After dealing for over 8 months with issues with my new Tahoe at AutoNation west colonial and not getting the proper customer service at this location, I decided to go to a different AutoNation. Tom Deluca at AutoNation Airport was extremely helpful, resourceful and very professional right from the very moment I stepped in. What the other place was going to take weeks just to get a diagnostic, Tom Deluca got everything resolved in just 2 days…I’m extremely impressed with his performance. Tom Deluca is a true model of customer service. A BIG THANK to Tom for the excellent work. Keep up the good work Tom.

Our experience at the Airport location was absolutely positive! We called this location after a bad experience at another dealership. The service advisor Thomas Deluca was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. We towed our car a second time for service here. I have a Chevy Volt which requires specific expertise and my car was repaired and returned even sooner than expected. I highly recommend service at the Airport dealership and will go here first for any future service though it is further away.
