This mechanic shop is AMAZING!! I had an issue with my car that no one seemed to be able to fix. Their tech was able to diagnose the problem and repair it same day. Their prices are fair and reasonable too! This will be the place I bring my car from now on!!

I am an older single woman and have no experience with cars. When I took my car to Automotive Professionals , I expressed my concern to Connor and he assured me I was in good hands and explained in detail what needed to be done to repair my car. When the work was completed, John showed me the damaged part and said that it would seem like I was driving in a new car - he was right! I am so grateful for the wonderful work that they did. They are very professional, honest, timely, and the price was just right thanks guys

Still the best shop in the city. Even under new management, they go above and beyond. Most recently, they helped me with everything I needed to go thru my insurance and did extra work at no charge like detailing my car in and out!

I had a very scary emergency last Wednesday when all the oil in my engine leaked out while diving from Blue Ridge to my daughter’s house. She lives less than a mile from this shop so I called them to see if they could help me. These young men were so professional and polite, especially Conner. They got me fixed up ASAP and the charges were very reasonable. Please support this local shop.

I am visiting from out of town and took my son's car for repairs. I was very impressed by how professional they are. Took care of several items very promptly. Connor Bute at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I felt that they were extremely honest - originally they estimated some work was needed, but upon taking car into the shop, they felt that it was not necessary and they did not do it. Most shops would have replaced parts and charged for them and labor just to make money. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Automotive Professionals for years. Sandy and his team were great back then and the new owner, Abebe, and his team- Connor, Jay, John and a handful of others have continued that legacy. They are honest, their prices are reasonable, they did not try to upsell me and they were extremely patient with the dozens of questions I had. I got my brake pads and rotors fixed by them about a year ago. Recently, I brought my car back in because several lights on my dashboard were on. They replaced my O2 sensor, did an Oil change and transmission fluid. Within 3 hours and about $600 later, I was back on the road. I was very satisfied. Unfortunately, a day (& 70 miles) later, my lights were back on. They were able to fit me in the next day and did a thorough diagnostic to determine the issue at no additional cost. Abebe, Connor, Jay, and John were extremely patient as I asked them several more questions that day. I highly recommend Automotive Professionals!

My car broke down close to their shop so I decided to take it in. Had a great experience with everyone there and they fixed everything in a timely manner and even cleaned some of the interior for me as well! They explained everything that happened throughly and showed me photos of the old vs new parts. It is a great shop to know if you live in the Atlanta area.

Can't thank the crew at Automotive Professionals and Repair enough! Had a water pump/alternator belt snap on my morning commute and just happened to break down right near them. Gave them a call to see if they had the part and were able to get me in. They were up front and said they were super busy but would try to squeeze me in. I was back on the road that afternoon! They also let me know the part that may have caused the issue that will need replacing. Up front folks at a fair price. Hard to find these days.

After damaging the plastic front end of my car, the front was dragging on the ground with 125+ miles to get home. I arrived at this shop 10 minutes before they were to close. They started right away fixing the front bumper, skid plate and fenders so we could get home. They could work for a NASCAR team as they allowed us to travel safely home! Thanks J!

Getting a nail stuck in your tire is a nuisance, but the team at Automotive Professionals and Repair made it a breezy for me. They squeezed me in on Friday late afternoon before they closed for the weekend. I've gone to other places where I had to wait a while for a walk-in or deal with an appt window, but I was in and out in ~15m for free tire patch work! Based on my interaction with them and other reviews, I'll be coming back here for all my car needs!

Just 're' discovered this place. They reopened a while ago with new management - Same amazing service! Conner plugged/repaired my flat tire and remounted it for free. So happy to have found Automotive Professionals! Used them twice so far in 2023. First time was to plug a tire - I was in and out in 10 minutes at no charge. Second time was to replace a battery - again, very quick service. Everyone there is friendly and the prices are reasonable. I'll definitely use them again.
