A friend suggested to me this place to get my back rotors changed. The last place I went to didn’t change my back ones because they could not get my car into maintenance mode, they told me to go to the dealership next. I was worried I was going to have to shell out money for the dealership but decided to give another shot somewhere before I went there and I’m glad I did. Super nice people and I’ll definitely be coming back here when I need things replaced or fixed.

Jenny was very personable and fun to talk to while I waited. I really appreciated her understanding and ability to work with me on my budget. I definitely recommend them and will go back for even the simplest thing such as an oil change. Thank you so much Jenny!

A bit of a disappointment. Went to Andy Mohr Ford needing new brakes and was quoted $1400 for brakes and rotors. Called around and was quoted $480 for same with Autolab. Arrived for 10a appt 15 min early. Vehicle went into stall at 11:30a. Was told on-site that cost would be approx $600 but they would try to save rotors. Later told this wasn’t an option. No new quote at this point. Approx 2:00p vehicle is finished with test drive. Was charged almost $1500. Glad I could pay it without knowing before it would get to that point. Was going to ask about some other items needing attention but after changes in quotes I wouldn’t have faith that I’m walking out paying what I’d expect. Next time I’ll stay at the dealership. With that said, people on site were friendly and brakes are fixed so 3 stars.

Made an appointment on a Friday for 9 am the following Monday, arriving 10 minutes early and now I have been waiting over an hour and they still haven’t even gotten to my car. My time is valuable and this is a minor repair to one wheel damaged by discount tire. Not sure what value there is in making an appointment and pretty sure I will not come back here or discount tire again.

This garage was suggested to me from a friend. I had a small front end suspension accident while picking up a family member from the Indy airport on a Thursday night. On Saturday morning my car was ready for pick. Stellar work!! A great price. Awesome personality and customer service. If you appreciate necessary work being performed and no bandaid repairs this is your choice for your automobile. Very happy customer!

Had my car dropped off in the middle of the night (it died at a gas station at midnight) and they were not only able to look at it the next day, they had it ready to go within a few hours. Very grateful for Chris and everyone else there!

I took my vehicle in for an engine light. AutoLab was able to fix it and I got my car back sooner than expected and well under the estimate. I would definitely recommend.

They did a terrible job and took 3 days to do it. Then they charge double what they should have.DONT GO THERE. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!

Came here for an oil change after a not so great experience elsewhere and they were great! They got me in for an appt the next day and were super fast! They answered all my questions and explained what my car needs which was very helpful. Will definitely be returning for future needs.

Have been using Auto-Lab for almost 2 years now with no problems. The guys there get the repairs done quickly and are honest with what needs repaired and what doesn't.

Great place! The manager I talked to, Chris, was a great guy (and a sparkling conversationalist)! His people clearly knew what they were doing, and to top it all off the cost was almost half what another place would have charged me (I went in to get part of my engine replaced). Will definitely come back next time my car needs work. Thanks a lot, you guys!

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! I took my jeep in to get an alignment. I was immediately greeted when I arrived. After taking a look at my vehicle, Sean told me that it was barely out of alignment and that they made some slight adjustments. He didn't charge me at all! I was also impressed with the way other customers were treated while I was waiting. They truly understand and practice exceptional customer service.

My encounter with Auto-Lab Complete Car Care was an utter disappointment. Despite needing a cheap part under $5, they attempted to charge me a staggering $1400 for multiple unnecessary components. Moreover, their rush to upsell overlooked the fact that the solution required merely 30 seconds to install. This blatant disregard for thorough diagnosis and fair pricing not only wasted my time but also subjected me to unnecessary expenses and hassle. It's clear that their priorities lie in maximizing profits rather than providing honest and competent automotive services. Avoid this establishment if you value transparency and efficiency in car maintenance.

9 am, Tire Barn had spoken to referred me to Auto-Lab when they couldn't break a lug nut loose and had two loose lug bolts. Get to tire barn pickup vehicle go to Auto Lab, 10 am, talk to Chris who was familiar, and business had picked up but they could get to it. 12 pm Chris calls with update and estimate and i gave go ahead. Business had really picked up but at 4 pm my vehicle is ready and barely $20 above estimate which definately was reasonable to me. Got back to tire barn in time to get tire replaced. Well Done and Thanx to the crew at Auto-Lab.

My mother and I have been using AutoLab for all of our auto needs and we have had nothing but great experiences. They are reliable, keep you up to date on the progress of the work being done, and have always answered questions in a timely manner. They are fairly and reasonably priced and do not rip you off! I will always go here because they are not the ubiquitous wormy mechanics who have a penchant for ripping off women with unnecessary and overpriced services. Highly recommend!

