I tried to buy something some fenders from them for my model A and the person that answered off Facebook would not let me buy through the company only through private, I would not do that and he blocked me, I will buy the fenders if it's a legit company ,I sent a email if it's for real, there are a lot of scammers out there

My wife needed a new engine for her Chevy Equinox. Matt came highly recommended, and he did not let us down. Matt found an engine for a good price with low miles. Matt's transparency and honesty during this process was refreshing Great customer service and professionalism from start to finish. My wife and now take our vehicles to Automatts for all our vehicle Maintenace needs. Honest and Transparent mechanics are hard to find.

Dropped off our Honda civic in January and they were quick to fix the issue. Called last minute and dropped off our Subaru Crosstrek recently and they were helpful and communicative. Will be a returning customer.

They did do the job. Took a long time and They missed some stuff that they should have not missed considering how long they had it. Loose bolts , electrical connectors not plugged in etc. Not the end of the world but also not 5 star worthy. I think they were short handed so I want to give them the benefit of doubt.

Twice now I have called Matt with an emergency, and he was book solid! One time my 4x4 got stuck and I could t go anywhere.. this time my radiator had an issued. Both times I coulda been absolutely screwed, but instead of telling me no, that he was too busy…. HE SAID COME ON!! I had no ride, no other transportation, and live to far to take an Uber, and Matt saved me. Thank you and payment isn’t enough for what he did for me. I can not recommend him enough. You will not be sorry!!

I dropped off my car and rented a car for 4 days. I had two specific issues going on with my car, one was a phantom issue and the other was in every day issue with a possible ball bearing or joint. Neither of the issues were fixed, I was told that I couldn't find the phantom issue or the issue involving the back end tire joint, as I'm driving home I noticed my belt is squeaking loud and will not cease. I called to find out why didn't they tell me about that before I picked up the car up and there was no real explanation. They just agreed that it was time for my belt to be changed. I came here because I saw such great raving reviews, but now here I am adding the complete opposite. I wasted four days on a rental car to have absolutely nothing done to my actual car. Not even the issue that was obvious in front of their face. I felt looked over, dismissed, and insulted. All the things that most women feel when they deal with auto repair shops. And I most definitely didn't feel like my safety behind the wheel mattered Everyone has your own experience, and this was mine

Had vehicle repaired new alternator installed and not installed correctly by technician. Informed owner, they never offer to replace or money back for their mistake. He did fire the technician. The positive wire that hooks to the alternator was loose and burned uptrend connection .

Had a problem with a misfire in my car I couldn’t get rid of. He called me the day he was able to look at my car and got it fixed in the same day. Reasonable price too. This Is definitely my go-to business now for any car work I need done

Automatt’s treated me and my situation with care and respect. My car had left me stranded on the day hurricane Nicole hit. I found Automatt’s via a web search because I simply needed to get my vehicle repaired as quickly as possible, and because I needed a place that was in close proximity to avoid an expensive tow. I was nervous, picking a place at random, but I felt I had few other options. To my delight, Automatt’s was friendly, recommended a tow service (Jim’s Extreme Towing) that offered me a great deal. Automatt’s was startlingly fast in inspecting my vehicle and identifying the problem. They talked about what was essential to be replaced, and gave me a thorough explanation of additional parts they recommended get replaced, but were upfront about the pros and cons of each option, and did not make me feel pressured one way or the other. They fixed it same day and charged me a great rate. Automatt’s communicated clearly, explained options, did not feel pressured or upsold. Provide a quick service and friendly recommendations. Will be back without a doubt — but hopefully not too soon.

Mr Matt is awesome! He's a good, down to earth guy with reasonable prices, and quality work that doesn't take forever to complete.. He is definitely my new go to mechanic. He even suggested places for me to get an alignment at reasonable prices. I'm so appreciative of him and his services.

I dread having to get anything fixed my car, I am a woman, know nothing about cars, and havent had good experiences. I came here and they helped me right away and he didnt charge me! He was busy too and still took the time to do it quickly. The plastic part under my car had been falling off. Thank you, I will definitely be coming back!!

Thought I had a locked up engine so I brought my car to Matt's, it was just a busted starter and he was really nice, I even got an oil change for a really great price. I'm definitely going back to him, I'm glad I found a mechanic that doesn't try to weasel money out of me. Thank you Matt! 😊
