I've had my car serviced by Autohaus for at least 3 years now and have found their customer service to be outstanding (thank you John, Jeremy and Nathan). My Mercedes is 19 years old and they have always provided me with the best approach to take for any service issue, no matter how many times I call to ask their opinion. The care in which they've taken in servicing my car has been top notch and I believe priced fairly. I hesitate to give this glowing review for fear I might not be able to get my car serviced in a timely manner as I've grown accustomed to with them ;-) Seriously, I'm very pleased with the quality repairs they have provided me thus far. These guys are the best... competent, and honest peoople!

I’ve had a few MBZ. These guys are sharp! Not only are they honest, fair & dependable…they saved me from a beautiful MBZ I bought at a dealer in Scottsdale, only to find out it had a bad cylinder. So now only Autohaus works on my car. ( they’re also cool ) Thanks guys

We luv these guys …… The prices are great and the Mechanics are honest. They treat every customer like family. I had an auto accident and Jeremy (Owner) let me bring my suv in the next day ,just to look it over. My husband and I are so thankful to have these guys as our mechanics. Special thanks to John who’s always amazing and takes care of us . 🤗

Exemplary. My experience with this shop has been great. Jeremy and Jon are both eager to genuinely listen to your concerns, consider your perspective, answer your questions, set expectations appropriately, and deliver. They are also not afraid of sharing real knowledge from their well seasoned perspectives with the customer. Both Jeremy and Jon are “real people” who are very clearly passionate about and enjoy the business they are in and it shows. I was there for a diagnosis of a pesky chirp, and left feeling like I had made some new friends who truly have my back with my first German vehicle.

Terrific service and attention to detail. These guys went above and beyond with my car. Even down to running laps around the building in the parking lot next to my car and listening just so I could replicate the noise it was making. Good prices, honest quotes and extremely qualified mechanics. If you need your vehicle worked on, dont hesitate to bring it there. 10 out of 10!

Being new to Tucson I asked my well trusted mechanic in Phoenix if he could recommend a garage. He pointed me to Autohaus Tucson. I’ve been bringing my BMW here since then. The facility is top notch, the mechanics are very skilled and will show you any issues they find. It’s not a “need to fix it now”, but a reasonable assessment of the issue and good recommendations on when it should be addressed. Strongly recommend.

Autohaus is the type of auto shop you dream about finding. I’ve been bringing my Porsche here since we moved to the area about a year ago. They’ve done my scheduled maintenance three times now and have done an outstanding job. Pricing for oil changes and my 80K service (PDK, etc) were on par for the area. I really trust Jon, so he’s had plenty of opportunities to upsell me on diagnostics and repairs for (admittedly) paranoid concerns, but he’s always been very professional and straight with me. I did have to tow the car to the shop once due to a coolant pipe burst and they were incredibly easy to work with. They gave me a quick diagnosis and estimate, coordinated with my warranty company, and didn’t screw me on the non-covered items. It’s such a relief to find a local business to support that’s run by really cool people. I can’t even imagine taking my car anywhere else at this point.

Awesome place for people who own Mercedes! They literally saved me $$$$$ thousands of dollars compared to the dealership estimate. They were fast, helpful, and great customer service. They also do the maintenance (service A/B) for a fraction of the price at the dealership. Highly recommend!

Coming from a bad experience at group one, Autohaus Tucson was amazing. They are fair prices, honest and Jon really went above and beyond. Very thankful. I’ll be back to get more work done in the future.

First time to use this shop. WOW Really a pleasant change after using MB of Tucson for the past few years. I had enough of being up sold every time. John at Auto Haus knows the business and vehicles extremely well. Car was done on time and only repairs and service done, They get an 11 out of 10

Paid 200 bucks to have a wire tightened and car broke down again and they didn't even want to make any money off me because the car had a lot of problems...I had time to wait and money to pay but I guess the skill set to tackle such jobs wasn't present but yeah I've never seen an "experience" mechanic turn down money because it was to much work 😧🤣 but if your in a jam and need your car worked on I wouldn't recommend this place!! Go to Keith Brooks European services!! They can get it done without complaint!!

This is what an auto shop should be. Upfront explanation with a best case and worst case scenario regarding costs. John who is at the front desk is great to work with. The techs/mechanics know their stuff. Nice that they can offer Lyft service to get you where you need to go after dropping off the car.

We were from out town when our air bag got a hole in it John and the rest of the crew got us in with no appointment found the cause found the part and in a couple hours our suv was fixed and we were back on the road Great people Great job wish all shops operated like them.

Went above and beyond for us. Got us back in the road in less than 2 hrs. Repairs were replacement parts so very thorough and professional. Can’t thank them enough for all they did. Quality work and price was lower than we had estimated. A. One Job . Do not hesitate to call them if looking. We are from Iowa long way from home , not knowing where to go.., so glad we found them through another business doing an alignment the same day. As I stated we needed many things fixed.. then we found Big Boy Tires another A plus business. Go see my review for them. Auto Haus should be your repair shop. Mike and Lisa 🙏

Window in mercedes would not roll up. Called them while on a long road trip. They had part to make repair, which did not require leaving the car overnight. They also will make an identification tag for your keys in the event they are lost. The person can call Autohaus so you can be located free of charge. Top notch foreign car specialist!
