Recommend you schedule service online, but the service was quick and efficient once processed. Chris walked with me to my truck to make sure the service was to my standards. Will return.

On the two visits I’ve made to the service department at Autonation Ford, I was impressed by both service advisors I dealt with, Steve and Chandler. The techs also do a great job here too. Friendly place and good to deal with.

Had an appointment today for a service repair and was told by the service advisor upon check-in that the wait time for a diagnostic check was approximately 5 business days out. The dealership requires you to leave the vehicle with them (can’t make an appointment for the actual time) as they use the “line system”. Who can go a week without a vehicle while you are waiting for just a diagnostic check? On top of that, the service advisor was no help and stated "the reservation operator is not affiliated with the service department and continues to book reservations regardless of the wait time". Had to take the truck to a Non-Ford mechanic and pay for the repair out of pocket instead of using the Ford warranty. It would have been nice if someone from the service department would call and let customers know in advance that reservations are not in fact reservations, but merely drop off times to get in line.

Chastity my service advisor took really excellent care of me and gave me very promp service of my f150, she was very polite and professional and listened to my concerns and got right on top of get my vehicle in the shop and taken care of. I would recommend her to anyone because she really takes her job serious and works very hard to make sure her customers are satisfied with the service they got on their vehicle. So if you have a ford drop by autonation ford and look up Chastity she will make sure your vehicle gets fixed properly the first time and in a timely manner. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

I've been a customer of Auto Nation the past 18 years. I've purchased 2 NEW vehicles and have my 2018 Ford Escape serviced on Bryant Irvin, Fort Worth. I'm completely satisfied with the Service Advisors they're always very professional, knowledgeable, when they tell you that estimated time to allow for service they're accurate. My last service visit was December 19, 2024. When it came time to checkout Ebony was the cashier. I had 2 coupons one for an oil change another 25% off on parts and accessories. Ebony rudely said I was only allowed to use one coupon (okay, I understood) I asked Ebony which coupon would give me a better savings? Ebony repeated "you can only use one coupon" I explained to Ebony no need to repeat about only being able to use one coupon I understood. Paul my service advisor was there. I requested to speak to Mike Parker the Service Director asked him which coupon would give me the best savings? Mike figured out the invoice giving me the best savings, he explained it to me. Then I paid the bill no problem. Ebony needs to learn customer service skills.

Very positive experience. I pulled up and was greeted right away. I told them what I needed and it was taken care of. It was quick and easy. Made a cup of coffee while I was waiting. Thank you for the 5 star service!

I took my 2019 F-150 in to be checked for hard shifting. It took over a week for them to inspect & diagnose my problem. Once they determined what the problem was it took another 8-10 days to get the parts needed & make the necessary repairs. Jose Ramos was my service advisor & he did an excellent job keeping me informed.

Our Auto Nation Service Center visit was so easy. Their personnel made it convenient for us make the appointment and from the time we dropped the car off until the time we picked it up, they kept in contact with us, as far as the status of when it would be done. And when we picked the car up, we were pleasantly surprised to see the car was washed and looked great.

Oil change and tire rotation. Service was fine. Easy check in, service advisor was friendly and professional. That said, the price of these services have gotten so high that I must start doing my own basic services.
