I spent $2200 on the car less than a week. The car was already broke down refuse to fix it. Wanted me to pay half on the maintenance charge just as if you’re single woman and you’re trying to get a Used Car bring your husband or better yet just don’t go to that place at all. It’s not worth it. You have hard earn going to wasted All right

Tim is the Best honest mechanic I've ever met. I know that sentence doesn't normally go together lol. But no one else would look at my son's car. I live in Fayetteville, but I will drive to Raleigh every time. The other mechanics even went as far to say that the law changed and that his car cannot be worked on or it would be an expensive price because it's too old. Tim saved the day again and it only cost me 50 bucks cuz I needed a light. Thank God for Tim! I've been going to him for 2 years now. I swear to you just go one time and you'll forever be a loyal customer.

They are a small shop, and the owner of the business oversees all of the work. The service and quality of work are better than the chain stores. They have to be good, since they're so small and their survival depends on customer satisfaction. It's best to make an appointment for service.

First time in here they charged me too much. I went back in a few months later and Tim asked, "Did you check your receipt the last time you were in here? We charged you too much. We owe you some money." He has been honest and fair every time I have gone to him. I won't trust my car to anyone else.

The best mechanic in this universe!! What I appreciate the most is Tim's honesty, which can be a rare commodity in this industry. In addition, Tim's extensive knowledge in all cars, especially foreign imports, is invaluable. I own a Mercedes-benz SL500. I would not trust anyone else to work on it. Tim experience in providing the best advice is another aspect you can't put a price on. You can rest assured you're in good hands to save you money in the long run with sound advice and reliable warranty. I have had a wide variety of cars. Tim has worked on all over 20 years. This shop is the go to for people who are seeking auto technicians with vast knowledge. They r extremely Blessed ✝️ in knowledge and ethics. They have helped my boss with work done ✅ that was passed off as "dealership only" by his long time go-to mechanics. They are thorough and very honest and forthcoming even over the phone. So thankful for these guys. I do not believe there is an automotive problem they can not handle Their fees are reasonable and their business ethic is above and beyond. Tim is a hidden gem. I brought my Audi for inspection. Engine light was on. This was quickly addressed in a timely manor and I then needed to put some miles on the car before we could run the inspection. Tim made time for me the following day and had me out of the shop in no time. Grateful for his expertise, honesty and persistence to get me back on the road again.

Was out of town (from Virginia Beach) in Raleigh and car (2010 Subaru Forester) was leaking coolant. Dropped my car off at Automotive Trauma Center late in the day. Car was repaired (replaced cracked radiator) mid day the next day. The car hasn’t driven this good in years! They went out of their way to diagnose and prioritize my repair to get me back on the road. I had called the local Subaru dealer and another repair shop that couldn’t look at my car for several days. They also took care of ancillary repairs from poor housekeeping by previous mechanics. Pricing was great! Highly recommended!

Went to ATC to get brakes checked out. Was recommended by a friend. Turned out to be a great experience. They were efficient, great rates, and the customer service was exceptional all around. Will definitely become a regular customer here for my car care.
