After dealing for over 8 months with issues with my new Tahoe at AutoNation west colonial and not getting the proper customer service at this location, I decided to go to a different AutoNation. Tom Deluca at AutoNation Airport was extremely helpful, resourceful and very professional right from the very moment I stepped in. What the other place was going to take weeks just to get a diagnostic, Tom Deluca got everything resolved in just 2 days…I’m extremely impressed with his performance. Tom Deluca is a true model of customer service. A BIG THANK to Tom for the excellent work. Keep up the good work Tom.

Our experience at the Airport location was absolutely positive! We called this location after a bad experience at another dealership. The service advisor Thomas Deluca was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. We towed our car a second time for service here. I have a Chevy Volt which requires specific expertise and my car was repaired and returned even sooner than expected. I highly recommend service at the Airport dealership and will go here first for any future service though it is further away.

Jeffrey did a great job taking care of us on our 2022 Tahoe Z71. Unfortunately the first fix didn’t solve the oil leak, but the second fix did. And Jeffrey accommodated us on a great loaner that fit our family of 5. Thank you.

This was the 1st time I used AutoNation for any service. My service rep was very friendly and answered all my questions informatively. I was a bit taken back by the price of an oil change these days($97.).Will I go back? The answer is ,yes.

One thing I liked about this place was I was able to get pricing over the phone before going in. That was efficient and made the process go smoother. One issue I had was that I wish they were more up-front about the second key fob.

AutoNation Chevrolet is a place where you can feel Welcomed. They do a good job showing appreciation for your business and also they will manage to offer you a deal including your car and price expectations. The website is not updated. AutoNation's car prices are competitive. Environment is relaxed and seller (Tad) support was great!

I came into this dealership in a very bad mood & I was blown away by how they turned my day around. The service was quick, everything was explained to me so i knew what to expect, & the representatives was all around nice people. I have a dealership 3 minutes away from my home but I will drive the 37 minutes for the exception customer service.

Chevy airport is the best always, services and Sales. Liz and all the servers advisor are high experience and very professional, the service manager Ian McKenzie is the best Service manager I have met, I highly recommend them to all of you guys who need a good and professional service this dealership is the best.
