Brought my Honda in to get work done from a minor fender bender. Although not “certified” for Hondas, as soon as I spoke to Adam, I knew I was in great hands. He is kind and gave me reasonable and honest estimates! When I got the car back, they gave it an exterior bath and even vacuumed the inside! Looked brand new in my eyes! Thank you to Adam and his fabulous and hardworking team!

I recently brought my car here after someone hit it in a parking lot. I picked the spot because it is Audi certified. I thought their pricing was fair; I had done advance research because I was scared that a car shop would try to rip me off, but their estimate was in line with what I expected and they didn't add anything on during service. The associate I spoke with was professional. They even cleaned my car (which was filthy from having gone on a camping trip).

100/10 recommended. After an accident you have to deal with a lot of processes, on top of physical injury. Adam showed me compassion, built trust in me and then exceeded my expectations with his knowledgeable team. I am beyond loyal to this shop. I would recommend anyone in need of their services. I found out this place through Audi of Oakland, Their services was amazing and super super professional specially Adam is super nice and took care of my car from A to Z. I dropped off my Audi to the right hand and not to worry anything. definitely will recommend anyone to use their service. Adam and his team are the best of the best. I saved their contact numbers to top of my first list whenever I need their helps for my family and all friends. Thank Adam and keep up all the good works

This shop was contracted by a dealer to perform some warranty related work for one of my cars. Long story short, given some paint related issues on a relatively new car, I was looking at potentially having to repaint some major portions of the car. James the owner, is really communicative and through in his work. He provided extremely detailed insight into the work that he'd potentially be doing and provided a less "invasive"/spot treatment type option after sensing my reservations about having to repaint signification portions of a "new" car. He also made sure to answer all my questions. I ended up going with that less invasive option as a first step as James, mentioned that if I didn't like the results, we always have the option of doing a full repaint per the warranty claim. The quoted repair time was 3-4 days, with James saying that he wanted to personally do the work. Around day 3, he called me to apologize for the delay and mentioned that he's been out sick with a nasty cold. The repair ended up taking about a week and change to complete. While this was a bit longer than expected, the fact that he did the work himself and provided me with an update, even while being under the weather was impressive. When it came time to pick up the car, James met me at the dealer and walked me through what he had done. He again explained his process and made sure that I was happy with the work. I've dealt with quite a few body shops and automotive repair shops and very few, if any, are as detailed and communicative as James was. In terms of cost or value, I cannot provide any feedback, as the repair cost was covered by my vehicle's manufacturer. Overall, the experience with James and Automotive Collision Repair was second to none and I would wholeheartedly recommend that anyone looking for body or paint work, check out this shop!

Best car repair and responsiveness i've ever gotten from an automotive place, if you come here ask for Adam - your car will be in fantastic hands. Fixed my passenger side doors, and when i noticed another problem, they had it fixed for free ontop of everything else. Will definitely be returning for all future repairs

Best auto shop experience yet. Not only did they fix it with super frequent and helpful updates but they wiped the car down and buffed some small scratch marks for free.

As other reviewers suggest, this is the best body shop around. I've come here twice for my Audi. Service and communication were excellent and timely both times. Can't recommend Josh, Adam, and the team enough!

Automotive Collision Repair employees, Josh and Little Joe, provided A+ service to me today. They said to bring my car in the same day I called and they would assess the damage. They concluded that the mis-aligned bumper could be popped back into place. They did it quickly and refused to charge me. I will never take a car anywhere else.

Extremely impressed by this company. We got a couple bids on repairing our bumper, they were the lowest and then came in under estimate. They were also great about following up when I dropped the ball on communication, and even dropped off our car at our house because we were out of town. Never felt talked down to, very personable and nice folks. Would recommend!

I've never had a better experience getting auto body work done than at Automotive Collision Repair. The work itself was solid, the timeline was reasonable, the price was in-line with my expectations, but above all the experience was so hassle-free. Adam and team made it very easy and the experience was frictionless and customer service focused. This puts them miles ahead of other similar auto body shops I've worked with or gotten quotes from. Highly recommended and thanks again!

