I took my 2019 F-150 in to be checked for hard shifting. It took over a week for them to inspect & diagnose my problem. Once they determined what the problem was it took another 8-10 days to get the parts needed & make the necessary repairs. Jose Ramos was my service advisor & he did an excellent job keeping me informed.

Our Auto Nation Service Center visit was so easy. Their personnel made it convenient for us make the appointment and from the time we dropped the car off until the time we picked it up, they kept in contact with us, as far as the status of when it would be done. And when we picked the car up, we were pleasantly surprised to see the car was washed and looked great.

I think everyone knows what happens once you get your car paid off: stuff breaks and requires repair. That’s what recently brought me into AutoNation Fort Worth Ford Service Center. I’ve always gotten great service—especially from Mike Parker and more recently, Adam Tamez. This time, Chastady, was my service advisor. I needed an oil change and someone to check out why my automatic window wouldn’t close. Turns out my engine mount also needed repair. Yeesh! Chastady was very professional, friendly, and kept me informed every step of the way. She took my 2015 to Ford’s body shop when the window repair exceeded what could be done on site and was very transparent about what could be done to repair my window. There was a good chance it might not be repairable and I could require another door due to the location/inaccessibility of the window track. (Yikes! Needless to say, I immediately started researching the cost of new doors and trade-in values.) Fortunately, Ford fixed my engine mount and repaired my window at a very reasonable price. They even waved the charge to weld the window track back because they were unsure how well the fix would hold. Once again, I am extremely pleased with AutoNation Ford Fort Worth Service Center. Thanks to Chastady, I can add another great service experience.

Bret Dobbs took great care of us. Showed us the used vehicle we originally were interested in which we ended up not liking and then found us a different used car at another ford location that he went to pick up and bring back for us to look at and ultimately buy. He even helped fix a few minor things for no extra cost. Would shop there again.

Oil change and tire rotation. Service was fine. Easy check in, service advisor was friendly and professional. That said, the price of these services have gotten so high that I must start doing my own basic services.

They shuttled to me back to work in less than 10 minutes of dropping off my car! Then delivered my car back to my job clean and vacuumed since I was within a 12 mile radius of them. Awesome job.

Update: I had to bring the truck back twice to finally get the oil leak fixed but they were quick about it and delivered my vehicle to me. Communication was much better this time around as well. Added a star for taking care of the issue in a timely matter. My experience here was not great. The service rep was hard to communicate with he did not explain what was wrong with the truck well. I had to pop up on him to get a better walkthrough of what was being fixed and what I was paying for. I was without a truck for almost a month all for it to come back still leaking oil it’s a slow leak so it took a few days to notice. I could’ve forgiven everything else if the truck came back with all problems fixed. They did fix 2 other issues we were having so I’m happy about that but I paid for the oil leak to be fixed as well. And now once again I will have to be without a vehicle when they fix a problem that was supposedly already fixed hopefully it won’t take a month this time.

Went to Autonation for an oil change on my Expedition. As soon as I saw that Darla was my Customer Service agent, I knew I was in good hands. Waiting time was short and everything was perfectly done.

I had recall work done and it turned out to be an amazing experience. Everyone was very helpful and professional. They provided a shuttle ride for me back to my home and after the work was done they delivered my vehicle to my home! It was impressive to know they got all of the work done and even washed the car!!

I took my 2014 Ford F 150 into AutoNation here in Ft Worth at their Bryant Irvin location. My vehicle was part of a minor recall lby Ford to deal with downshifting--an event I had recently noticed happening ocassionally in my vehicle. I made an appt and showed up. I was greeted by Jose, the Asst Service Mgr and he took charge of my truck and texted me when it was ready. Took about 2 hrs--the same amount of time as what he's estimated. Haven't noticed the transmission issue in the past 10 days or so that have passed since the 'fix' was applied. All good!

As always, Steve Hunter handled the service of my Mustang perfectly. I arrived on time and was immediately checked in for the routine oil change and tire rotation. I waited for about an hour for my car to be done, and Steve came to let me know when it was ready, with my car waiting just outside the service-area door. I will continue to bring both of my Mustangs to Steve and AutoNation Ford for their outstanding service and attention to detail. Thank you, all.

Haden and the team at AutoNation were phenomenal. My wife and I had just left another dealer prior to meeting Haden. The whole team was eager to work with us to find the right vehicle for our small family. They’ve been nothing but great. It turns out the most “helpful people” can be found at Ford.
