so honest. Thank you for being kind and courteous. If he treats his potential customers with this level of respect and professionalism, I could only imagine the level of care he brings to the table for his paying customers. I would suggest this shop to anyone.

Just finished my second visit with my 2019 BMW X6M, and these guys at Autohaus Social are incredible. On top of being super professional and real experts in their craft, they are also super kind, honest, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

I have a 2018 BMW M2 that was out of factory warranty. My car went into limp mode and I checked the code to find an issue with my turbocharger. I was looking to go ahead and upgrade the turbo because this seemed like the perfect opportunity. After looking up Dinan Certified shops, Autohaus Social came up as one of the only ones in the area. I set everything up with Noah, who was great! (Attentive, Responsive, Considerate, and on the ball throughout) and the whole shop was very knowledgeable and very welcoming. They were able to finish installation and get me my car back in a little over a week. I have had the new Turbo, Manifold, Tune, Etc. for several months now with 0 issues and the car has been running awesome. I highly recommend and will be using them in the future for my M car needs.

Autohaus Social offers a great customer experience. I've had my older VW GTI serviced there since 2022 (for both maintenance & repairs) and have been very pleased with the knowledge, communication, work quality, and friendliness of this shop. These guys seem genuinely interested in the customer and the car. They are thorough in their inspection and diagnosis, but aren't trying to oversell. Their web-based messaging system for updates & work approvals is excellent and convenient, and the advisors also seem happy to talk through the recommendations as well.

I have been using AutoHaus Social for over 5 years on my cars and I can't recommend them highly enough. They are a relationship based shop, with a focus on high quality service and performance.The shop is also locally owned and operated and I always love supporting a local business. I always have great service from the time I call to make an appointment to the time I drive my car off property. They make it easy to get appointments and service time is always quick and as expected. I use them for everything from basic maintenance and fluid changes to tires to performance related items. Great shop! Great people! Great Service! I will continue to let AutoHaus social take great care of my cars!

Highly recommend this place. I've taken my vehicles here twice. They are fair and competent- communication is great. Had minor damage to my side mirror and they got me in quickly and fixed it for half what the dealer wanted. Great experience. I have two Audi's and plan to take them here for any needed service.

We were in town and we’re having some issues with our vehicle. A local recommended us to go by the shop as a specialize in German vehicles the staff was incredibly helpful and repairing our vehicle and telling us what to look for in the future. We have used Autohaus since returning to Atlanta a few years ago. They are in our neighborhood, which is how we made the connection, but have enjoyed the relationship since. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Their electronic communication and estimate system is better than any I’ve encountered. Most independent shops don’t have anything like it. All that said, the quality of their work is great, which is what we want from a service shop.

I recently purchased a 30 year old air cooled 911(type 993) that was in need of a few repairs. Autohaus got my car in quickly, performed an extremely thorough PPI, diagnosed a few issues I knew about (and a few that I didn't), quickly ordered parts, installed, and got me back on the road! Their pricing was competitive, communication exceeded my expectations, and turn around time was very reasonable. I highly recommend using Autohaus and I will be bringing my 911 back in a couple months for a few mods. Thanks guys!

My experience here was excellent! Came here on a referral for a coolant leak. Although they work on appointments only over the phone he allowed me to bring it in immediately! The service was reasonably priced. Everyone provided great customer service in a timely and friendly manner. Additionally they kept me updated in real-time with video and audio technology updates! If you prefer to talk they will do that as well. Came back today for an oil change and I will continue to have them take care of all my Porsche Maintenance !!!!

