I have a rav4 that would occasionally slip on cold-start. I initially brought the car to the dealership who told me I had to replace my transmission at just 50k miles. I wanted to get a second opinion so I called other repair shops who either where charging a high diagnostics fee and/or were fully booked. Automatic Transmission Center took my car in the same day. Got back to me the next day and told me there is nothing wrong and didn't even charge a dime. Honest and reliable, Lenin and his team are amazing.

These guys are genuinely great people! I had my car towed to their shop after breaking down on the freeway. They were very kind - they let me know the cause of the breakdown; and, they assisted me in getting my car in the right place. Would recommend this place has good character

I took my old BMW here because the gearbox was making bad sounds upon acceleration. They advised me that it will hang in a couple of months and that its not worth the cost of rebuilding the transmission. I have just bought a new car but they were totally correct, the BMW has hung in! If you're the sort of person that worries about being ripped off by mechanics, then trust me, these guys are legit!

Lenin and his team are awesome here! They're incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. From start to finish, I felt taken care of and knew my car was in good hands. The shop is really busy which is always a good sign; clearly people trust them with their cars. I paid exactly what I was quoted on day one and picked up my car when expected. They're really good about communicating and kept me in the loop about what was going on with my car. I highly recommend you bring your car here!!

They did a great job replacing my clutch with an aftermarket clutch I supplied. Prices were reasonable, but more importantly, I really appreciate their communication and willingness to discuss details. They even snapped a photo for me to look at. Letting your baby go on the operating table can be tough, but you can enjoy a sense of ease here. Glad to have some good mechs in the neighborhood.

Worst rebuilt transmission. Didn't even last 20,000 miles. Now I will get charged again. Rebuilt transmission should last over 100,000 miles.

Great service! Honest, professional and friendly! I took my car in for a diagnostic. Unfortunately I needed a new transmission. Lennon informed me of my options and explained things thoroughly. He also expressed his concern about the possibility of other repairs that may be needed upon replacing the transmission. I called a couple other transmission mechanics to get quotes and they were $500 - $1000 more expensive. Communications were on point and I felt taken care of, like I had been going there for years. Lennon shared that they have been in business for over 50 years, and it’s obvious how they have kept the tradition of a solid business alive! Highly highly recommend their services!

I took my van here to be diagnosed, they took for a spin and told me that the second gear wasn’t engaging (didn’t make sense because I was driving the van and it was working, it was just slow), I trusted them because my friend referred me to them, so they said that they rebuild the transmission and charge me 4.000 dollars for it. They gave me the van in the exactly same state that I gave to them, still slow, drives like a piece of junk, asked my money back but they refused. I took to a ford Dealer service and they told me that the transmission fluid is contaminated and is low.

I've gotten my transmission rebuilt here and Ken at that's time was very knowledgeable. The owner takes pride in his employers and very reasonable prices and awesome warranties to back up their quality of work.

These guys are the nicest people in the auto repair business. You will not go wrong visiting them. I thought my transmission went out due to my dashboard sensor, they did a diagnostic free of charge and told me they couldn't fix the issue, And it helped me find a shop that could do the work that needed to be done. They are the best!

Was going to cost me $3800 which was the cheapest I found even out of town. Lenin let me have a transmission sent to him to install for me. He made less money and I saved $1000. Honest, friendly, professional, and efficient. And my transmission worked flawless. Do yourself a favor don't take your car anywhere else.

TOP INTEGRITY. FAIR. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Trustworty + Professional + Quality Work x10! This may "just" be a transmission shop, but Lenin is a hero in disguise. Saved me so much car related stress so worth every penny! Automatic Transmission was recommended to me -- I was visiting SF and had a late evening mishap. One little turn uphill and my car stopped working. I had it towed and parked nearby since the store was closed. The next morning, Lenin and crew discovered it was an axle snap not transmission. Since I was from out of town and the car literally cannot move, he really went above and beyond to try and match my axle. It was not a simple job. Lenin was patient, warm, cheerful and persevered in the problem solving effort. He went above an beyond and really reflects what is possible when we all help each other out with fairness AND have the necessary skills to boot :-)
