I went to Automotive Evolution knowing I would need my brake pads replaced as well as some additional work. They gave me fair pricing on the brakes and gave me a complete list of needed repairs without pressuring me to move forward with all of them. Very happy I found this shop based on reviews!

Automotive Evolution is in a class by itself. They do a great job at servicing your vehicle and getting you back on the road in no time. They are honest about the work that needs to be done while providing a price point that is fair if not incredible for their customers. They pride themselves in getting the job done right the first time and show empathy to each person that walks through the door. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I was experiencing a vehicle vibration on I 70 and Exited on Pecos and pulled into Automotive Evolutions. Tony and Melanie came out and and ask if there was anything they can do to help. Let them know what I was experiencing I had just put your brakes on my vehicle. Melanie had offered a loaner vehicle to me for my drive home. Tony then had offered me a torque wrench to make sure all of my wheels were torque to Spec. I was able to make it home safely. I do appreciate the willingness of Melanie and Tony to help me out.

The team at Automotive Evolution were kind, listened to me, had great senses of humor, and were communicative. They got back to me with details of what was imperative to fix, what could take a backseat, and all the things that were in good condition. And the turn around on the repairs was incredible. TONY, at the front counter is informative, knowledgeable and caring to accommodate everyone with his best service he can provide with pricing and his technicians accomplishing quality repairs in a timely manner. Where do I start? Our journey with Automotive Evolution began with a referral from a friend. A single phone call convinced us to take our vehicle to them, primarily due to the honesty they exhibited. I must say, the staff was incredibly informative. I have never spoken to a mechanic who was so willing to advise me on alternative solutions that might take money out of their own pockets. Tony, who helped us immensely, initially informed us that the cost of repairs would exceed the value of the vehicle. This honesty was refreshing and set the tone for our entire experience. Fortunately, I remembered that we had a warranty, which then made it feasible to proceed with the repairs. What impressed us the most was that they did not pressure us into additional repairs that might not be immediately necessary. The integrity and professionalism of everyone at Automotive Evolution were top-notch. Everything about our experience with AE was exceptional, and we won't be going to another shop for any future needs. Thank you, guys; you are truly the best!
