I received outstanding service from Service Advisor Tony Hanes for work that was done on my '01 Acura. He was friendly, courteous, responsive, and very knowledgeable and professional throughout. Definitely 5 stars out of 5, would recommend to anyone needing service on their Acura in Colorado Springs.

Got in and out with an oil replacement, tire rotation, and they replaced the wheel lock lug cheaper than I Italy quoted. Always nice to get in and out of car service appointments quicker than anticipated here with great communication and customer service from their reps!

Let me say this, I've never met more reluctant auto technicians. Getting them to help me with the trash vehicle I bought from them has been hell. From the jump I had to take it to be serviced 2 times because of fuel pump issues. The brakes suddenly went bad after I took it off the lot, heat shield rattles & the sunroof drains were clogged so my car was actively flooding every time it rained. Not to mention the sunroof was a selling point for me but day of purchase I was told the motor was bad and they weren't going to fix it bc its not a saftey issue & their "main" goal was saftey. "If you don't want it, it's fine we can just put it back on the market." -George Fast forward to today, here I am again needing to have my vehicle serviced because of fuel pump o2 sensor issues. The receipt from the last visit says they "fixed" the issues however I'm getting the same exact codes as I did the last two times servicing it. Every time I talk to someone I feel like they are trying to sleaze their way out of helping me. & they have a way of gaslighting you into believing there really isn't anything wrong. Like the guy who test drove my vehicle with me when I complained abt the brakes. He sat in my face telling me the loud obnoxious squeaking was NORMAL. Sat there mansplaining to me like I don't know how brakes should sound. Everytime I try to communicate with them I get extreme anxiety because I can clearly see them trying to get over on me. I feel like because I'm a woman they feel like they can just push me around. It's almost like they are irritated they still have to deal with me! I'm making payments on this shitty vehicle bc I NEED a car. But I've never had a worst experience then the one with autonation. Good luck buying a used vehicle with them and be sure to get as much warranty coverage as you can.

I showed at my appointment time and was seen immediately. The Service Technician took care of everything. I waited in the customer lounge and enjoyed a refreshment. My technician came to find me about an hour later and everything was taken care of as well as my car being washed and looking great! A very enjoyable service visit. Thank you!

Tony was amazing! My daughter’s car blew up on a camping trip and we had the car towed to AUTONATION Acura (much closer than our usual dealer in Denver) and I’m glad we did. Tony did everything in his power to ensure we got a great fix solution at a great value, even down to helping me find a cheaper tow option from Gunnison. I will seriously drive down here for any major issues that we have in the future- totally worth the 1.5 hour drive if that tells you anything about our experience. A++

AutoNation has a “call center” that makes your service appointments! Not someone in the actual dealership you are calling. I thankfully still had the direct number to the service representative that helped me last time so I could call him. He is what made my experience what it used to be when the dealership was owned by Pikes Peak Acura. Otherwise, I would never recommend ANY AutoNation owned dealership. It is not about the people anymore.

I was treated with excellence. Todd was especially attentive. He took very good care of me in spite of a glitch with the scheduling call center. Please pass on my sincere thanks and kudos to Todd. I think your scheduling call center is located in Dallas. If AutoNation corporate insists on routing service schedule calls through a centralized call center they need to insure they have better connectivity with your service writers at the point of service. I also suspect the code writers who developed your scheduling software have never spent a minute of their time working with the system they created at a terminal where your service writers spend their time working working face to face with a real customer. Todd should not have to jump through extra hoops to keep customers satisfied. I will add he does it well. Dr. Lloyd Burton

I've been a loyal customer of AutoNation Acura since I moved to Colorado Springs in 2014. They always go above and beyond with their service. Bill Grubb was the service representative I interfaced with during my recent service appointment, and he was fantastic! He explained everything to me and was pleasant to work with. I'll be back!

A stellar and seamless experience as always! It is always a pleasure to have my vehicle's regular service done at this location. Todd Grable handled all of my requests instantly and suggested important things to be aware of for the care of my vehicle in the future. I will always bring my vehicle to Acura AutoNation in Colorado Springs for regular maintenance and major occurrences. The team there is rock solid!

Disaster. We Took car to recharge air conditioner. 18 days later get car back. No technicians available. Misdiagnosed initially. Technician damaged radiator when installing compressor, so had to replace that. Couldn’t get a loaner for 1st 2 weeks. We will not buy our next car there.

I have been a owner for over four vehicles all from this location, until it changed to AutoNation, I had very few if any issues or complaints. Can't say that now, I feel like I'm more of a pain to be there, all you want is my money. I will look elsewhere for my next vehicle.

Tony, my service writer, did an excellent job of explaining what service they did, what to expect in the future and the overall condition of the SUV. For me, the Service Dept. is what sells the car.
