Mr. Sam and his team are highly skilled and experienced professionals. I recently brought my Audi to their establishment due to an oil leak issue. They promptly addressed the problem and provided me with valuable insights regarding the appropriate maintenance schedule for my vehicle. The pricing for the repair services was reasonable and fair. One aspect that particularly impressed me was their transparency in showcasing the replaced parts from my vehicle, allowing me to personally inspect them. This level of transparency is rarely encountered in the automotive repair industry. He has gained a loyal customer! I will be back!

I am totally disappointed with most of the mechanics in Charlotte and surrounding areas!!! However, in particular Automotive Digital Solutions at 4927 Wilkinson Blvd. I had a mechanic in Belmont whom I thought I could trust, replace ac compressor. He didn’t put the freon in my car after replacing the ac compressor..said his machine was broken and Mercedes need a machine to put in freon. I took my car to a mechanic on South Blvd who attempted to put the freon in, but was unsuccessful. Obviously, he wasn’t aware that a “machine” was needed to put the freon in. However, I do appreciate how he allowed me to assist by turning on the blower buttons (which was blowing out warm air) and he didn’t charge me. At that point, I called the mechanic back who replaced the ac compressor. He referred me to Sam/Automotive Digital Solutions. I went there as soon as I left the shop on South Blvd. Although, I had already explained that all I needed was freon.. they insisted that I needed an “ac check” and the cost was $135. At this point I just wanted my car back to being operable, so I agreed on the ac check. Approximately 15-20 minutes of waiting, Yousef, one of the technicians informed me that he did put in the freon, but the air wasn’t blowing..that it could be a bad fuse or the fan. He advised it would be an additional $125 to do a diagnostic test to find out why the air was not blowing. He also insisted that I leave my car. I was totally not comfortable with leaving my car, and led him to believe I would drop it off the upcoming Monday. I paid $100/cash and the balance on debit card. I got in my car and noticed that the button that controls the fan was all the way to “max” yet there was no air blowing out. At this point I realized it was all a setup and it was confirmed what I was thinking when they insisted on doing the ac check after I had already told them all I needed was freon. They just wanted to run up the bill!! There was nothing wrong with my blower when I took it there. It was blowing out warm air when I left the shop on South Blvd. Now it’s not blowing anything. At this point I don’t know if they even put freon in. It is so disheartening that you put out your hard earn money to these businesses for a service that they’re obligated to provide and all you get in return is scammed!!! Whatever happened to good ole customer service and most of all integrity!!! There ought to be a law prohibiting these people (not just mechanics, but doctors, lawyers, small businesses, etc) from taking your money and not providing the proper service(s) that they’re obligated to do so!!! Two days go by still no cool air and fan not working. I got in my car this morning and miraculously the fan started blowing and what’d you know.. cool air!!! I went to Automotive Digital Solutions to apologize for falsely accusing them of tampering with my fan. The fan and ac both are working fine. However, I do still stand on whatever happened to integrity because it seems everyone is out to take your money.

Owner Sam isn't ASE Certified to fix Mercedes and I wasn't aware until I had some work done to my car and I was also referred to Sam by Tatti's Automotive. Sam installed a inoperable Steering Column on my car to Diagnosis my car and in return caused somethings to go out on my car. Sam agreed to fixed them but wanted me to leave my car a few days. I advised Sam I'm not able to do that I will need to wait. One reason is because I didn't trust him anymore because of the way he diagnosis my car and he left the part on my car and said he was doing me a favor. As a woman I believed him until I was about to drive off and saw the piece he put on my car said inoperable, no cruise control, no road hazard, my radio, and my door chime, and I forget with the other that was showing up. I said no Sir where is my original piece because my original piece I didn't have all this going on in my dashboard. Sam had one of his tech's put my original piece back on but I still had problems that I didn't have before. When I reached out to Sam about making an appointment so that I may get those action items fixed he advised me I didn't need an appointment just drop the car off. I went up to his place and advised him I don't want to leave my car because I don't trust how he does business. Sam then had his Son to begin to make some corrections but however his Son got in my car with no paper mat and got mud on my driver mat I asked Sam do ya'll not use paper mats he said no. Sam then took my mat and slapped up against another dirty car to get dirt off my mat (how disrespectful). I also had to ask Sam 3 times to stop smoking at my car because smoke is going in my car and don't want my car to smell like smoke. I then saw cigarette ashes along side the driver seat and he then had to ask someone to vacuum it after stating he didn't have a vacuum cleaner is why he slapped my mat against a dirty car. I asked for a refund Sam agreed but is asking me to mail him a copy of the invoice although he has it on file. I sent him a photo copy of the invoice then he wants me to mail him my original before he refund me my total amount of $1,100.00. Just more disrespect, lack business skills, lack of customer service, lack of communication, poor poor customer service. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as of today, Action 9 News, Attorney General's Office, and Federal Trade Commission. Anyone who does business this way needs to be exposed so the next person can make an educated decision on whether to do business with Automotive Digital. If I am able I will upload photos of text messages back and forth with Sam the owner. The Owner just responded and is a big liar. This owner put a negative review on my business because I gave him one. How unprofessional is that? Furthermore if Same was committed to do better or resolving the issue he would have refunded me by now.

Took my car there and paid for new parts and the car has same problems as when I drop it off they told me they couldn’t find a new part and Mercedes’ didn’t have anymore so I order another replacement part at my expense after I paid 750 for brand new part same problems over 1750 paid and now want even let me bring my car back to see what they did wrong only talk smart when I tried to work with them please don’t take ur car to Sam he has ripped me off

If we could give this shops more than 5 stars we would, after getting our old Mercedes diesel poorly repaired by shop that had been recommended by our extended warranty company, we found Sam and Peter by recommendation from a different shop that did another job on our car and it didn’t solve the issue, so the person there said you need this guys, they know what to do. And they did, after several visits engine light is gone, turned out to be first mechanic put a bad water pump and not authentic Mercedes one. Peter replaced it on right one and did other repairs, he explained everything to my husband and in general was very professional and knowledgeable. We will be coming back for maintenance. If you have a German car, highly recommend you come to this place.
