I am very happy with the service . The price was very good , the service was quick and excellent. I had tuneup done ( replaced spark plugs) and I can see the difference in drivability of my vehicle . I was taken care of right away . I highly recommend this business to anyone .

I was looking for someone to replace the headlamps on my Nissan. Called and they said come on over. I already had the parts. They got my car pulled in and went right to work! I was in and out fast. Great service and even better price!! Would definitely go back!

The guys here are great and real funny. Went here for my brakes and even though the part they needed was delayed they still got it done same day. And hearing that the part I got had a lifetime guarantee put my mind at ease in case something were to happen again. Definitely recommend this shop

Had an issue with my car that needed immediate assistance. I puled in AutoPro without an appointment and not only got help & fixed the issue quickly but showed great kindness. AutoPro has very kind, helpful, & knowledgable people. They didn't even charge me anything. Just happy to help! The world needs more good people like this in it! Thank you AutoPro! I've used these guys twice. Both times, they were the cheapest shop i could find after calling most places in a 5-mile radius. They do great work. Not a place you'd go for conversation or fiddling around. straight to the point, not really entertaining any extra. Could almost go as far as saying rude. Or maybe they're just hard-working busy people.

Came here for oil change with my own full synthetic oil about $25 from Walmart for a Toyota Corolla. Waited a little over 40mins. They charged $50 with $3* in tax for labor and an oil filter. Basically I ended up paying a little over $77 for an oil change, not sure if my gender was a factor to this over priced oil change. Better off going to Jiffylube couple of blocks away with 5-10 mins wait time if I’m going to pay that much for a Toyota Corolla oil change.

First of all, I have to say I’ve had a lot of TERRIBLE experiences with mechanics and car shops and this was a completely different experience than any before. My alternator blew and I needed to get my car in ASAP. they told me to bring it to them right away. I took it in there and they told me it might be done by the end of the day maybe tomorrow because they didn’t want to rush the process. when I tell I got a text 2 hours later saying my car was good to go and I can come pick it up, I was extremely surprised! The car runs smooth and the replaced alternator is doing its job. If I could give this place 10 stars I would and this shop deserves all the business in Jacksonville. I can’t say enough about how great their work is!

I grew up around my dad’s shop and I know cars and sometimes able to repair some aspects of my cars. The gentlemen at AutoPro are outstanding in all ways. I was very satisfied with the service. I was in need of a tire pressure sensor. I wasn't sure which tire needed it. I had went to 3 different tire establishments prior and were given 3 different quotes concerning which sensor I needed. I am glad that I followed my mind and got a 4th diagnosis. AutoPro showed me the bad sensor and replaced it for me. My sensor light went off. The other tire shops tried to get me to get all sensors and tires when I didn't even need them. AutoPro was professional and reasonable on their prices. I will be going back for future business needed.

I went Saturday to the 10 minute oil place on Grove Park and beach Blvd for oil change,they said they couldn't do it because radiator hose or clap was to close for him to do it, I went to Auto pro and the guy did it, I've been there before also, guy was very nice, price was also better would definitely give him more business when needed

I went by on 9-19 for a 330pm appointment for my alignment & Marco was headed out. He didn't leave me empty handed he had one of his best hook me up think his name was Dave.. well only Brotha I saw there.. anyway took only 20 minutes to get me back on the road & the car drove smooth! this is the best shop in Jacksonville.

Nate did a phenomenal job getting our jeep wrangler back on the road after sitting for more than a year. He went above and beyond working with us in finding the parts, and making the car roadworthy. He replaced the rear differential, shocks, old brake lines and more. He even used his personal time to look into a fuel pump tank conversion we asked about, watching the youtube videos on it and getting it done even when we thought it would be too much to ask for. The tank now holds full capacity unlike the limit Jeep put on it for the lower spec. The jeep runs and drives as it should almost every day, Nate even got the AC working again after having no AC in it from a hose leak for years. We have had no problems and it has been over a month since the work was done, we were expecting little things to come up, not from his work but from the car sitting for so long, but none yet. It starts up every time and immediately with the new pump. We are very satisfied with the work done on the vehicle and absolutely recommend Nate for his honesty and reliable work. Problems are not rare on old cars but we have the peace of mind knowing where to bring them now.