The entire team and experience was amazing! After having problems with my vehicle after another shop worked on it they went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe and reliable vehicle to drive. They truly care about their customers. I will never go anywhere else but auto-lab again!

I went to a tire place to have my car looked at that was overheating when idling. They quoted me $6-$8,000 and said I needed everything from a complete new head, head gasket to a new heating and air conditioning unit. I quickly took it to Josh at Auto Lab and after he checked it, he informed me all I needed was a new thermostat and water pump and a couple of other small things. After he applied a nice discount, I paid $1,604.00 total and it runs like a gem!! The only place I'll ever go now will be Auto Lab!!!

After getting grease all over the carpet, snapping a grab handle, breaking plastic piece in luggage box, and cracking the flange on gas pump. Gas smell for 2 days, taking it back to get fixed, they still did not fix it. Had to take it somewhere else to fix what they did. Do not recommend and will never go back. Jerry

Clearly didn’t try very hard to align my car. Called in the morning and was told they could get my car in at 2. I get there at 2 and they tell me it’d be 45 mins bc there’s still a car on the alignment rack. I drop the car off so I don’t have to wait the 45 mins in the lobby. Drive by at 3:20 and the car hadn’t moved. Drive by at 5 and it still hadnt moved so I call and ask where they’re at on it and they said they’re about to pull it onto the rack and informed me that alignments take about “20 MINUTES”Then they call me 10 min before they close at 5:50 and say I can head up bc they’re almost done with it, they’re done with the front and are about to do the rear should be done when I get there. I get the at 6 and they tell me the rear toe bolts are seized. They come back out again and say the inner and outer tie rods are seized and they can heat them up to loosen them. So I say just go ahead and drop it down and pull it out I don’t wanna pay for half an alignment. How are you gonna tell me on the phone you’re almost done and I get there and you haven’t done a single thing when I dropped the car off at 2 and it apparently take 20 mins to do the job. Today I jacked the car up and was able to loosen the bolts and toe bolts myself. They were barley seized. I literally loosened them with a 1/2” ratchet. There was also no reason to test drive the car and tech said he liked how the car sounded on downshift that right there told me he drove it.

I went in to get my car worked on. I asked if they could get me in by Monday. They said they probably could. They didn't start and finish working on my car until Wed. They quoted $1100 on the repair. They said it was an electrical problem. I got the bill and I owed $1300. So I looked to see why I owed more then they quoted me. I saw that they put a new battery that I never told them to put in. The battery that I had was still under warantee. Then I got it back and drove it home. I live like a mile from auto lab so it wasn't a long trip. The next day I tried to go to work and the car had the same problem that it had before. So I took it back then when I got the bill all they took off of the bill was $50. I think that the mistake diagnosing the problem was worth more of a discount then $50. The second fix was around $250. This was the worst experience with a mechanic I have had. Nick was the guy that worked on the car. So by the time that I got my car back I had to miss 5 days of work so I am out that money too.

Tl;dr I was charged for an alignment that did not fix the issue and no problem was mentioned. I brought my vehicle in a month ago to have a front end alignment performed. I was told that an alignment was performed but my car needed a new front right control arm. I did not have the time or money at the diagnosis to perform the repairs but was cleared to continue driving for a bit until I did. I called and scheduled an appointment for Today and asked for 3PM since I work an overnight job and would be waking up early. I was talked into 2PM despite the schedule being "completely open" to "Give them more time with the car". I preferred not to wake up so early but agreed anyways. I arrived and was very upset to see that my car sat untouched until 3:27. When I raised my concern with the customer facing representative and he did listen but dismissed my concern by saying "One of my mechanics got behind, but your car will be in soon". What was the point in me scheduling a week in advance during a completely open day and being talked into coming in early if my car wasn't even going to be worked on at that time? After this I decided I would catch a ride with a friend to pass the time better. I unfortunately missed his call but when I returned I was asked who said I needed a control arm replaced. I was a bit surprised because it wasn't even the shop that had told me that, but the exact same employee I was speaking to. He said that the apprentice must have made a mistake during the initial service because nothing was wrong with any of the arms. He then said that he would perform another alignment. I agreed. When I received a phone call to inform me that my car was ready, he said that the same apprentice who made the mistake before performed my service again. So I asked if a test drive was performed to see if the veering issue was resolved. He said that it had and the apprentice yet again was the one responsible and he didn't find any issues. He did say that I would not be charged this time. When I picked my car up I immediately noticed the veering issue had not been resolved. What a complete waste of my time.