I absolutely LOVED every element of my experience with Automotive Collision Repair! The team was incredibly professional, very communicative, did the job quickly and beautifully - and their work product far surpassed my expectations. They were professional, kind, thoughtful, and generous - they made every aspect of this repair job easy and joyful. I wish they could be my regular mechanics! So. I’ve been coming here for years! This is the BEST shop I’ve EVER taken my cars too. They are honest, reliable, super trustworthy, professional and respectful. The manager Adam is so nice and informative. He lets you know the status of your car every step of the way. Every car I’ve had has come here and the service is SUPERB! They also are punctual. Great quality work, the parts they use are genuine. They treat your car as if it’s their own. If anybody reading this is looking for an auto shop where you’re treated like a person don’t hesitate to go there. I haven’t had any problems after any work I’ve received. This is The place to come for your Volkswagen and Audi repair. I've come here 3 times now for body damage repairs on my Golf R after being recommended them by VW of Oakland and they now have a customer for life. They are a VW certified repair shop which means they always do repairs to VW's standard and use genuine parts. These guys are very professional, make the whole process easy, and show lots of pride in their work. Each time my car has come back looking beautiful and flawless. I really can't recommend this place enough, just go.

Can't believe these guys don't have more people rating them. These guys did a top notch job on a dent I had on my vehicle. I can't even notice it was ever there. After doing several searches online I went to these guys because they are Audi certified for auto body repairs. My dude Adam was super nice and professional. He made everything really easy. It was basically in and out.

I had a great experience with this auto shop and especially Adam following an accident where I was rear-ended with significant damages to both the front and back. Adam was amazing, worked with my insurance company, made me aware of all the damages and insurance coverage, and informed of the timeline of repairs. The day that I was going to come back to retrieve my car following repairs, we noticed that the front right tire was extremely flat. Given that it was Friday at 4pm and I had a 2 hour drive, Adam was not comfortable with returning the car to me (nor was I) since it had not had a flat coming in. Instead, he worked with a tire shop to replace the front right tire for me, free of charge and got the car ready for me first thing Monday morning. Adam was so sincere and stated many times that he would have felt terrible if I was stranded on the highway with a flat. Cannot say enough good things about this team, Adam, and the overall work done to my car. While I hope to never need repairs again, I could say with 100% certainty that I would return here. Since I bought my Nissan in 2017 I’ve been rear ended twice. Generally, I’d rather go get my repairs done at some place I’ve researched rather than where the insurance company is pushing me to go. ACR had great reviews and were Nissan Certified, so I figured it was worth giving them a shot. I’m not sure I can really describe how impressed I am with Adam and ACR - partly because my previous career was in auto repair and I’m not certain that the general public knows just how difficult this job really is. There are just so many moving pieces, and you’re dealing with vehicles that are usually extremely sentimental to their owners. I love my cars and I bet most people feel the same way. Not one, but both times I had the misfortune of needing collision repair, ACR has provided me with the smoothest experience imaginable, from start to finish. I spend so much time having to consider details and painstaking planning in my work life, I just can’t tell you what a relief it is to hand my keys to Adam and have him say “don’t worry about anything, I’ve got it all covered” and really, truly mean it. My car came back looking and feeling brand new, both times. I believe they’re Nissan, Honda, and VW certified, but honestly even if my next car isn’t one of those, these guys are my go to body and collision repair shop from now on.

The services they provide are world-class, but what really distinguishes them from the competition is their service. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, both Adam and James were awesome. James went above and beyond (during COVID) to do the job right. My car was hit while parked and needed a new bumper and headlight. I found these guys through Subaru Oakland. Subaru Oakland does mechanical and Automotive Collision Repair handles the cosmetics so it's all certified work. The repair was perfect but that's not what makes this place amazing. I noticed after I got the car back that it pulled to the left. I brought the car back (without an appointment!) and James patiently walked me through the wheel calibration/alignment report and everything was within tolerances. I told him that I know what I feel so he went on a 20 minute test drive with me on streets and highways in order to diagnose the issue. At >50 mph he confirmed he was feeling what I was feeling. Then he drove the car into the Subaru dealer with me and spoke directly to their mechanic, who he had a great relationship with and explained that despite the calibration within tolerances that they should take a 2nd look at it. He did everything at no charge to me and I never needed to file a 2nd insurance claim with Geico. I got the car back 24 hrs later and everything was perfect. He didn't brush me off when the calibration machine showed all green. He went on a test drive with me during COVID and personally took the car into the shop, as if it were his own. Amazing customer service. This is the place you want to go to make sure a job is done right. They stand behind their work.
