My Bmw has been very complicated and quite my biggest headache. Having been to dealer and many other places who couldn’t fix my car, Automed euro figured everything out without having to do these major services everyone else were trying to profit from me. I just want to deeply thank the whole office team for keeping me posted every step of the way with full transparency of what may happen with certain procedures, thank you for your bravery and honesty and as for myself and my family we are only coming here, much love.

My VW wouldn't start less than a week after a battery check (elsewhere as part of routine service) said it was in okay condition. Brought it in expecting a starter or alternator issue, they ran the check and it was the battery. They had no issue when I opted to replace it myself. Hopefully I won't need a mechanic soon, but will call Automed Euro first!

Moe was absolutely incredible! It was such a challenge to find a trustworthy shop to take care of our Bentley Bentayga. When we reached out to Automed Euro and explained our situation to Moe, emphasizing that we were 4 hours away and hoping for honesty if they were unable to work on a W12, he really went above and beyond. He not only assured us that they could address any issues we were having, but also made us feel like we had found our go-to place for all future services. Throughout the entire process, Moe was incredibly punctual, transparent, and kept us well informed every step of the way.

I previously recommended Automed Euro for servicing our Audi, but recent experiences have led me to reconsider. Over the years, we’ve spent more than $5,000 on repairs there. However, I’ve begun to question the necessity of these repairs after noticing a pattern of costly issues ($900+) identified during routine services. Notably, after their last repair, a new squeaking sound emerged, which they failed to diagnose and mistakenly attributed to a center console creak. They even managed to break the console and replaced it with a mismatched color, only discovered when I picked up the car. Additionally, they proposed another $900+ in repairs for, among other things, spark plugs they had installed less than two years and 10,000 miles ago, claiming they were out of the 2 year warranty. Thankfully, I had kept all my invoices and could prove the plugs were only a year and a half old, prompting them to replace them at no cost. Despite wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, these experiences made me feel exploited. After consulting another reputable Audi mechanic who confirmed that none of the most recently suggested repairs were necessary, my disappointment has only grown. This revised review reflects my dissatisfaction and the unfortunate realization that I may have been recommended unnecessarily repairs at Automed Euro and can no longer recommend their services.

I have been looking for a affordable place for my BMW and found this place on Google. The owner Abdul give me a good price and scheduled my car as priority on Saturday morning. Munir explained to me everything that I concern about my car. He is very friendly and helpful. This is the best place you can trust and reasonable price you can afford. Highly recommended!!!

I used to take my Porsche here for service, on one such visit they told me there was a fuel line part recall and i should take it to Beverly Hills Porsche for free replacement, so i took it in to BH Porsche and got a call from them later in the day saying the repair was done but they found another problem, they said "your clutch is toast, its down to the rivets, and needs to be replaced" i called Automated Euro and told them what BH Porsche said, the guys at automated told me to bring the car back to them. the guys at BH Porsche were really pressuring me to have them replace the clutch saying it was unsafe to drive. i took the car back to Automed Euro, the mechanic got in, put it in 2nd gear, revved the engine and dropped the clutch, wheels screeched and the car took off, he said your clutch is fine, and added "for them to say its down to the rivets they would have had to remove your engine and no mechanic would do all that work on spec. Bottom line is i really like and trust these guys at Automed Euro and will never do biz with Beverly Hills Porsche.

I will never bring my BMW anywhere else but here! I was gifted an older X5 that came with some minor issues and Abdul, along with other staff, were amazing! Abdul was so knowledgeable, their pricing is fair, and he’s very communicative which put my mind at ease. It also took way less time then I was expecting. If you’re in need of an honest European car shop, this is the only place i would recommend!

This place is the epitome of a business that over promises and then severely under delivers. Brought my car in for a paint job and left it with them because they gave a 24 hour turn around time. Now, 4 days and a whole weekend later they are still "needing time to dry the coat". I had to call every 3 hours to find out whats going on with my car and at each turn they delayed completion time. Now Im waiting at their shop bc it was promised to be done by 3 pm, then 4 pm and now by 5 pm. I wasted my whole day and delayed holiday traveling time by over 6 hours waiting for these snake oils salemen to complete a job that was supposed to be done 4 days ago. Do not trust businesses like this one.

Automed Euro has been a reliable and accommodating mechanic's shop. I have been there multiple times. They are efficient and professional. I recently had a leaky tire, they patched it immediately and treated me more than fairly. Very happy with their service.

Automed diagnosed and replaced the headlight ballast on my 2013 Audi. They were extremely professional and kept me informed throughout the entire service process. Based on the aforementioned and the reasonable prices for the service, I will forever use Automed.

BEWARE !!! horrible outcome they destroyed my Mercedes Asked to have a fuse replaced after having it towed to them .. instead they decide to start and run my car before putting a fuse in it ending up short circuiting my whole car all kinds of stuff doesn’t work now and they had me come pick up my car didn’t charge me acted like they did me a favor for ruining my Mercedes ! STAY AWAY !!!! CAUTION!!!

I brought my 335 in for front and rear shocks after getting a very expensive quote from my local BMW dealer. I found their pricing to be very competitive and the work was accomplished in a timely fashion. The staff at Automed Euro are great. I’ve had my bmw wagon serviced here and they’ve done a great job of keeping it on the road. They’re warranty saved me a few bucks as well on my radiator. 10/10 recommend.
