I love the truck I got from AutoNation Ford, just a little communication issues of a concern i had but Justin helped me understand what happened, his staff made sure to correct whatever issue I had and I can say they make sure their customer is happy with the purchase and they handle these situations professionally. Justin even made sure to keep in contact through the process and have someone follow up and even went above and beyond and got me rolling back on the road fast when I came back for a service done That's how a good business runs I'm a very satisfied customer 5/5 stars 🌟

Had to have our Flex towed to the dealership. Our service writer Susan Gunnell got the vehicle looked at the same day and had the car back to us. She is a pleasure to work with and makes sure our vehicle is in good shape.

Aaron was a huge support during my experience. Unfortunately, my outcome was not good, but I really appreciate the support and compassion. Aaron shared with me. The news I had was not good ($9000) of repairs. It is what it is, but I do appreciate his respect and understanding of my diagnosis. I’m debating on what I should do. But I do appreciate Aaron’s support and guidance in helping me understand what the problem was.

Over the Christmas and New Year's holidays the Service Department at AutoNation Ford Jacksonville replaced the timing chain and related components on my 118k miles 2013 Ford Flex Limited 3.5l EcoBoost AWD. Now, after 200 miles since delivery, am happy to say the Flex is running as well as it ever has: strong, quiet, and comfortable again! This Flex has been serviced here exclusively from the time it was new and throughout its warranty period and now returns for any advanced maintenance services or significant repairs such as this. So grateful for all the dedicated, professional staff and leadership here at this AutoNation who in my experience provide the best customer experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

The no pressure, knowledge, and commitment of this team is only exceeded by their posive attitudes and follow through!! They don't want to sell you a car; they want to fit you with a vehicle that will make you happy, fit your needs, and meet your budget. My entire experience was smooth, stress free, and dare I say... pleasurable. I walked out with a shiny new Christmas toy at a phenomenally unbeatable and unbelievable price. It was Christmas eve and I'm sure they were ready for the short holiday break but Jason answered all my questions, took us on a test drive, patiently listened to everything I wanted and what I did and didn't like, then Doug kept us entertained while the team was trying to work behind the scenes magic. Jacob swooped in to help his team by providing solutions with options and I got a shiny truck. Now math and I have never been friends and I'm for sure no lawyer so I don't like contracts; but Jimmy in finance made it so easy to understand AND he was quick too!! Then back to Doug, who showed me some really cool features on my new truck as I was on the way out!! Yes, the sale was done, he didn't need to...he could have left me to read the manual or find these little surprises on my own, but nope above and beyond expectations. AND there's more!!!.... So I came back for the window tinting (excellent job on that by the way... so sorry I never caught his name cause he was QUICK and pleasant with his interactions)...and mentioned a few error messages that were not an issue but an annoyance. The team at its best again!! Kevin was able to troubleshoot and update everything perfectly!! AND provided great conversation along with some explanations while waiting. So I know this is long and I wouldn't usually write a novel for a review... but I feel like they spent the time and were dedicated to me the least I can do is take 10 minutes to give an honest review of my excellent experience.

The process of buying my wife's Bronco Sport was quick easy completed. Only complaint was with the second fob that should have come with the car was missing and took multiple attempts to finally received. I am happy with AutoNation and would buy from them again.

Very Easy to make an appointment to have my oil changed. Showed up, was checked in by Amanda and waited for ~ an hour and was out! Very professional staff and you can have a cup of coffee while you wait.

AUTONATION JAX IT PERFECT IN EVERY WAY... Their service is FIRST CLASS... I usually purchase a new vehicle every 2-3 years. I also have traveled over 3 Million miles over the past 40 years and have rented over 1,000 cars... I prefer safety vs glitz... When it comes to purchasing a new vehicle I focus on the dealers web site first to see what they have in inventory and how they are pricing their cars-trucks. My review of the AutoNation's web site is based on my 58 years of HARD CORE computer systems experience... The AutoNation's web site is the best I have ever seen or used out of about dozen I have looked at. Their web site is easy to use and gave me the most information on the features and price of what I was looking for... None of the other Auto-Truck dealers gave me all the features such as the WINDOW STIKER of what I was considering to purchase... Additionally their service is FIRST CLASS... Over the past 15 years I have purchased over a dozen cars-trucks = Mercedes Benz SUVs, RAM trucks, Subaru Ascent and Outback, RR Ghost & Dawn, and mostly Ford Trucks... The new 2024 F150 Hybrid is the best ride I have experienced!!! *** Thank your AutoNation JAX and Ford for a GREAT experience...!!!
