After reading some of the negative reviews, I've decided not to even make a trip to this place. Also, no one even answers the phone. Bad Business!!!

WORST SHOP EVER, If I could give NO stars I would. All they do is lie just to get your business then tell you that they can’t fix it and charge you an arm and a leg for “diagnostics”. The shop manager Víctor is the leader of the circus they call a shop. If you want to get ripped off by all means take your cars. I bring a lot of business ( over 15 cars every 2 weeks) at the Houston location of 45 & West Rd this experience at this location will result in me pulling my fleet account and taking my business elsewhere.

I usually love this place to get an oil change. But recently dropped off my partners blazer to get an oil change and a tire rotation. The tire rotation cost as much as the oil change. Also after having the car for an hour past the time it was due, we got a call saying the tire tech couldn't find the wheel lock. After driving all the way back, and the tech watching rvon his phone, we popped the trunk and looked at the spare and sitting on top, exactly where it should be, was the wheel lock. He didn't even try to look and just used an excuse to watch TV. I do t think he'll last there.

UPDATE! 07/17/2024 They play games with folks who really are not friendly! It's a whole bunch of standing around here and no flow of vehicle traffic in and out. That's a clear sign of no urgency in your vehicle getting out for another one to come in. Meaning you overpaid! Take my advice on how you feel, but it's not hard for a person like myself to see. Hopefully, this pulls you into more attentive,affordable, and just simply honest businesses that would better suit your vehicle and lively needs.

Great place! Not only did they take my car when every other mechanic I called said they weren't accepting non-running vehicles, they repaired it that same day. Haven't had a problem with it since!

I very rarely leave reviews, but this place deserves it! These guys work so well and they are very polite and welcoming. Also the location is very convenient as well as the expertise and the great prices they offer! Truly recommend this place.

Was there yesterday for engine oil change. Took them about 20 minutes to do it. It costed me $52.50 for full synthetic oil and oil filter. The staff i found nice and polite.

Be careful, those friendly staff you say you see can ruin your car. You ask them for synthetic oil and they kick you out and look for anything to get your money, but the biggest crook is Víctor.

They upsold from a $60 oil change to $250 issue, found out they caused more of an issue, now it's a $500 issue. I used to like them, now I hate them.

Went in for a radiator replacement, the guy semed nice and gave me a better quote than other shops in the area so decided to give it a try. The radiator seemed fine after I picked it up but the car would make a weird noise at high speeds. They told me to bring it back and after they “fixed it” the car started making noise all the time. In addition they messed up my breaks, it was already bad and they have told me I needed new pads but after they “fixed” the noise the breaks got worse and now I gotta break all the way down and it barely breaks. When I told them that and asked how much it would be to repair it they started ignoring me. The place is cheaper for a reason would not recommend

Great guys and Victor was so helpful. We had a small problem as a result of a stolen catalytic converter. Car started sputtering and we broke down in his lot. Quick easy fix 20 minutes later we were on our way!

They will take advantage of you - $300 quote for a one hour job with a $40 part. Quote wasn’t detailed so I’m sure this works on some customers. Another customer was complaining about a faulty job when I was waiting for my car. Avoid these guys like the plague.
