Very unprofessional customer service. Lady sounded very uninterested and was distracted/arguing with whoever she was driving with. I didn’t get any work done on my vehicle just going off the initial first impression.

Rob and Michelle came out promptly (just over an hour after calling) and got our Jeep to start after diagnosing and repairing a broken shifter bushing. They were great to work with and the mobile service was affordable. We highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

Robert's a good mechanic. He went thru everything with a fine tooth comb. Fix the problem with my van and gave me a good price. He understands cars aren't a luxury there a necessity.

They tracked down the electrical issue we were having. Took a few days and quite a bit of research but they didn't give up. We will definitely use them again if we run into another car issue. We appreciate the time and work put into fixing the problem. Thank you!

Don't trust these people they came to fix my car what they did is toke my car a part and messed all up we will be back tomorrow they said never came never answered all the calls we made now our car is just sitting at the parking lot so pls do not get them to fix your car anything

Rob is amazing! I called for a brake pad replacement quote and instead of just taking my money he helped me figure out the actual problem with my car. The dust shield was just rubbing against my rotor and he told me to just push it back with a screw driver. A small rock fell out. Fixed the terrible squealing sound! 10/10 would recommend

This guy is legit. They answered my call right away and were out within a couple of hours. I had electrical gremlins that he was able to chase down and fix for me. He charge me a fair price for the work. Highly recommended!

Very great at what he does and nice guy too. I live in San Tan Valley A hour and a half from Tucson. I had to come here to do drill for the National Guard and my alternator stopped working on my way to base on the I10. I drove my car just with the battery and when I got to base it died on me. He came to the base and changed the alternatpe. Also took it to AutoZone for me, since it was under warranty still, and got the new one. He did it in a very good time and very good price. Did a great job and i am able to go back home to San Tan Valley. Would really recommend him.

Automotive Masters definitely live up to their name! I had a serious emergency, and since I'm a driver, it was imperative that I get it done very quickly so that it didn't impact my finances. Not only did they fix my issue quickly, it was EXTREMELY affordable! A+++ I won't be going anywhere else from now on!

So there I was on the open highway in the middle of the desert on a sunday night. I was trying to get home to my baby before the monday blues hit and wouldnt you know it, my alternator crapped out on me and left me stranded. So there I was with no help in sight. While every other mechanic was sleeping or enjoying sunday off, this man was the only one open and willing to help. He and his wife were very nice, professional and got me back on the road quickly! And while other shops would have charged an arm and a leg, he was very reasonable with the price. This guy is a true life saver and very knowledgeable. Hes been doing this for over a decade and im sure he can help you too. Whether you bring your car to him or have him come out and find you, he will get it done! Dont think twice, give him a call! There aren't that many good, hard working people who will help you out at any time, but this guy is one of them.
