When I picked up my new truck there was a minor issue with it. I wasn't sure who to talk with to fix it so I went to the service department. They were very prompt and polite and professional. The service department got me in touch with the right person and we got the minor issue fixed rapidly. Thank you very much. Keep up the great customer relations.

No one or no organization is perfect. Just a fact of life. I recently needed a computer update on my vehicle and had set an appointment. Due to an error of the off-site appointment setter, a loaner vehicle was not available as I had requested. Therefore, I could not leave my vehicle and had to cancel the appointment. However, that is not the end of the story. Grant called me after hearing about and researching what had happened. He did not make excuses. He could not change the past but what he could do, he did do. He had my vehicle picked up from my house, got the needed update and returned my vehicle back to me. He did all that he could do to “make it right” and not inconvenience me. Mistakes happen all the time. How you own them and rectify them is what sets you apart. You cannot ask for more.

Went in for the first oil change on my new trailblazer. Everything from start to finish was easy. Sammy was my service advisor and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in and out in less than an hour! And I really like the follow-up text I got with a video of them servicing my car! Great job guys!