This shop was recommended to me by a former customer. To put it simply, the transmission issue on my Porsche Macan S was not diagnosed properly or repaired. What they did want to do was charge for multiple fluid services first, even though those had been done recently by the dealer. The rationale was “well we don’t know what the dealer did, so we should change the PDK fluids again (only after 1k) just to make sure”. Ridiculous, really. When that didn’t work, there was no further assessment offered as initially proposed. The sequence of events suggests they are well aware of the PDK issues on Macans, and just decided to squeeze some cash out of me on service related items, only then to tell me to go to the dealer for diagnosis and repair. Yes, Nash— that’s indeed what happened. Shameful practice. Reply: No, the issue remained immediately driving out from the shop, and I told the SA. That’s a fact. Secondly, the SA was told directly that I had PDK fluid changed just recently. That’s another fact for you. The response to that was “well, we don’t know if it was done correctly”. Additionally, I was told before “authorizing” any services, that the shop works on PDKs— meaning partial rebuilds, etc. After telling the SA there is still a problem ofter the fluid change, the immediate dismissive response was “just go the the dealer”. This was right after step #1 of changing the fluid. Where was step #2? While changing the fluid again right after having it done at the dealership was a barely defensible first step suggestion, I OK’ed the fluid change fully expecting the issue would be looked into further if that didn’t resolve the problem. There was no “next step” or deeper analysis after that. That is my complaint. This leads me to feel misled about the promised diagnostic scope of work offered to hunt down the issue, and just feeling like I was sold a service. I feel this is a very valid and reasonable complaint. I would have no reason to leave this feedback/review if this weren’t the truth. Lastly, dishonest responses to valid reviews indicate the absence of basic ethics and shows exactly what kind of business this is— guileful, opportunistic and untruthfully overstating capabilities. 2nd reply: Your explanations really have no merit whatsoever and are consistent with the game of “plausible deniability”. The “notes in the system” is frankly meaningless, and not an objective record or testimony of what happened, since it’s your employees that write them. Also meaningless, is the duration of time that has passed since the encounter. When a customer is told “just go to the dealer” with the addendum of “they have proprietary equipment we don’ to work on PDK”, AFTER performing the fluid change, the only conclusion is that I was purposely misled. That is the complaint. If I was simply told that fluid changes are all the shop does, I would have naturally declined, since it was done just 1k previously. I was told that was the “necessary first step”, and must be done per your policy before looking into the PDK further. This is the entire truth. I would have no reason to say such a thing unless it happened. “Date of service” and what your “notes reflect” are meaningless rebuttals consistent with “plausible deniability”. There is no statute of limitations on the truth. Future customers ought to be beware of this dishonest kind of practice.

great shop. really nice, respectful guys who are friendly and take the time to get to know their customers. they listen to questions, provide honest advice, and don't pressure you into service. when they inspect cars they give you a sense of how urgent something is so you can ultimately decide when you want to get it fixed. their prices aren't cheap but not unreasonable given the high-quality work they do. they are very thorough and will let you know all the things going on that they would personally fix if it was their car. it's obvious everyone that works here is really proud of their work and passionate about cars. that's why i trust them with my car.

Really good service. When you have a Porsche, you do not want to take it to just anyone. It needs to go to people who specialize on Porsche. This is the place. They stand behind thier work. Been using them for about 3 years.

Visited one other “import shop” before I refused to trust anyone else with my Audi. Joseph “J”, is a pure gem. The shop feels like a car club and truly sociable place. I worked remotely a few times in the spacious waiting lounge. The place is always immaculate and the staff greets you at the door. Price point matches the quality of service and trust you receive. Thanks for everything fellas! (General service, oil, tires, diagnostics, etc).

Brought in my car to replace a bad clutch. Communication was top notch, and my car feels good as new. The guys at the shop are all very much into the cars they work on and it shows. This is the only place I'll be taking the R for any work.

My experience with Autohaus Social not only met but exceeded my expectations. I was referred to them by an Audi service technician. I was looking to add a stage I tune to my 2023 Audi S6. The staff were very welcoming and professional. I immediately felt comfortable with their establishment the moment I walked through the door. Although, they couldn't tune my car the day I was there, they explained the process to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I look forward to APR making a tune for my car very soon and I will definitely go to Autohaus Social for the installation. This place is top notch with customer service and professionalism. I couldn't be happier that I got their referral from my local Audi technician. Two thumbs up.
